Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him was depressed.  He was experiencing deep depression.  This can cause the person to think about comitting suicide.  But this only was because he was overwhelmed by the appearance and roughness of Angel Gariel to him; peace be upon him.  When Gabriel first appeared to Muhammad in cave "Hiraa", Muhammad was caught by surprise, and after Gabriel was done with him, Muhammad rushed home dripping sweat and hid himself under the blanket because he was terrified.  Let us look at what Allah Almighty said to Prophet Muhammad:

[74:1] O thou wrapped up (in the mantle)!

[74:2] Arise and deliver thy warning!

[74:3] And thy Lord do thou magnify!

[74:4] And thy garments keep free from stain!

[74:5] And all abomination shun!

[74:6] Nor expect, in giving, any increase (for thyself)!

[74:7] But, for thy Lord's (Cause), be patient and constant!

[74:8] Finally, when the Trumpet is sounded,

[74:9] That will be- that Day - a Day of Distress,-

[74:10] Far from easy for those without Faith.

[74:11] Leave Me alone, (to deal) with the (creature) whom I created (bare and) alone!-

So as we can see, Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him was going through some very tough psychological impacts.  This doesn't nullify Islam in anyway, nor does it prove it to be false.

Actually I disagree.  Jesus did wish that GOD would kill him before he gets crucified:

"Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will."  (From the NIV Bible, Matthew 16:39)"

Yes, Jesus did not try to kill himself, and neither did Prophet Muhammad.  But the idea of taking the self's soul did come across Jesus' mind.

The Jesus of the Bible is a hypocrite:

"Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed....(From the NIV Bible, Matthew 16:39)"

This rare and not so usual practice in Christianity is something we Muslims do 5 times every single day.  What Jesus did during his most desperate times in trying to glorify GOD Almighty in the best possible way he can to grab GOD Almighty's attention and to show Him that he (Jesus) is giving Him (GOD) everything he can and is brining himself in the lowest possible humility for Him, we Muslims simply do it 5 times every day without being desperate to glorify GOD Almighty.

Very Important Note:   Practicing Muslims do ask GOD Almighty in Prayer when their faces are on the ground during the 5-daily prayers.  I was taught that this is the best position to ask Allah Almighty in.  My point is that what Jesus did during his most desperate times, we Muslims do it every single day!  It seems to me that any practicing Muslim glorifies GOD far more than what Jesus in the Bible did and will ever do.

The incident of Jesus bowing to GOD Almighty in worship is often ignored by Trinitarian Christians.  I am surprised that Trinitarian Christians don't even have any problem with the seriousness of this incident.  Let us look at few points here:

1- When Jesus bowed down to GOD Almighty only during his desperate times and not in any other time, this tells us that Jesus did not worship GOD Almighty properly during his normal times, because he immediately compromised the normal way that he taught his followers:

"But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.  (From the KJV Bible, Matthew 6:5-8)"

2-  Jesus did not pray in secret to GOD Almighty.  He prayed in a totally different and better way.  Jesus contradicted his very own commands.

3- Jesus' incident was simply telling GOD: Listen GOD, I will not sit in my room and pray to you in secret as I commanded my followers.  I will do even more to you.   I will bow down to you and worship you in the maximum humility, and I pray that you save me from the pain that I am about to go through.  This is my extra bonus prayer to you GOD!  Save me!!

Another incident that shows Jesus as a hypocrite:

Jesus did not want his followers to repeat their prayers to GOD Almighty in a short time:

"And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.  (From the KJV Bible, Matthew 6:5-8)"

So according to Jesus in Matthew 6:5-8, Christians should not ask GOD Almighty more than once about the same thing, because only the heathens (infidels) do that.  Ok, let's look at what Jesus himself did when he started to pray to his GOD Almighty:

Matthew 16:36-50

36.  Then Jesus went with his disciples to a place called Gethsemane, and he said to them, "Sit here while I go over there and pray."
37.  He took Peter and the two sons of Zebedee along with him, and he began to be sorrowful and troubled.
38.  Then he said to them, "My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me."
39.  Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will."
40.  Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. "Could you men not keep watch with me for one hour?" he asked Peter.
41.  "Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak."
42.  He went away a second time and prayed, "My Father, if it is not possible for this cup to be taken away unless I drink it, may your will be done."
43.  When he came back, he again found them sleeping, because their eyes were heavy.
44.  So he left them and went away once more and prayed the third time, saying the same thing.
45.  Then he returned to the disciples and said to them, "Are you still sleeping and resting? Look, the hour is near, and the Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
46.  Rise, let us go! Here comes my betrayer!"

