اختلف في ذلك رهط من
المهاجرين والأنصار فقال
الأنصاريون لا يجب الغسل إلا
من الدفق أو من الماء وقال
المهاجرون بل إذا خالط
فقد وجب الغسل قال قال أبو
موسى فأنا أشفيكم من ذلك
فقمت فاستأذنت على عائشة
فأذن لي فقلت لها يا أماه
أو يا أم المؤمنين إني أريد
أن أسألك عن شيء وإني أستحييك
فقالت لا تستحيي أن تسألني عما
كنت سائلا عنه أمك التي ولدتك
فإنما أنا أمك قلت فما يوجب الغسل
قالت على الخبير سقطت قال رسول
الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
إذا جلس بين شعبها الأربع
ومس الختان الختان فقد وجب الغسل
قال العسقلانى: الختان اى الموضع
الذى يختن
قلت فهذا يدل على ان النساء فى
عهد النبى كن يختتن
فقد اشار الى فرج الانثى بلفظ
الختان
و اخرج ابو داوود فى سننه قال

أَنَّ امْرَأَةً كَانَتْ

صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ
وَسَلَّمَ لَا تُنْهِكِي
فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ أَحْظَى
لِلْمَرْأَةِ وَأَحَبُّ إِلَى

قلت : و لعل قول النبى لا تنهى اى
لا تبالغى فى ازاله الغلفة
و ما عليه العلماء المعتبرون هو
ازالة الجلدة التى كعرف الديك(
الغلفة) او بعضها

أَعْلَى الْجِلْدَةِ الَّتِي
كَعُرْفِ الدِّيكِ
و قال ابن القيم: قال الماوردي
والسنة أن يستوعب القلفة التي
تغشى الحشفة بالقطع من أصلها وأقل
ما يجزئ فيه أن لا يتغشى بها شيء
من الحشفة وأما خفض المرأة فهو
قطع جلدة في الفرج فوق مدخل الذكر
ومخرج البول على أصل كالنواة" و
النواة هى نفس العضو clitoris
الذى تغشاه الغلفةprepuce "ويؤخذ
منه الجلدة المستعلية دون أصلها

تَتَطَلَّعُ إلَى الرِّجَالِ
أَكْثَرَ وَلِهَذَا يُوجَدُ مِنْ
الْفَوَاحِشِ فِي نِسَاءِ التتر
وَنِسَاءِ الْإِفْرِنْجِ مَا لَا
يُوجَدُ فِي نِسَاءِ
الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَإِذَا حَصَلَتْ
الْمُبَالَغَةُ فِي الْخِتَانِ
ضَعُفَتْ الشَّهْوَةُ فَلَا
يَكْمُلُ مَقْصُودُ الرَّجُلِ
فَإِذَا قُطِعَ مِنْ غَيْرِ
مُبَالِغَةٍ حَصَلَ الْمَقْصُودُ
بِاعْتِدَالِ . وَاَللَّهُ
أَعْلَمُ
قلت: فالختان المشروع هو ازالة
القلفة التى تحيط ببظر الفتاة

القلفة التى فى مقدمة ذكر الصبى

جزء منه فهذا مما نهى عنه النبى

فِي حَقِّهِنَّ كَذَلِكَ ، وَفِي
ثَالِثٍ : إنَّهُ مُسْتَحَبٌّ .
وَاسْتَدَلُّوا لِلسُّنِّيَّةِ
بِحَدِيثِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ

