My rebuttal to Sam Shamoun's "The Quran and Lesbianism: An open challenge to Osama Abdallah" article:

THE QURAN AND LESBIANISM

AN OPEN CHALLENGE TO OSAMA ABDALLAH

Some readers may wonder why we even bother to discuss the question of whether or not the Quran condemns lesbian acts. The relevancy of the issue goes beyond merely responding to one misguided attack on us by Osama Abdallah. This will become clear in the last section of this article, the concluding remarks.

My response:

To any knowledgeable person in Islamic studies, and to any person who knows just how strict and conservative the Divine and Truthful Religion of Islam regarding chastity and prohibition of lust, fornication, adultery and homosexuality, it becomes quite apparent to the person that Sam Shamoun is a hopeless case.  He strives on writing gibberish and desperate nonsense that only occupies space without really providing any real Truth what so ever.

The following response will be divided into the following sections:

1-   Lesbianism and homosexuality in Islam.

2-  Muslim men and women must remain Chaste.

1-  Lesbianism and homosexuality in Islam:

To any person with the least atom of a brain, the following Noble Verses clearly refute his lie regarding Islam allegedly allowing lesbianism or homosexuality in general:

"If any of your women are guilty of lewdness, Take the evidence of four (Reliable) witnesses from amongst you against them; and if they testify, confine them to houses until death do claim them, or God ordain for them some (other) way.   (The Noble Quran, 4:15)"   If the lesbian woman or women repent, then she or they would be set free.  See proof.

"If two men among you are guilty of lewdness, punish them both. If they repent and amend, Leave them alone; for God is Oft-returning, Most Merciful.   (The Noble Quran, 4:16)"   The punishment is 100 stripes.  See proof.

"For ye practise your lusts on men in preference to women: Ye are indeed a people transgressing beyond bounds.  (The Noble Quran, 7:81)"

"Would ye really approach men in your lusts rather than women? Nay, ye are a people (grossly) ignorant!  (The Noble Quran, 27:55)"

"Let no (Muslim) man guilty of adultery or fornication marry and but a (Muslim) woman similarly guilty, or an Unbeliever (pagan woman): nor let any but such a man or an Unbeliever marry such a woman: to the Believers such a thing is forbidden. And those who launch a charge against chaste women, and produce not four witnesses (to support their allegations),- flog them with eighty stripes; and reject their evidence ever after: for such men are wicked transgressors; unless they repent thereafter and mend (their conduct); for God is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.  (The Noble Quran, 24:3-5)"

"We also (sent) Lut: He said to his people: "Do ye commit lewdness such as no people in creation (ever) committed before you?  (The Noble Quran, 7:80)"

"(We also sent) Lut (as an apostle): behold, He said to his people, "Do ye do what is shameful though ye see (its iniquity)?  (The Noble Quran, 27:54)"

"A sura which We have sent down and which We have ordained in it have We sent down Clear Signs, in order that ye may receive admonition. The woman and the man guilty of adultery or fornication,- flog each of them with a hundred stripes: Let not compassion move you in their case, in a matter prescribed by God, if ye believe in God and the Last Day: and let a party of the Believers witness their punishment.  (The Noble Quran, 24:1-2)"

"Nor come nigh to adultery: for it is a shameful (deed) and an evil, opening the road (to other evils).  (The Noble Quran, 17:32)"

"O Prophet! When believing women come to thee to take the oath of fealty to thee, that they will not associate in worship any other thing whatever with God, that they will not steal, that they will not commit adultery (or fornication), that they will not kill their children, that they will not utter slander, intentionally forging falsehood, and that they will not disobey thee in any just matter,- then do thou receive their fealty, and pray to God for the forgiveness (of their sins): for God is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.  (The Noble Quran, 60:12)"

2-  Muslim men and women must remain Chaste:

Chastity in Islam is well defined in the Noble Quran.  It is not just limited to sexual intercourse.  It includes everything that deals with and promotes sex and sexual excitement!  Talking loose, flirting, dressing inappropriately, promoting sexual and evil thoughts in the society are all condemned in the Noble Quran:

"And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the slaves whom their right hands possess, or male servants free of physical needs, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex; and that they should not strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments. And O ye Believers! turn ye all together towards God, that ye may attain Bliss.  (The Noble Quran, 24:31)"