How many times did Jesus pray over the same thing in such a small period of time?   3 times!!!  And since we're speaking of hypocrisy here, isn't Jesus a double-faced hypocrite in Matthew 16:46,50 for calling Judas "his betrayer", and then calling him "friend" after that?

Was Judas really Jesus' "friend"?  Isn't Jesus supposed to be the Creator of the Universe as the polytheist trinitarians claim?  Then am I wrong for taking Jesus, my supposed perfect GOD, at his own words and exposing his faults?

Let us look at the following Saying (Hadith) regarding Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him:

Narrated Aisha: "Magic was worked on Allah's Apostle so that he used to think that he had sexual relations with his wives while he actually had not (Sufyan said: That is the hardest kind of magic as it has such an effect). Then one day he said, "O 'Aisha do you know that Allah has instructed me concerning the matter I asked Him about? Two men came to me and one of them sat near my head and the other sat near my feet. The one near my head asked the other. What is wrong with this man?' The latter replied the is under the effect of magic The first one asked, Who has worked magic on him?' The other replied Labid bin Al-A'sam, a man from Bani Zuraiq who was an ally of the Jews and was a hypocrite.' The first one asked, What material did he use)?' The other replied, 'A comb and the hair stuck to it.' The first one asked, 'Where (is that)?' The other replied. 'In a skin of pollen of a male date palm tree kept under a stone in the well of Dharwan' '' So the Prophet went to that well and took out those things and said "That was the well which was shown to me (in a dream) Its water looked like the infusion of Henna leaves and its date-palm trees looked like the heads of devils." The Prophet added, "Then that thing was taken out' I said (to the Prophet ) "Why do you not treat yourself with Nashra?" He said, "Allah has cured me; I dislike to let evil spread among my people."   (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 71, Number 660)"

From the above Saying (Hadith) of our beloved Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, we see the following:

1- Magic was played on the Prophet that he sometimes used to think that he was having sex with his wives when he actually was not.

2- A hypocrite played this magic on the Prophet and effected him by Allah Almighty's will.

3- The Prophet relied only on Allah Almighty to cure him.  He could've used the "Nashra" treatment, but he chose not to.  He waited until Allah Almighty cured him, because he wanted to teach the Muslims to rely only on Allah Almighty for cures, and not on superstitious acts.

It wasn't magic.  It was hypnotism!

And even today people can be hypnotized, so why wouldn't Muhammad (Peace be up on him) be able to get hypnotized, ESPECIALLY if Allah wants to teach us a lesson.  How you can tell this is hypnosis.

1. The person who performed it didn't do anything really spectacular, it's not like he did Magic and made Muhammad's (Peace be up on him) hair or other body part disappear.

2. Look at the Hadith: Magic was worked on Allah's Apostle so that he used to ***think*** that he had sexual relations with his wives. But back then there was no other way to describe it but Magic.

Next look at the Webster's dictionary definition in English for hypnosis:

Look at the date!! 1876... if the word didn't exist in English until 1876 then why would it exist in 600 AD in the Middle East?

Muhammad was a Prophet from Allah, how come hypnotism was able to effect him?

Because Allah Almighty wanted to teach us that non is perfect but Him.  He inspired Muhammad peace be upon him to only seek the cure from Allah Almighty to set the example for all Muslims.  Muslims need to have high faith in Allah Almighty no matter how difficult their situation is.  This event showed the Muslim even Muhammad peace be upon him is helpless without the help of Allah Almighty.

How do we know then that the revelations from Muhammad that he claimed were from Allah were indeed Divine Inspiration and not the work of hypnotism?

The Noble Quran (Allah Almighty's Noble Book) is a book that proved itself to be the Truth.  It's Prophecies were all fulfilled.  It's Divine Message and strong Literature proved itself to be the Truth among all of the pagan Arabs who all latter embraced Islam.  Muhammad was predicted to come in the Bible.  The Message of the Oneness of Allah Almighty and the sacrifices that Muhammad peace be upon him has put to embrace it and spread it only prove that he was indeed the True Messenger of Allah Almighty.  Islam's "Oneness of GOD" Message came and conflicted a great deal with the Pagan Arabs customs, culture and business, because they worshiped more than 360 idol gods, and those idol gods were the main factor for generating money for them.  Muhammad and his followers were forced into so many challenges/battles and survived all of them and by the Will of Allah Almighty were able to ultimately defeat all pagans and make the entire Middle East a Muslim region.  How could Muhammad and his Message survive all of this if GOD Almighty wasn't backing him up all the way?  How else would a True Messenger from Allah Almighty prove himself to be truthful? 

