The Bible's "Fallen Angels" are the Noble Quran's "Jinns".  Jinns are Angels in the Noble Quran:

In the Bible, we're taught that satan deceived some of the "Angels" and caused them go against GOD Almighty's Ways, Will and Commands:

"For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but sent them to hell, putting them into gloomy dungeons to be held for judgment;  (From the NIV Bible, 2 Peter 2:4)"

"And the angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their own home--these he has kept in darkness, bound with everlasting chains for judgment on the great Day.  (From the NIV Bible, Jude 1:6)"

"In that day the LORD will punish the powers in the heavens above and the kings on the earth below. They will be herded together like prisoners bound in a dungeon; they will be shut up in prison and be punished after many days.  (From the NIV Bible, Isaiah 24:21-22)"

We are also taught in the Bible that some Angels are created from fire, perhaps smokeless flames of fire:

"Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty....Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire(From the NIV Bible, Psalm 104:1,4)"

I often hear that these Angels are called "The Fallen Angels".  In Islam, these fallen angels are called "Jinns", but not all of the Jinns are cursed angels.  Let's look at what Allah Almighty Said in the Noble Quran:

"And behold, We said to the angels: "Bow down to Adam" and they bowed down. Not so Iblis: he refused and was haughty: He was of those who reject Faith.  (The Noble Quran, 2:34)"

"Behold! We said to the Angels, 'Bow down to Adam': they bowed down except Iblis.  He was One of the Jinns, and he broke the Command of his Lord....(The Noble Quran, 18:50)"

"It is We Who Created you and gave you shape; then We bade the Angels bow down to Adam, and they bowed down; not so Iblis; he refused to be of those who bow down.  (Allah) said: 'What prevented thee from bowing down when I commanded thee?  He said: 'I am better than he: Thou didst create me from fire, and him from clay.  (Allah) said: 'Get thee down from this: it is not for thee to be arrogant here: get out, for thou art of the meanest (of creatures).  He said: 'Give me respite till the day they are raised up.  (Allah) said: 'Be thou amongst those who have respite.'  He said: 'Because thou hast thrown me out of the Way, lo! I will lie in wait for them on thy Straight Way: Then will I assault them from before them and behind them, from their right and their left: Nor wilt Thou find, in most of them, gratitude (of Thy mercies).'  (Allah) said: 'Get out from this, disgraced and expelled.  If any of them follow thee - Hell will I fill with you all.  (The Noble Quran, 11-18)"

In the above Noble Verses, we're taught the following:

1-  Iblis was from the Angels.

2-  Iblis was also from the Jinns.

3-  Iblis was arrogant.

Also, in Islam, we're taught that Angels were created from LIGHT; Jinns were created from FIRE; humans and animals were created from DUST or SAND:

"And the Jinn race, We had created before, from the fire of a scorching wind.  (The Noble Quran, 15:27)"

"And He created Jinns from fire free of smoke:   (The Noble Quran, 55:15)"

"We created man from sounding clay, from mud moulded into shape;  (The Noble Quran, 15:26)"

Notice in Noble Verse 55:15 Allah Almighty Says that He Created the Jinns from fire without smoke.  What other definition beside "light" or similar to that, would you define the "fire" that the Jinns were created from?   Let us ponder upon light and fire.  Does any human being know what the origin of fire is?   Where did fire come from?  And how was it created?  So far, we don't know.  I am not referring to the natural causes of fire here on earth.  Beside, the earth's fire generates smoke.  The Jinns' Fire is smokeless (see also Psalm 104:1,4 above).  I am talking about the ingredients of fire.  Where did it come from?  To us, Fire is mysterious!  All we know that comes to existence through inflammable materials when they ignite, provided that there is enough oxygen in the air to support it.  But other than that, we have no clue as to how fire comes to existence.   We just see it come to existence, but we don't know how and where it comes from!

To me, fire is light.  The origin of fire is light, or perhaps the origin of light is fire.  What ever the case is, this means that both Angels and Jinns were created from almost the same exact material.  The difference between "Angels" and "Jinns" is that Jinns are like humans; they do sin, while Angels remain perfect and sinless.  They are higher than the Jinns, almost exactly like our human-Prophets and Messengers being higher and more purified than us, the normal sinful humans.

Also, the Jinns, like humans, do have Prophets and Messengers from GOD Almighty:

" "O ye assembly of Jinns and men! came there not unto you apostles from amongst you, setting forth unto you My signs, and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?" They will say: "We bear witness against ourselves." It was the life of this world that deceived them. So against themselves will they bear witness that they rejected Faith.  (The Noble Quran, 6:130)"

"Likewise did We make for every Messenger an enemy,- evil ones among men and jinns, inspiring each other with flowery discourses by way of deception. If thy Lord had so planned, they would not have done it: so leave them and their inventions alone.  (The Noble Quran, 6:112)"

Angels, on the other hand, don't need Messengers from GOD Almighty, because they are like I said above, perfect and sinless.  They can probably be called the purified form of Jinns.  Sort of like the purity of our human-Prophets when compared to the normal sinful men.  Our Prophets and Messengers of GOD Almighty are metaphorically called "human-angels".

Also, think of it this way, the materialistic similarity between Angels and Jinns is like the materialistic similarity between humans and animals:  Created from almost the same material, but two different WORLDS!  And Mankind is sometimes called the "human-animal".