وَمِمَّا يَدُلُّ عَلَى عَدَمِ
الْوُجُوبِ كَذَلِكَ أَنَّ
الْخِتَانَ قَطْعُ جُزْءٍ مِنْ
الْجَسَدِ ابْتِدَاءً فَلَمْ
يَكُنْ وَاجِبًا بِالشَّرْعِ
قِيَاسًا عَلَى قَصِّ
الْأَظْفَارِ . الْقَوْلُ
الثَّانِي : 3 - ذَهَبَ
الشَّافِعِيَّةُ وَالْحَنَابِلَةُ
، وَهُوَ مُقْتَضَى قَوْلِ
سَحْنُونٍ مِنْ الْمَالِكِيَّةِ :
إلَى أَنَّ الْخِتَانَ وَاجِبٌ
عَلَى الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ .
وَاسْتَدَلُّوا لِلْوُجُوبِ
بِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى : { ثُمَّ
أَوْحَيْنَا إلَيْك أَنْ اتَّبِعْ
مِلَّةَ إبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفًا }
قَدْ جَاءَ فِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي
هُرَيْرَةَ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ
عَنْهُ - قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ
اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ
وَسَلَّمَ : { اخْتَتَنَ
إبْرَاهِيمُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى
اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَمَانِينَ سَنَةً
بِالْقَدُومِ } وَأُمِرْنَا
بِاتِّبَاعِ إبْرَاهِيمَ صَلَّى
اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
أَمْرٌ لَنَا بِفِعْلِ تِلْكَ
الْأُمُورِ الَّتِي كَانَ
يَفْعَلُهَا فَكَانَتْ مِنْ
شَرْعِنَا . وَوَرَدَ فِي
الْحَدِيثِ كَذَلِكَ : { أَلْقِ
عَنْك شَعْرَ الْكُفْرِ
وَاخْتَتِنْ } قَالُوا :
وَلِأَنَّ الْخِتَانَ لَوْ لَمْ
يَكُنْ وَاجِبًا لَمَا جَازَ
كَشْفُ الْعَوْرَةِ مِنْ أَجْلِهِ
، وَلَمَّا جَازَ نَظَرُ
الْخَاتِنِ إلَيْهَا وَكِلَاهُمَا
حَرَامٌ ، وَمِنْ أَدِلَّةِ
الْوُجُوبِ كَذَلِكَ أَنَّ
الْخِتَانَ مِنْ شِعَارِ
الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَكَانَ وَاجِبًا
كَسَائِرِ شِعَارِهِمْ . وَفِي
قَوْلِهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ
وَسَلَّمَ : { إذَا الْتَقَى
الْخِتَانَانِ وَجَبَ الْغُسْلُ }
دَلِيلٌ عَلَى أَنَّ النِّسَاءَ
كُنَّ يَخْتَتِنَّ ؛ وَلِأَنَّ
هُنَاكَ فَضْلَةً فَوَجَبَ
إزَالَتُهَا كَالرَّجُلِ . وَمِنْ
الْأَدِلَّةِ عَلَى الْوُجُوبِ
أَنَّ بَقَاءَ الْقُلْفَةِ
يَحْبِسُ النَّجَاسَةَ وَيَمْنَعُ
صِحَّةَ الصَّلَاةِ فَتَجِبُ
إزَالَتُهَا . الْقَوْلُ
الثَّالِثُ : 4 - هَذَا الْقَوْلُ

أسباب عضوية:
ـ حجم القلفة وزيادة طولها.
ـ وجود التهابات بينها وبين البظر
مما يؤدي إلى شدة حساسية البظر
والألم عند لمسه.
ـ تراكم اللخن مما يزيد من تكاثر
البكتريا والتهابات الجهاز البولي
الصاعد.
ـ الالتصاقات التي تحدث نتيجة
لهذه الالتهابات، والتي تؤدي إلى
قفل المجرى البولي والتناسلي خاصة
في الأطفال قبل سن البلوغ وفي
مرحلة الكبر في سن اليأس (نسبة
لقلة هرمون الإستروجين).
أسباب جنسية:
ـ قلة الإرتواء الجنسي نسبة لضيق
القلفة للالتصاقات أو كبر حجمها،
وبعد البظر إلى داخل الجسم.
ـ شدة الشبق الجنسي نتيجة
للالتصاقات والحكة وكثرة الانشغال
بالمنطقة وملامستها.
أسباب نفسية:
البرود الجنسي، الهستريا، التبول
اللاإرادي، بعض حالات الاكتئاب
النفسي، حالة النيمفومينيا "