Allah Almighty promised to keep His Noble Book safe from corruption; "We have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly Guard it (from corruption).  (The Noble Quran, 15:9)"  Also "Nay, this is a Glorious Quran, (inscribed) in a Tablet Preserved !  (The Noble Quran, 85:21-22)"  Today, there is only ONE Arabic Noble Quran copy in the entire world.

This article will shed some light upon my beloved brothers and sisters in Islam who brought to my attention before some of the Christian "Answering Islam" team's articles that contain nothing but lies about our Prophet peace be upon him.  The hypocrites claim that our Prophet peace be upon him was a murderer and didn't tolerate anyone who opposed to him and he immediately would kill him.

They brought some narrations about some Jewish and Pagan hypocrites and mass murderers whom our Prophet peace be upon him had ordered for them to be executed.  The hypocrites of the Christian "Answering Islam" team made such a great deal out of the few pigs whom our Prophet peace be upon him had executed, and intentionally IGNORED the fact about our beloved Prophet forgave thousands of Pagans who committed atrocities against the Muslims and their families such as killings and rappings.

My other responses:  Please be advised that toward the end of this article you will find links to other rebuttals that expose the lies of the Christian "Answering Islam" team in the "Responses to all of the false charges against our beloved Prophet" section below.  Below, we will also discuss the Bible's cruelty and how the hypocrites of the Christian "Answering Islam" team are in double standard by ignoring their pornful bible that literally allows for fathers to insert their fingers into their daughters' vaginas in the "What about the Bible's Cruelty?" section.

Muhammad never took revenge for his own sake, but for the sake of Allah Almighty and Islam:

We must first of all know that when Islam came, it came among 365 Arab Pagan Tribes, and they were all idol worshipers, women abusers and enslavers.  Islam came and fought idol worshiping, oppressing women and racism and slavery (which is by the way clearly promoted in the Bible's Old and New Testaments) in many bloody battles that were imposed upon the Muslims without any choice for the Muslims.  So, if we hear about few pigs from the Pagans getting killed for the sake of Allah Almighty, it should not raise any red flags in our minds about the validity of Islam and it's tolerance to non-Muslims.

Narrated 'Aisha: "Whenever Allah's Apostle was given the choice of one of two matters, he would choose the easier of the two, as long as it was not sinful to do so, but if it was sinful to do so, he would not approach it. Allah's Apostle never took revenge (over anybody) for his own sake but (he did) only when Allah's Legal Bindings were outraged in which case he would take revenge for Allah's Sake.  (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Virtues and Merits of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his Companions, Volume 4, Book 56, Number 760)"

Narrated 'Aisha: "Whenever Allah's Apostle was given the choice of one of two matters he would choose the easier of the two as long as it was not sinful to do so, but if it was sinful, he would not approach it. Allah's Apostle never took revenge over anybody for his own sake but (he did) only when Allah's legal bindings were outraged, in which case he would take revenge for Allah's sake.  (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Good Manners and Form (Al-Adab), Volume 8, Book 73, Number 147)"

Narrated Aisha: "Whenever the Prophet was given an option between two things, he used to select the easier of the tow as long as it was not sinful; but if it was sinful, he would remain far from it. By Allah, he never took revenge for himself concerning any matter that was presented to him, but when Allah's Limits were transgressed, he would take revenge for Allah's Sake.  (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Limits and Punishments set by Allah (Hudood), Volume 8, Book 81, Number 777)" 

Personal Revenge Helps the Devil:

Narrated Sa'id ibn al-Musayyab: "While the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) was sitting with some of his companions, a man reviled AbuBakr and insulted him. But AbuBakr remained silent. He insulted him twice, but AbuBakr controlled himself. He insulted him thrice and AbuBakr took revenge on him. Then the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) got up when AbuBakr took revenge.

AbuBakr said: Were you angry with me, Apostle of Allah?