"For Muslim men and women,- for believing men and women, for devout men and women, for true men and women, for men and women who are patient and constant, for men and women who humble themselves, for men and women who give in Charity, for men and women who fast (and deny themselves), for men and women who guard their chastity, and for men and women who engage much in God's praise,- for them has God prepared forgiveness and great reward.  (The Noble Quran, 33:35)"

"Let those who find not the wherewithal for marriage keep themselves chaste, until God gives them means out of His grace. And if any of your slaves ask for a deed in writing (to enable them to earn their freedom for a certain sum), give them such a deed if ye know any good in them: yea, give them something yourselves out of the means which God has given to you. But force not your maids to prostitution when they desire chastity, in order that ye may make a gain in the goods of this life. But if anyone compels them, yet, after such compulsion, is God, Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (to them),  (The Noble Quran, 24:33)"

"If any of you have not the means wherewith to wed free believing women, they may wed believing girls from among those whom your right hands possess: And God hath full knowledge about your faith. Ye are one from another: Wed them with the leave of their owners, and give them their dowers, according to what is reasonable: They should be chaste, not lustful, nor taking paramours: when they are taken in wedlock, if they fall into shame, their punishment is half that for free women. This (permission) is for those among you who fear sin; but it is better for you that ye practise self-restraint. And God is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.   (The Noble Quran, 4:25)"

"This day are (all) things good and pure made lawful unto you. The food of the People of the Book is lawful unto you and yours is lawful unto them. (Lawful unto you in marriage) are (not only) chaste women who are believers, but chaste women among the People of the Book, revealed before your time,- when ye give them their due dowers, and desire chastity, not lewdness, nor secret intrigues if any one rejects faith, fruitless is his work, and in the Hereafter he will be in the ranks of those who have lost (all spiritual good).  (The Noble Quran, 5:5)"

"She said: "How shall I have a son, seeing that no man has touched me, and I am not unchaste?"  (The Noble Quran, 19:20)"

"O sister of Aaron! Thy father was not a man of evil, nor thy mother a woman unchaste!  (The Noble Quran, 19:28)"

"And those who launch a charge against chaste women, and produce not four witnesses (to support their allegations),- flog them with eighty stripes; and reject their evidence ever after: for such men are wicked transgressors;-  (The Noble Quran, 24:4)"

"Those who slander chaste women, indiscreet but believing, are cursed in this life and in the Hereafter: for them is a grievous Penalty,-  (The Noble Quran, 24:23)"

There are few important points to notice here, especially in Noble Verse 24:31 above:

1-   Allah Almighty Commanded the Muslim women to look down when approaching men and to guard their modesty.

2-   They must cover their bodies and only reveal their beauty to their husbands and few other relatives.

3-   Out of stranger males, they can only uncover their hair in front of little children who "have no sense of the shame of sex".

4-  Women can not "strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments."  In other words, do not flirt!

I think point #3 pretty much sums it all up!

The fact, from among stranger males, that women can only display the parts of their bodies that are above the shoulders to little children who don't know anything about sex, PROVES without doubt that lesbianism is illegal in Islam.

The sick pornographic and polytheist trinitarian pagan's point, Sam Shamoun that is, is simply that since lesbians' sex is not done by uniting the penis and the vagina together, or by inserting the penis into a vagina, then Islamically it is not forbidden.  Since the two women would obviously have only vaginas, and since the Christian Western made "porn toys" didn't exist 1500 years ago, then to pornographic bible follower, the book of women's vaginas and breasts taste like "wine", sex between the two women in all its forms is legal.

What this pornographic polytheist trinitarian pagan doesn't realize is that the "shame of sex" that Allah Almighty talked about regarding the little boys, it would obviously include a condemnation of the two women having an inappropriate relationship with each others, even including just a loose and flirty talk directed at each others.   Let alone having a physical sexual relationship. 

This is further proven in the following Hadith:

'Abd al-Rahman, the son of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, reported from his father: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said:  "A man should not see the private parts of another man, and a woman should not see the private parts of another woman, and a man should not lie with another man under one covering, and a woman should not lie with another woman under one covering.   (Translation of Sahih Muslim, The Book of Menstruation (Kitab Al-Haid), Book 003, Number 0667)"

Even bringing suspicion of being a homosexual, fornicator, adulterer or adulterous against yourself is forbidden in Islam.  And to answer Sam Shamoun's silly points regarding lesbianism:

Doesn't "a woman should not see the private parts of another woman" soundly debunk your trash?

