The author of this claim seems to be asking questions that athiests ask, even though he is a Christian. He complains about events that took place that are quite impossible to be performed by us.
Well Jochen, before you make fun of our religion, why don't you look at the stories in which your religion is based on: Jesus bringing the dead to life with one touch, making the blind see, and the deaf hear (which is all agreed upon by the Muslims by the way). Also, look at the story of Moses when he splited the sea with one hit by his stick (that too is agreed upon by the Muslims).
How can you explain these stories with our current logic today?
To me personally, my answer to your questions and to my questions above is very simple: It's all God's will Jochen !.
