Were human cloning, gender alteration and plastic surgeries prophesied in Islam?

1- Alteration of Creation by satan's followers in the Noble Quran:
While I was reading the Noble Quran, I came across a very interesting Noble Verse where satan promised Allah Almighty (after Allah Almighty cursed him) to deceive Mankind by causing them to literally alter the creation of Allah:
Note: These different English translations of Noble Verse 4:119 are all located at: http://quranbrowser.com/cgi/bin/get.cgi?version=all&layout=auto&searchstring=004:119.

Satan's command to his followers to alter the creation of GOD Almighty obviously includes human-cloning, gender alteration (he-shes and she-hes), plastic surgeries, and perhaps future half-human half-animal creatures.
2- Allah Almighty determines the shape of our creation inside our mothers' wombs:
It is Allah Almighty that determines the shape of our creation inside our mothers' wombs:
"He created you (all) from a single person: then created, of like nature, his mate; and he sent down for you eight head of cattle in pairs: He makes you, in the wombs of your mothers, in stages, one after another, in three veils of darkness. such is God, your Lord and Cherisher: to Him belongs (all) dominion. There is no god but He: then how are ye turned away (from your true Centre)? (The Noble Quran, 39:6)"
"Man We did create from a quintessence (of clay); (The Noble Quran, 23:12)"
"Then We placed him as (a drop of) sperm in a place of rest, firmly fixed; (The Noble Quran, 23:13)"
"Then We made the sperm into a clot of congealed blood; then of that clot We made a (foetus) lump; then we made out of that lump bones and clothed the bones with flesh; then we developed out of it another creature. So blessed be God, the best to create! (The Noble Quran, 23:14)"
"And of him He made two sexes, male and female. (The Noble Quran, 75:39)"
"Him Who created thee. Fashioned thee in due proportion, and gave thee a just bias; (The Noble Quran, 82:7)"
"In whatever Form He wills, does He put thee together. (The Noble Quran, 82:8)"
"O mankind! if ye have a doubt about the Resurrection, (consider) that We created you out of dust, then out of sperm, then out of a leech-like clot, then out of a morsel of flesh, partly formed and partly unformed, in order that We may manifest (our power) to you; and We cause whom We will to rest in the wombs for an appointed term, then do We bring you out as babes, then (foster you) that ye may reach your age of full strength; and some of you are called to die, and some are sent back to the feeblest old age, so that they know nothing after having known (much), and (further), thou seest the earth barren and lifeless, but when We pour down rain on it, it is stirred (to life), it swells, and it puts forth every kind of beautiful growth (in pairs). (The Noble Quran, 22:5)"
"Verily We created Man from a drop of mingled sperm, in order to try him: So We gave him (the gifts), of Hearing and Sight. (The Noble Quran, 76:2)"
Notice in all of the above Noble Verses, Allah Almighty talks about how He Himself takes control of our creation from the time of intercourse till the time of birth. Notice how He takes full control and responsibility over everything. If a child is born deformed, then it is because He, the Almighty, Willed it while the child was still a foetus. If the child is born as a male or female, then it is because Allah Almighty Willed it.

3- Circumcision was the only "alteration" Allah Almighty ever allowed:
Circumcision for baby boys, where the extra piece of skin hanging over the penis' head that blocks the urinating hole is cut off, was allowed by Allah Almighty:
Narrated Abu Huraira: "The Prophet said "Five things are in accordance with Al Fitra (i.e. the tradition of prophets): to be circumcised, to shave the pelvic region, to pull out the hair of the armpits, to cut short the moustaches, and to clip the nails.' (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Asking Permission, Volume 8, Book 74, Number 312)"
"'A'isha reported that she beard Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The people would be assembled on the Day of Resurrection barefooted, naked and uncircumcised. I said: Allah's Messenger, will the male and the female be together on the Day and would they be looking at one another? Upon this Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: 'A'isha, the matter would be too serious for them to look to one another. (Translation of Sahih Muslim, The Book Pertaining to Paradise, Its Description, Its Bounties and Its Intimates (Kitab Al-Jannat wa Sifat Na'imiha wa Ahliha), Book 040, Number 6844)"
So as we can see in these Hadiths (Saying of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him), circumcision is allowed in Islam, and it is the only physical alteration that was allowed. Body tattoos, which were the other possible form of physical alteration 1500 years ago, were prohibited.