The whole point of the veil is not just to have a scarf covering the woman.  It also includes living a chaste and a non-loose and non-flirty life!  That is why Allah Almighty even prevented women from striking their feet on the ground to make noise that would draw attention to them, so that men would think that they are trying to draw inappropriate attention to them, such as flirting, as shown in point #4 above.

And it's not just women who are Commanded to live a Chaste life.  Men too are Commanded to live it, and to avoid causing evil in the society in all ways.  This is mentioned in Noble Verse 33:35 above.

Women by nature can very dangerous, just as men by nature can be extremely brainless and stupid when they're sexually too high.  Perhaps that is why we see much emphasis on women's' appearances than men in the Noble Quran.  To men, a decent shirt and decent pants would do just fine as far as the outside "Chaste" looks are concerned.  But to women, it can get much more complicated.

So to prevent some women from abusing their natural and magical beauty and attraction to men, Allah Almighty made it compulsory upon them to cover up, so that they won't eventually become satan's tools to destroy the Chastity of the Muslim society, as it is the case with the pornographic and sexually open christian societies today!  Their women have no problem exposing 99% of their bodies through wearing bikinis, sometimes even topless bikinis, on the beaches.   Their men and women have no problem in having sex without marriage.  They have no problem in corrupting their children and legitimizing to them their illegal ways, etc....

So with all of this in mind, it is now clear that it is the intentions and the actions that are done to promote them, that really matter.  Anyone like this polytheist trinitarian pagan and his team of corrupt infidels can act very stupid and twist the Text of the Noble Quran as they please, such as legalizing lesbianism.  But they can only fool themselves!

I think the reader can now clearly see just how much of a total joke Sam Shamoun really is.

I can simply stop here!

The Noble Verses above have clearly and indisputably debunked the polytheist trinitarian pagan's gibberish article and points.  I can simply stop here and end the rebuttal and defeat his "challenge".  But for the sake of having fun, I will continue to debunk him below to further prove to the reader why I have created the special "Dumpster Section" for him and his team and why I keep shoving them, every once in a while, in it.

It's laughable articles of this type, from the ludicrous team of the so-called "Answering Islam", that have absolutely no place in the scholarship world, which need to be tossed away and thrown in the dumpster.  That's exactly what's happening tonight to Sam Shamoun, to his so-called "article" and to his soundly debunked "open challenge".

He wrote:

God’s true Word, the Holy Bible, explicitly condemns the practice of homosexuality, lesbianism, and bestiality:

"You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination. And you shall not lie with any beast and defile yourself with it, neither shall any woman give herself to a beast to lie with it: it is perversion." Leviticus 18:22-23 RSV

"If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall be put to death, their blood is upon them... If a man lies with a beast, he shall be put to death; and you shall kill the beast." Leviticus 20:13, 15 RSV

"For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. Their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural, and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in their own persons the due penalty for their error." Romans 1:26-27 RSV

"Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. The Holy Bible also refers to the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, and their neighboring cities, due to their evil and wickedness, which included homosexuality:

"Then the LORD said, ‘Because the outcry against Sodom and Gomor'rah is great and their sin is very grave, I will go down to see whether they have done altogether according to the outcry which has come to me; and if not, I will know.’" Genesis 18:20-21 RSV

"The two angels came to Sodom in the evening; and Lot was sitting in the gate of Sodom. When Lot saw them, he rose to meet them, and bowed himself with his face to the earth, and said, ‘My lords, turn aside, I pray you, to your servant's house and spend the night, and wash your feet; then you may rise up early and go on your way.’ They said, ‘No; we will spend the night in the street.’ But he urged them strongly; so they turned aside to him and entered his house; and he made them a feast, and baked unleavened bread, and they ate. This is where we get the term sodomy and sodomite in connection to homosexuality.

First of all, in regards to Genesis 18 & 19, see my thorough refutation to the trinity lie that was invented using them.

This section will be divided into two sub-sections:

1-   The Old Testament's laws.

2-   The Bible is corrupt according to its theologians.