The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) replied: An angel came down from Heaven and he was rejecting what he had said to you. When you took revenge, a devil came down. I was not going to sit when the devil came down.   (Translation of Sunan Abu-Dawud, General Behavior (Kitab Al-Adab), Book 41, Number 4878)"

In the above narrations about our Prophet peace be upon him, we clearly without any doubt that he never seeked any personal revenge for his own sake.  Prophet Muhammad was Allah Almighty's Messenger, and the leader of the Muslims.  He never took things personal.  He always seeked the higher level and bigger picture of things.  If he executed some pigs, then it is crystal clear from the above narrations about him that he didn't do it for his own personal sake or revenge, but the sake of Allah Almighty, Islam and the Muslims.

Allah Almighty revenged for our Prophet and Islam:

In the following narration, we see a list of names of some Pagans whom the hypocrites of the Christian "Answering Islam" team seem to love and adore very much that they made such a big deal out of them, and decided to invent fabricated cheap lies against our beloved Prophet.  In the following narration, we see how Allah Almighty revenged for our beloved Prophet and killed some of the pigs who caused a lot of sufferings for the Muslims 1400 years ago, whom the Christian "Answering Islam" hypocrites love and adore so much, that insha'Allah (may Allah Almighty Will it) will end up with them in Hell Fire!

Narrated 'Amr bin Maimuin: "Abdullah bin Mas'ud said, "While Allah's Apostle was praying beside the Ka'ba, there were some Quraish people sitting in a gathering. One of them said, 'Don't you see this (who does deeds just to show off)? Who amongst you can go and bring the dung, blood and the abdominal contents (intestines, etc). of the slaughtered camels of the family of so and so and then wait till he prostrates and put that in between his shoulders?' The most unfortunate amongst them ('Uqba bin Abi Mu'ait) went (and brought them) and when Allah's Apostle prostrated, he put them between his shoulders. The Prophet remained in prostration and they laughed so much so that they fell on each other. A passerby went to Fatima, who was a young girl in those days. She came running and the Prophet was still in prostration. She removed them and cursed upon the Quraish on their faces. When Allah's Apostle completed his prayer, he said, 'O Allah! Take revenge on Quraish.' He said so thrice and added, 'O Allah! take revenge on 'Amr bin Hisham, 'Utba bin Rabia, Shaiba bin Rabi'a, Al-Walid bin'Utba, Umaiya bin Khalaf, 'Uqba bin Abi Mu'ait and 'Umar a bin Al-Walid." Abdullah added, "By Allah! I saw all of them dead in the battle field on the day of Badr and they were dragged and thrown in the Qalib (a well) at Badr: Allah's Apostle then said, 'Allah's curse has descended upon the people of the Qalib (well).  (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Virtues of the Prayer Hall (Sutra of the Musalla), Volume 1, Book 9, Number 499)"

This narration doesn't in anyway prove the false lies that our Prophet is full of hatred that he wished the death and torture of non-Muslims.  This lie's statement is too general and too vast.  It's easy for some hater of Islam to say such a statement.   But as we've seen in the above narrations, our beloved Prophet peace be upon him is full of forgiveness and love toward others. 

Repelling evil with good in Islam:

Allah Almighty in the Noble Quran commands us to return the evil that is done to us by others to not only with good, but with best!. 

Let us look at Noble Verse 13:22 "Those who patiently persevere, seeking the countenance of their Lord; establish regular prayers; spend out of (the gifts) We have bestowed for their sustenance, secretly and openly; and turn off evil with good: for such there is the final attainment of the (Eternal) Home."

Let us look at Noble Verse 23:96 "Repel evil with that which is best: We are Well-acquainted with the things they say."

Let us look at Noble Verse 41:34 "Nor can goodness and evil be equal.  Repel (evil) with that is better: Then will he between whom and thee was hatred become as it were thy friend and intimate!."

Let us look at Noble Verse 28:54 "Twice will they be given their reward, for that they have persevered, that they avert evil with good, and that they spend (in charity) out of what We have given them."

Let us look at Noble Verse 42:40 "The recompense for an injury is an injury equal thereto (in degree): but if a person forgives and makes reconciliation, his reward is due from Allah: for (Allah) Loveth not those who do wrong."

Allah Almighty loves those who restrain anger: "Those who spend (freely), whether in prosperity, or in adversity; who restrain anger, and pardon (all) men; for Allah loves those who do good.  (The Noble Quran, 3:134)"

Whether people speak evil of you, in your presence or behind your back, or they do evil to you in either of those ways, all is known to Allah Almighty.  It is not for you to punish.  Your best course is not to do evil in your turn, but to do what will best repel the evil.  Two evils do not make a good.