و قال الامام ابن تيمية: نَعَمْ
تَخْتَتِنُ" اى المرأة"
وَخِتَانُهَا أَنْ تَقْطَعَ
أَعْلَى الْجِلْدَةِ الَّتِي
كَعُرْفِ الدِّيكِ
و قال ابن القيم: قال الماوردي
والسنة أن يستوعب القلفة التي
تغشى الحشفة بالقطع من أصلها وأقل
ما يجزئ فيه أن لا يتغشى بها شيء
من الحشفة وأما خفض المرأة فهو
قطع جلدة في الفرج فوق مدخل الذكر
ومخرج البول على أصل كالنواة" و
النواة هى نفس العضو clitoris
الذى تغشاه الغلفةprepuce "ويؤخذ
منه الجلدة المستعلية دون أصلها

But some argue that the prepuce
covers the clitoris and prevents
any painful tactile stimulation
of it
i say: this occur in some not
all women whose clitorises are
too sensitive after orgasm,
making additional stimulation
painful; they are probably not
able to experience multiple

But during the preceding phases
of orgasm " namely excitation,
plateau and orgasmic phases"
stimulation of clitoris is
beneficial for optimum sexual
pleasure and the woman " whose
clitoris is too sensitive and
had hoodectomy"can already have
a successful orgasm but those
who argue talk about the miracle
called multiple orgasms!! Namely
successive orgasms
They want to say, seemingly,
ahusband should leave the
clitoris untouched during
intercourse definitely after the
woman first orgasm so lets the
woman to have multiple orgasms
and that comes when the prepuce
covers the clitoris so if she
loses her prepuce the clitoris
will be exposed" i say: this can
be avoided by chosing a sexual
position with which its
impossible to the clitoris to be
touched by the husband "
So the uncircumcised woman can
experience what is called
multiple orgasms and she knows
when to stimulate manually her
clitoris and when not to ;of
course if her clitoris is too
sensitive she avoid s touching
it after orgasm in order to
attain additional ones! Adding
the view that women can attain
orgasms even without direct
stimulation of their clitorises
what is called vaginal orgasm "
but this is controversial"
Vaginal Orgasms
A vaginal orgasm is achieved via
stimulation of the interior of
the vagina, which includes the
G-Spot, the interior walls and
the cervix. Vaginal orgasms are
usually described as "deep" and
"relaxing", and can be followed
by a profound sense of calm.
There is a difference in
physiological response between
the two types of orgasms as
well. Masters & Johnson, who
began their human sexuality
studies in the 1950's and who
are considered to be pioneers in
the filed of human physiology,
reported that "during a vaginal
orgasm the internal organs are
pushed downward, contracting the
upper half of the vagina".
Clitoral Orgasms
The clitoral orgasm is achieved
by direct stimulation of the
clitoris. This can be achieved
either manually, orally, during
intercourse or with the aid of
sex toys. The clitoral orgasm is
probably the most common form of
orgasm among women. In fact, the
clitoris is actually very
similar in structure to the
penis. It is made up of the same
type of tissue, and is lined
with the same sensitive nerve
endings. Clitoral orgasms are
typically described as "higher"
and "intense" and can be
accompanied by a sense of over
stimulation. Many women report
that their clitoris is too
sensitive to be touched directly
following an orgasm. Masters &
Johnson also discovered that
there are physiological changes
during clitoral orgasms that do
not exist during a vaginal
orgasm. They described the
response to clitoral stimulation
as "tenting", which means that
the internal organs, for example
the bladder and the uterus, are
"pulled up towards the breast,
expanding the top of the
vagina".
So if the woman is to or
should!! have multiple orgasms
and her clitoris is too
sensitive and even painful to
touch after orgasm she must
depend on or shift to what is
called vaginal orgasm!! so just
she lets her husband's
copulatory organ in and out
without touching the clitoris