1-  The Old Testament's laws:

First of all, many laws in the Old Testament are too harsh and impossible to live by.   Christians also claim that they don't have to follow the Old Testament, which is something I refuted along time ago.   But as far as following the OT, if you wish to follow it, then you must also follow the following:

There goes your Christmas and Easter ham and pork. 

It amazes me how the polytheist trinitarian pagan christians are the world's biggest consumers of pork meat!

Talk about respecting GOD Almighty and obeying His Divine Will!

2-  Not following the Social Laws of the Old Testament.  If you believe that you don't have to follow the OT's Social Laws, then I must ask you:

1-  Can you marry your father's former wife?

2-  Can you marry your own sister?

3-  If you're a Hindu (male Hindus are allowed to marry their sisters' daughters) and you just recently embraced Christianity, then are you allowed to marry your sister's daughter whom you probably fell in love with before or at least had strong feelings toward, or was probably spoken for, when she was young while you were a Hindu?

4-  Can you marry your son's former wife, or daughter's former husband, if you're a dad or mom?

5-  CAN YOU MARRY YOUR OWN MOTHER????

The New Testament hardly contains any social law.  It certainly doesn't address any of the questions I raised!  Only the Old Testament is thorough and contains all of the Social Laws that define the limits of marriage and relationships and other social issues.

For points #1&2 above, if the polytheist trinitarian pagans EAT PORK because it is not prohibited in the NT, then SHOULDN'T that also allow for them to start marrying their own siblings (brothers and sisters) or their nieces and nephews, OR EVEN THEIR OWN PARENTS??

I mean, who's really to say no if the NT doesn't prohibit it!!

HECK, they're now allowing for men to marry men and women to marry women!

What's next?  Marry your own dog because the New Testament doesn't say no?! 

You think some christians wouldn't do it?

So if you now agree with me that you must follow the Old Testament's Social Laws, then shouldn't you also follow the following:

"And he that curseth his father, or his mother, shall surely be put to death.  (Exodus 21:17)"

Renegades/Apostates:  Must they be killed?

Your hand must be the first in putting him to death, and then the hands of all the people.    (Deuteronomy 13:6-9)"

2-  The Bible is corrupt according to its theologians!

Also, your "Bible" is not the Original Holy and Pure Word of GOD Almighty.  It is a rewrite of men's words and interpretations.  The book does contain both Truth and man's corruption, alteration and fabrications in it.

Ironically, these are not my own words!  Your own bible theologians and historians openly and clearly admit to this fact.  Plus the overwhelming amount of historical and textual contradictions that exist in the bible also testify to the corruption and man's alteration and fabricated lies in it.

Muslims and Christians both agree that the Noble Quran does not agree with today's Bible in everything.  Just because the Bible might disagree on something in the Noble Quran, it doesn't at all negate the claim of the Noble Quran or make it false.  There is a certain flow of logic that the Noble Quran presents which we the Muslims believe that it is the truth.

The Bible's contents today were not written by their original authors.  For example, we read from the book of Matthew so many verses such as this one:

"...And as Jesus passed forth thence, HE (Jesus) saw a man, named Matthew, sitting at the receipt of custom: and HE (Jesus) saith unto HIM (Matthew), follow ME (Jesus) and HE (Matthew) arose, and followed HIM (Jesus). (Matthew 9:9)"

Did "Matthew" write this about himself? Why then didn't Matthew write for example: "he (Jesus) saw ME, and my name is Matthew. I was sitting at the receipt of custom…" etc.

Similarly, we read in the books of Moses things such as "And the LORD said to Moses...", or "Moses went to that place....", etc...  We also read in the Old Testament about Moses' burial.  Now if Moses alone supposedly wrote his books, then how is it possible for him to write about his own burial when he is already dead??!!

Such evidence can be found in many places throughout the Old Testament and the New Testament.  The so called "Original letters/Gospels" that were written in Greek and Hebrew, were written by third party people!

You can not disprove Islam by presenting stories from the Bible that are not narrated the same from the Noble Quran. We Muslims believe that there are many disagreements in today's Bible, and that the Noble Quran should be the Bible that the Jews and the Christians should follow.

Allah Almighty said in the Noble Quran in Noble Verse 11:110 "We (Allah) certainly gave the Book To Moses, but differences Arose therein: had it not been That a Word had gone forth Before from thy Lord, the matter Would have been decided Between them: but they Are in suspicious doubt Concerning it."