You do not return good for evil, for there is no equality or comparison between the two.  You repel or destroy evil with something which is far better, just as an antidote is better than poison.  You foil hatred with love.  You repel ignorance with knowledge, folly and wickedness with the friendly message of Revelation.  The man who was in bondage of sin, you not only liberate from sin, but make him your greatest friend and helper in the cause of Allah Almighty!.  Such is the alchemy of the Word of Allah Almighty!.  Your credit for returning evil with good and paying for charity is double.  Also if you forgive and return the evil with good, then Allah Almighty will love you and reward you.

No fighting is allowed in Mecca:

Narrated Abu Huraira: "In the year of the Conquest of Mecca, the tribe of Khuza'a killed a man from the tribe of Bani Laith in revenge for a killed person, belonging to them. They informed the Prophet about it. So he rode his Rahila (she-camel for riding) and addressed the people saying, "Allah held back the killing from Mecca. (The sub-narrator is in doubt whether the Prophet said "elephant or killing," as the Arabic words standing for these words have great similarity in shape), but He (Allah) let His Apostle and the believers over power the infidels of Mecca. Beware! (Mecca is a sanctuary) Verily! Fighting in Mecca was not permitted for anyone before me nor will it be permitted for anyone after me. It (war) in it was made legal for me for few hours or so on that day. No doubt it is at this moment a sanctuary, it is not allowed to uproot its thorny shrubs or to uproot its trees or to pick up its Luqatt (fallen things) except by a person who will look for its owner (announce it publicly). And if somebody is killed, then his closest relative has the right to choose one of the two-- the blood money (Diyya) or retaliation having the killer killed. In the meantime a man from Yemen came and said, "O Allah's Apostle! Get that written for me." The Prophet ordered his companions to write that for him. Then a man from Quraish said, "Except Al-Iqhkhir (a type of grass that has good smell) O Allah's Apostle, as we use it in our houses and graves." The Prophet said, "Except Al-Idhkhiri.e. Al-Idhkhir is allowed to be plucked."  (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Knowledge, Volume 1, Book 3, Number 112)"

Some of the infidels that were killed whom the Christian "Answering Islam" team made a great deal out of were killed during the few hours that fighting was permitted in Mecca.  When Muslims conquered Mecca, Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him ordered them to enter the city with their swords covered in their cases.  Some of the infidels resisted the Muslims for few hours and this is where some blood shed took place.  

The story of the 10,000 Muslim believers conquering Mecca was foretold in the Bible.

The point, however, is that Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him didn't seek personal revenges against people, and certainly he was not a murderer.  He was Allah Almighty's Messenger who Spread Islam to Mankind by peace, except when wars were imposed upon him and his followers.

What about the Bible's cruelty?

Introduction: We must first of all know that the entire Bible is corrupted and unreliable and is mostly filled with man-made laws and corruption!  GOD Almighty Said: "`How can you say, "We [the Jews] are wise, for we have the law of the LORD," when actually the lying pen of the scribes has handled it falsely?' (From the NIV Bible, Jeremiah 8:8)"

The Revised Standard Version makes it even clearer: "How can you say, 'We are wise, and the law of the LORD is with us'? But, behold, the false pen of the scribes has made it into a lie.   (From the RSV Bible, Jeremiah 8:8)"

In either translation, we clearly see that the Jews had so much corrupted the Bible with their man-made cultural laws, that they had turned the Bible into a lie!

See Also Deuteronomy 31:25-29 where Moses peace be upon him predicted the corruption/tampering of the Law (Bible) after his death.

The Book of Moses predicted that the Law (Bible) will get corrupted.  The Book of Jeremiah which came approximately 826 years after did indeed confirm this corruption.

There are several Verses in the Bible that seem to be very cruel.  Let us look at few of them:

Let us look at Numbers 31:17 "Now kill all the boys [innocent kids]. And kill every woman who has slept with a man, but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man." 

Also, let us look at Numbers 31:35-40 "[From the captives of war] 32,000 women who had never slept with a man.......of which the tribute for the LORD was 32 [virgin women]."

Why kill the innocent children?  Why kill all of the non-virgin women?  Back then, it was only men who fought men in wars.  Women rarely fought in battle fields.   So what crime did the innocent children and the non-virgin women do?