4- What if the person can be cured from a physical deformation problem? Wouldn't this fall under Medicine? Didn't Allah Almighty make Medicine possible for us to cure us?
To the reader, this section obviously does not include human cloning and gender alteration. It only includes the physical problems that some people are naturally born with.
The answer to the question is yes, Allah Almighty did create medicine for us to cure us. I personally don't see any problem where a cure for a handicapped person would be an issue. I would love to see all humans have perfect physical bodies. But the issue here is where do we draw the line?
Philosophically, there is a difference between an urgent medical case and a personal preference. Urgent medical cases are always allowed in Islam. Finding a cure for a handicapped person is a blessing. But modifying your appearance just because you don't like the way you look in the mirror is an utter defiance to Allah Almighty's Design and Will for you. As we clearly saw in the "Allah Almighty determines the shape of our creation inside our mothers' wombs" section above, it is Allah Almighty that determines the shape of your creation right inside your mothers' womb.
The same question can thrown at the handicapped case. Since Allah Almighty was the One who created the person and Willed for him to be born handicapped, then wouldn't this also be "an utter defiance to Allah Almighty's Design and Will" for that person to medically change himself?
My answer is: It wouldn't be an utter defiance, because Allah Almighty is a GOD of love and mercy. People with exceptional cases usually have exceptional laws. For instance, if I am stuck in the middle of no where and I am starving to death, and I only see a pig in front of me, then according to Islam, I have the right to kill that pig and eat it, even though Allah Almighty prohibited eating of swines (pigs) in the Noble Quran:
"He hath only forbidden you dead meat, and blood, and the flesh of swine, and that on which any other name hath been invoked besides that of God. But if one is forced by necessity, without wilful disobedience, nor transgressing due limits,- then is he guiltless. For God is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful. (The Noble Quran, 2:173)"
Notice in this Noble Verse how Allah Almighty pardons the exceptional situations in general. "But if one is forced by necessity" clearly says that if you have an exceptional case, any case (including a medical case), then Allah Almighty does allow you to find the solution for it.
So like I said above, there is a philosophical difference between an urgent medical case and a personal preference. What the popular "King of Pop" singer Michael Jackson did for instance from changing his color from black to white was a clear utter defiance to Allah Almighty's Design and Will for him! Also, what many women today do from breast enlargements to look better and more sexier is also an utter defiance to Allah Almighty. These people have "altered the creation of GOD Almighty" as clearly mentioned in Noble Verse 4:119 above, and they did the work and commandments of satan. You can't compare such cases to a handicapped person who is in a desperate need to get a cure for his/her medical problem.
5- The Divine Wisdom from Circumcision and the allowing of altering the physical body through it:
We should probably ask ourselves this question: Why did Allah Almighty allow circumcision? Couldn't He just simply have created the penis without that extra piece of skin blocking the urinating hole where we wouldn't then have any need to do the surgery on our baby boys?
My interpretation for this Divine Wisdom is that Allah Almighty is telling us that we can do physical modification to our bodies if it's only for medical reasons. In the case of circumcision, if we don't circumcise our children, then that extra piece of skin would accumulate bacteria and might cause some serious infections on the child's penis. So technically, almost all males are born with handicapped penises! Very few exceptions exist where no circumcision is needed.
The same Divine Reasons apply to the handicapped person who has other body parts deformed. If there is a cure for him, then according to the Divine Wisdom of circumcision that Allah Almighty had put for us, that cure is Islamically lawful, because it is not a personal preference but rather a necessity; a very desperate necessity if the person's handicapped situation is preventing him from performing many essential tasks in his/her daily life. Noble Verse 4:119 above would not apply to him/her. See section #4 above for further proofs.

mutilation to females!
6- Conclusion:
Physical alteration except for medical reasons is not allowed in Islam. Allah Almighty said clearly in the Noble Quran that He determines the shape of our creation. Circumcision was the only physical alteration that was allowed by Allah Almighty, and its Divine Wisdom clearly justifies curing the physically handicapped people if there is cure for them. Therefore human cloning, gender change and plastic surgeries are prohibited in Islam, because they are personal preferences and not medical necessities.