Note:  The topic of bestiality (humans having sex with animals) had been covered further below in this article.

First of all, as the reader clearly sees above, the Noble Quran doesn't "vaguely refer to homosexuality".  It clearly condemns it.  Not only that, but those who try to get "wild" and "colorful" with their corruptions and ideas as your pornographic and lustful christian societies are today, end up suffering a great deal of punishment by GOD Almighty:

"Let no (Muslim) man guilty of adultery or fornication marry and but a (Muslim) woman similarly guilty, or an Unbeliever (pagan woman): nor let any but such a man or an Unbeliever marry such a woman: to the Believers such a thing is forbidden. Not only will they get flogged as you will see in the Noble Verses below, but they will be forbidden from marrying Muslims!  If one wishes to become a queer (homosexual), or if one has sex with his sister or she had sex her brother, or niece or nephew, etc... for him or her, then they will be treated as disbelievers and they will not live comfortable among Muslims, because they can't practically become part of them, such as marrying from them, which is something big deal to humans in life.

So no, a man or woman can not become a homosexual!

Also, as I mentioned above:

1-  Lesbianism and homosexuality in Islam:

To any person with the least atom of a brain, the following Noble Verses clearly refute his lie regarding Islam allegedly allowing lesbianism or homosexuality in general:

"If any of your women are guilty of lewdness, Take the evidence of four (Reliable) witnesses from amongst you against them; and if they testify, confine them to houses until death do claim them, or God ordain for them some (other) way.   (The Noble Quran, 4:15)"   If the lesbian woman or women repent, then she or they would be set free.  See proof.

"If two men among you are guilty of lewdness, punish them both. If they repent and amend, Leave them alone; for God is Oft-returning, Most Merciful.   (The Noble Quran, 4:16)"   The punishment is 100 stripes.  See proof.

"For ye practise your lusts on men in preference to women: Ye are indeed a people transgressing beyond bounds.  (The Noble Quran, 7:81)"

"Would ye really approach men in your lusts rather than women? Nay, ye are a people (grossly) ignorant!  (The Noble Quran, 27:55)"

"And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the slaves whom their right hands possess, or male servants free of physical needs, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex; and that they should not strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments. There are few important points to notice here, especially in Noble Verse 24:31 above:

1-   Allah Almighty Commanded the Muslim women to look down when approaching men and to guard their modesty.

2-   They must cover their bodies and only reveal their beauty to their husbands and few other relatives.

3-   Out of stranger males, they can only uncover their hair in front of little children who "have no sense of the shame of sex".

4-  Women can not "strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments."  In other words, do not flirt!

I think point #3 pretty much sums it all up!

The fact, from among stranger males, that women can only display the parts of their bodies that are above the shoulders to little children who don't know anything about sex, PROVES without doubt that lesbianism is illegal in Islam.

The sick pornographic and polytheist trinitarian pagan's point, Sam Shamoun that is, is simply that since lesbians' sex is not done by uniting the penis and the vagina together, or by inserting the penis into a vagina, then Islamically it is not forbidden.  Since the two women would obviously have only vaginas, and since the Christian Western made "porn toys" didn't exist 1500 years ago, then to pornographic bible follower, the book of women's vaginas and breasts taste like "wine", sex between the two women in all its forms is legal.

What this pornographic polytheist trinitarian pagan doesn't realize is that the "shame of sex" that Allah Almighty talked about regarding the little boys, it would obviously include a condemnation of the two women having an inappropriate relationship with each others, even including just a loose and flirty talk directed at each others.   Let alone having a physical sexual relationship.

This is further proven in the following Hadith:

Even bringing suspicion of being a homosexual, fornicator, adulterer or adulterous against yourself is forbidden in Islam.  And to answer Sam Shamoun's silly points regarding lesbianism:

The whole point of the veil is not just to have a scarf covering the woman.  It also includes living a chaste and a non-loose and non-flirty life!  That is why Allah Almighty even prevented women from striking their feet on the ground to make noise that would draw attention to them, so that men would think that they are trying to draw inappropriate attention to them, such as flirting, as shown in point #4 above.

And it's not just women who are Commanded to live a Chaste life.  Men too are Commanded to live it, and to avoid causing evil in the society in all ways.  This is mentioned in Noble Verse 33:35 above.

