1- Repetitions in the Noble Quran and the Bible:
I was asked before about why the Noble Quran contains some repetitions in it. Frankly, I can't answer this because I am not in a position to speak on behalf of GOD Almighty. I mean it would seem more logical to have the Holy and Divine Command be Said only once. But just for the sake of my Muslim brothers and sisters who deal mostly with Christian missionaries who use every cheap tactic and deception to desperately create the least doubt in the Muslims' hearts, I'd like to present a list of repetitions in the Bible:

expanding as days go on and as get the chance and time needed to collect new Biblical
verses, insha'Allah (if GOD Almighty is Willing).
Breaking the Sabbath:
"Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death. (Exodus 31:15)"
"Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you an holy day, a sabbath of rest to the LORD: whosoever doeth work therein shall be put to death. (Exodus 35:2)"
Cursing your parents:
"And he that curseth his father, or his mother, shall surely be put to death. (Exodus 21:17)"
"For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him. (Leviticus 20:9)"
Thou shalt not kill:
"Thou shalt not kill. (Exodus 20:13)"
"Thou shalt not kill. (Deuteronomy 5:17)"
Adultery:
"Thou shalt not commit adultery. (Exodus 20:14)"
"Neither shalt thou commit adultery. (Deuteronomy 5:18)"
Stealing:
"Thou shalt not steal. (Exodus 20:15)"
"Neither shalt thou steal. (Deuteronomy 5:19)"
Covet:
"Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's. (Exodus 20:17)"
"Neither shalt thou desire thy neighbour's wife, neither shalt thou covet thy neighbour's house, his field, or his manservant, or his maidservant, his ox, or his ass, or any thing that is thy neighbour's. (Deuteronomy 5:21)"
Punishment for worshiping other gods, or leaving the True Worship of the Absolute One GOD Almighty:
"If your very own brother, or your son or daughter, or the wife you love, or your closest friend secretly entices you, saying: Let us go and worship other gods (gods that neither you nor your fathers have known, gods of the peoples around you, whether near or far, from one end of the land to the other, or gods of other religions), do not yield to him or listen to him. Show him no pity. Do not spare him or shield him. You must certainly put him to death. Your hand must be the first in putting him to death, and then the hands of all the people. (Deuteronomy 13:6-9)"
"And he should go and worship other gods and bow down to them or to the sun or the moon or all the army of the heavens, .....and you must stone such one with stones and such one must die. (Deuteronomy 17:3-5)"

In response to the question of repetition in the Holy Qur'aan. The Qur'aan, being divinely revealed and compiled, is not linear like most books. It is a perfect reflection of Allaah's majesty - it has neither a beginning nor end. A person can open to any page in any chapter in the Qur'aan and assuredly, he will find the same message (albeit in a slightly different form) that someone who opened up a completely different chapter would. The boredom that often sets in when one reads a typical book is not there with the Holy Qur'aan. Allaah knows that human beings have a tendency to start at the beginning of a book assuming that it is the beginning of the book's message (which is normally the case). So, one might skip over important parts or rush to the end of the book without fully grasping the concepts, or stop short of the end, or whatever. With the Qur'aan, one misses nothing. It is a perfect book for any type of reader. Also, because of the repetitions, there is a powerful sense of urgency to Allaah's message. It is as if we are on a dangerous road and Allaah has posted warning signs all along the length of it. We are forgetful of the dangers in this life, and we often "fall asleep at the wheel", so Allaah gently (and sometimes not so gently) wakes us up and reminds us to remember Him and remember His mercy. This is the wisdom of Allaah- so subtle that we barely notice it. Allaahu Akbar.