This verse was sent to me by Yusif 65; may Allah Almighty always be pleased with him:  "But after they had moved it, the LORD's hand was against that city, throwing it into a great panic.  He afflicted the people of the city, both young and old, with an outbreak of tumors.  (From the NIV Bible, 1 Samuel 5:9)"  

"tumors" was defined as "with tumors in the groin."  This is verified at this link.

Why torture the enemies by destroying their groins? 

I wonder how the hypocrites of the Christian "Answering Islam" team would reply to these verses from their x-rated pornographic Bible.

My Question:  My question to those hypocrites is, using your own standards, does this also make your porn-full bible an "invalid" book?

We are not even sure that the books of "Numbers" and "1 Samuel" are GOD's Divine Words.   Let us look at what the NIV Bible's Theologians had to say about them:

The Book of Numbers:

"It is not necessary, however, to claim that Numbers came from Moses' hand complete and in final form. Portions of the book were probably added by scribes or editors from later periods of Israel's history. For example, the protestation of the humility of Moses (12:3) would hardly be convincing if it came from his own mouth.    (From the NIV Bible Commentary, page 183)"

So in reality, we don't know who were all the authors who wrote the book of Numbers.    How is it possible then to call the book of Numbers the True Living Revelations of GOD Almighty if the book had been tampered with by the man-made laws of the scribes?

As you clearly saw in Jeremiah 8:8 in the introduction above, GOD Almighty condemned the laws of the scribes and accused them for turning the Bible into a lie.

The books of 1 and 2 Samuel:

"Many questions have arisen pertaining to the literary character, authorship and date of 1,2 Samuel."

"Who the author was cannot be known with certainty since the book itself gives no indication of his identity."

Again, unknown books with unknown authors had been inserted into the Bible and are now considered GOD's Revelations.  What a joke!  Since when do we consider man-made stories and narrations as GOD's Revelations?

In either translation, we clearly see that the Bible is not a book for freeing slaves.   Slavery was practiced very badly during the times of Judaism and Christianity, and was fought against and ended during the times of Islam.  It is part of the Bible's "teaching" to practice and promote slavery!  And fighting it would "slander" or "defame" the teachings of the Bible.

My Challenge:  I invite any Jew or Christian to bring me one Bible verse that orders its followers to free slaves!

Prophet Muhammad became deeply depressed and terrified.  But he never through actions tried to commit suicide.  Even though he thought about it, but he never actually attempted to do it.

He wrote:

Here is the quote from Bukhari:

MENJ quotes Sir William Muir, the great Islamic scholar, on Muhammad’s sincerity to support his position that Muhammad's mental illness and suicide attempts are acceptable:

It is strongly corroborative of Muhammad's sincerity that the earliest converts to Islam were not only of upright character, but his own bosom friends and people of his household who, intimately acquainted with his private life, could not fail otherwise to have detected those discrepancies which ever more or less exist between the professions of the hypocritical deceiver abroad and his actions at home. The faithful Khadijah is already known to the reader as sharer in her husband's searching of heart and probably the first convert to his creed.

My response:

All you did was give ridiculous assumptions about our beloved Prophet peace be upon him being a "false prophet", and yet, you conveniently ignored the fact that Jesus in the NT: (1) Became suicidal for a small period of time; (2) Was a complete hypocrite for bowing down to GOD Almighty ONLY during his most desperate times.

Tell me Silas, what is the spiritual wisdom behind Jesus hypocritical action?  Is he telling you as a Christian that when you're extremely desperate to get something, then do bow down to GOD Almighty in Worship?  But otherwise, don't?

Is this the ridiculous message that Jesus is trying to give you here?

When Jesus himself wished that his life would end as quick as possible.  This by itself is a sin and defiance to GOD Almighty's Will and Wisdom, if I were to judge Jesus from the same angel your judging Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him.

Then MENJ writes that there is no uniform agreement on the duration:

But then MENJ states:

1)   If "there is no uniformity of agreement", and since you quote Ali who states "two years", why is it now reasonable to assume it lasted a few days or months instead of two or even three years that Ali, and other cited scholars, have stated?

My response:

No one is certain about the amount of time our Prophet peace be upon him was deeply depressed.  Onething for certain though is that Prophet Muhammad did overcome the difficulties that he was experiencing, and Islam did prevail, and Arabia's idols and paganism was all cleansed by Islam's True Divine Message.

Deuteronomy 18:18's Prophet is non other than Prophet Muhammad.

In the Book of Isaiah: Isaiah in the Bible foretold the story of "Al-alak" that is in the Noble Quran about Muhammad.   Isaiah in the Bible foretold the story of "Al-alak" in the Noble Quran which happened to Muhammad and never happened to any other Prophet.  It is the story where the Angel Gabriel repeatedly commands the Prophet to read, and the Prophet (i.e. Muhammad) repeatedly replies "I can't read".

Isaiah's Vision: He saw Jesus riding a donkey and Muhammad riding a camel.  He also saw the destruction of Babylon (i.e. Iraq today) and its idol gods, and replacing them with a Divine Religion (i.e. Islam today).

Prophet Muhammad was foretold in Isaiah 42.

Islamic Fasting was predicted by Isaiah in the Bible.

He wrote:

Since MENJ thinks Muir is credible enough to quote on Muhammad’s sincerity, let’s take a look at what Muir writes on the fatrah’s duration. Isn’t that fair? I’ll point out that this quote is from the very same book MENJ used, page 51.

The period succeeding the revelation of the 96^th Sura, during which inspiration was suspended, and Mohammad in despondency contemplated suicide, is generally represented as of longer duration than in the above statement. The interval [which is called the fetra] is variously held to have lasted from six months to three years. Sir William Muir, "The Life of Muhammad", p. 51.

MENJ quotes from Zakaria Bashier's "The Meccan Crucible", but MENJ has only provided Bashier's conjecture or conclusions without providing substantial material. MENJ posts from Ibn Sa'd's writings as conclusive proof that the Fatrah could only be very short in duration ...

After the revelation came to him (Muhammad) at Hira, he waited for some days in which he did not see Gabriel. He then grieved tremendously and so great was his grief that he frequented Thubayr and Hira (two mountains overlooking Mecca) with the intention of throwing himself down from their peaks. One day, as he was wandering amongst these mountains, he heard a voice from heaven. The Messenger of God stopped, greatly shaken by the voice. Then he looked up, and it was Gabriel sitting on a throne between the ground and the sky, 'O Muhammad! Thou art the Messenger of God and I am Gabriel’

My response:

So to you Silas Sir William Muir's writting is "substantial" and not "conclusive"?  You have no direct proof for any claim that you're making about the length of time of Prophet Muhammad's depression.

He wrote:

... But after a few days Waraqa died and the Divine Inspiration was also paused for a while and the Prophet became so sad as we have heard that he intended several times to throw himself from the tops of high mountains and every time he went up the top of a mountain in order to throw himself down, Gabriel would appear before him and say, "O Muhammad! You are indeed Allah's Apostle in truth" whereupon his heart would become quiet and he would calm down and would return home. And whenever the period of the coming of the inspiration used to become long, he would do as before, but when he used to reach the top of a mountain, Gabriel would appear before him and say to him what he had said before…. Sahih Al-Bukhari, Vol 9, number 111.

My response:

You might object to this.  You might think it is foolish.  But it is the Truth to us.  At least Muhammad was not a hypocrite like the Jesus of the New Testament was as I proved above.  Your points don't really mean anything, because when one examines the Noble Quran and it's Divine Claims, he will see the Internal and Everlasting Miracle of the Noble Quran, not only it is supernatural stylistic language in Arabic, but also it's claims about how GOD Almighty created things as I clearly showed above.

Az-Zuhri said: There was a gap for a time in the revelation to the Messenger of God, and he was very sorrowful. He started going early to the tops of the mountains to throw himself down from them. But whenever he reached the summit of a mountain, Gabriel would appear to him and say, Thou art the Prophet of God. At that his restlessness would cease and his self would return to him. W. M. Watt, "Muhammad at Mecca", page 41.

Watt analyzes az-Zuhri’s body of writings on this event from pages 41 through 52. Watt sums up his position on the length of the Fatrah on pages 48 through 50:

It is unlikely, however, that it should have lasted three years as is sometimes suggested; this figure is possibly due to confusion with the duration of the non-public ministry. These considerations suggest that there probably was some gap in Muhammad’s religious experience; az-Zuhri’s conjecture (for such I take it to be) that it came immediately before the beginning of the public ministry is not strong evidence but is quite probable.

The picture which is formed when these uncertain details are fitted together is somewhat as follows. There was what we might call a preparatory stage in Muhammad’s career as prophet, lasting three years. In this he apparently began to receive revelation of some sort; in the Asrafil traditions it says that Muhammad "heard his voice but did not see his figure". The first part of Surat al-‘Alaq and Surat ad-Duha may belong here; they may also have been revelations of a more private character which Muhammad did not consider to form part of the Quran. Towards the end of the three years one might place the Fatrah ...

The thought of suicide, however, could hardly have been attributed to Muhammad, one would think, unless he had said something which gave a basis for the attribution. It goes beyond the exegesis of Surat ad-Duha. Moreover, such a period of despair would fit in with the accounts of the Fatrah. This does, therefore, seem to give us some real information about Muhammad.

Here are some quotes. Ibn Kathir cites Bukhari:

The Messenger of God returned home with this, his heart palpitating. He went in to Khadija, daughter of Khuwaylid, and said, "Wrap me up! Wrap me up! They did so until the terror left him. He then spoke to Khadija, telling her what had happened, saying, "I was afraid for myself." (Page 279)

Not long thereafter Waraqa dies, and the revelation waned for a period, so that the Messenger of God was so depressed - as we have been told - that he would frequently feel like throwing himself down from the summits of high mountains. Whenever he reached the top of a mountain, to throw himself down, Gabriel would appear and say, "O Muhammad, you are in truth the Messenger of God! This would relieve his distress and he would return down. And if the inspiration was again long incoming, he would feel and do the same. (Pages 279, 280)

Thereupon he choked me till I thought it meant death. But then he released me. (Page 280)

... that the Messenger of God received his mission when he was 40 years old. The angel Israfil was entrusted with his prophethood for three years, during which he would teach him words and facts; the Quran was not revealed then. After those three years Gabriel was entrusted with his prophethood and the Quran was revealed through his voice over a 20 year period, 10 in Mecca and 10 in Medina. The prophet died when he was 63 years old ... This chain of authorities back to al-Sha’bi is a correct one. It establishes that Israfil was entrusted with him for a 3-year period after his age of 40, and that Gabriel came thereafter. (Page 281)

Abu Shama stated, "The Messenger of God used to see strange visions before his mission." (Page 282)

Some authorities state that the intermission lasted for approximately two years, or two years and a half. (page 300)

d)   IBN SA’D

Verily the Apostle of Allah was commissioned to prophethood when he was forty years old. Saraphel was with him for three years, then he was replaced by Gabriel who remained with him…(Ibn Sa’d, Kitab al-Tabaqat al-Kabir, volume 1, page 220)

Along with this discreet spread of Islam came hardship, and continuing self-doubt and need for reassurance. Muhammad's (S) doubts about the nature of what was happening to him must have been exacerbated during a long period (six months to two years called fatrah or break) without any revelation. All of these doubts and uncertainties about Islam's Truth would fall when you objectively read the Noble Quran and examine it's Holy Claims.  All you have is conclusions and theories about Muhammad being this and Muhammad being that.  Muhammad might have thought about committing suicide, but HE NEVER ACTUALLY DID TRY TO COMMIT IT, like for instance actually throwing himself from the mountain, or cutting his wrist, etc...

Muhammad was a false prophet. Jesus predicted such false prophets would come:

"Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. 16 By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? Matthew 7:15, 16.

My response:

There is no need to review the Biblical Prophets, when Jesus himself wished that his life would end as quick as possible.  This by itself is a sin and defiance to GOD Almighty's Will and Wisdom, if I were to judge Jesus from the same angel your judging Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him.

Also, Jesus in the Bible proved himself to be a hypocrite for only bowing down to GOD Almighty in Prostration ONLY during his most desperate time.  Again, I ask you this: What is the spiritual wisdom behind Jesus hypocritical action?  Is he telling you as a Christian that when you're extremely desperate to get something, then do bow down to GOD Almighty in Worship?   But otherwise, don't?

Is this the ridiculous message that Jesus is trying to give you here?

Did Isaiah 53 really prophesies about the crucifixion of Jesus? It supports Islam's claims about Jesus peace be upon him never died on the cross.  I also addressed John 19:36-37 from the Bible and proved that Jesus never got crucified, since GOD Almighty promised that he will protect Jesus' body and not let even a single bone be broken.  My question to all Christians is: How in the world is it possible for the feet to get nailed on the cross without any penetration to the bones by the nails, hence breaking part of the feet's bones?! I also added refutations to Exodus 12:46, Numbers 9:12, Zechariah 12:10 and Psalm 34:20, which supposedly prove the Christians' belief about Jesus crucifixion.  I proved that this dogma has no truth what so ever and exposed the wrong Trinitarian English translation of Zechariah 12:10.