Like I mentioned above in the article, women by nature can very dangerous, just as men by nature can be extremely brainless and stupid when they're sexually too high.  Perhaps that is why we see much emphasis on women's' appearances than men in the Noble Quran.  To men, a decent shirt and decent pants would do just fine as far as the outside "Chaste" looks are concerned.  But to women, it can get much more complicated.

So to prevent some women from abusing their natural and magical beauty and attraction to men, Allah Almighty made it compulsory upon them to cover up, so that they won't eventually become satan's tools to destroy the Chastity of the Muslim society, as it is the case with the pornographic and sexually open christian societies today!  Their women have no problem exposing 99% of their bodies through wearing bikinis, sometimes even topless bikinis, on the beaches.   Their men and women have no problem in having sex without marriage.  They have no problem in corrupting their children and legitimizing to them their illegal ways, etc....

So with all of this in mind, it is now clear that it is the intentions and the actions that are done to promote them, that really matter.  Anyone like this polytheist trinitarian pagan and his team of corrupt infidels can act very stupid and twist the Text of the Noble Quran as they please, such as legalizing lesbianism.  But they can only fool themselves!

In the first place, even though the Quran condemns adultery in certain instances, it does permit it in other circumstances:

Also (prohibited are) women already married, except those whom your right hands possess: Thus hath God ordained (Prohibitions) against you: Except for these, all others are lawful, provided ye seek (them in marriage) with gifts from your property, - desiring chastity, not lust, seeing that ye derive benefit from them, give them their dowers (at least) as prescribed; but if, after a dower is prescribed, agree Mutually (to vary it), there is no blame on you, and God is All-knowing, All-wise. S. 4:24 Y. Ali

This passage makes it lawful for men to have sex with married women who are owned by Muslims as slaves, whether by captivity or by purchase.

In fact, there is a passage which implicitly permits prostitution under certain circumstances:

And let those who do not find the means to marry keep chaste until Allah makes them free from want out of His grace. And (as for) those who ask for a writing from among those whom your right hands possess, give them the writing if you know any good in them, and give them of the wealth of Allah which He has given you; and do not compel your slave girls to prostitution, WHEN THEY DESIRE TO KEEP CHASTE, in order to seek the frail good of this world's life; and whoever compels them, then surely after their compulsion Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. S. 24:33 Shakir

The way this passage is worded one can easily conclude that prostitution is only a sin when the slave girl desires chastity. Otherwise, if she does not desire to be chaste then it is okay for her to prostitute herself for gain. This understanding is supported by the fact that Muhammad allowed his followers to contract temporary marriages (called Muta in Arabic) for the sole purpose of sexual gratification, an obvious form of prostitution. The verse used to justify Muta is actually the very one used above which permits adultery in specific situations:

[Forbidden to you] are married woman, except what your right hand possesses. This Allah has written for you, and all other women besides these are permitted to you, so that you may seek them out with your wealth, seeking chastity and not fornication. So when you have contracted temporary marriage [istimt'atum] with them, then give them their words. There is no sin on you for whatever you agree to after this. Indeed, Allah is Knowing, Wise. S. 4:24

The word, istimta'tum, is the verbal form of the word Mutah. Now, there must be women who are willing to sleep with Muslim men under the guise of temporary marriages for money. This is where prostitution comes in, i.e. slave girls who would be willing to sleep with these men for money or material goods!

{Note: Although Sunni Muslims claim that this practice of temporary marriages has been canceled, Shia Muslims disagree (cf. http://www.answering-ansar.org/answers/mutah/en/index.php). Thus, there are thousands of Muslims till this very day who engage in what is nothing more than prostitution!}

1-  Slavery and the ending of slavery in Islam:

Ok, now this is where Sam Shamoun is getting really stupid, with all due respect to the reader.  He first tried to prove lesbianism in the Noble Quran.  After I soundly debunked his silly point for him, he is now turning into slaves and the days of slavery during the early days of Islam. 

To the reader, Islam came to gradually end the Judeo-Christian and Pagan slavery that dominated Arabia and the world back then!  I will shortly post the Noble Verses from the Noble Quran that clearly prove this.

In regards to my comment on the christian women being 95% sluts and whores, I still stand by this comment!  The beaches where they expose 99% of their bodies and the tight cloths that they wear, along with the "boy-friend girl-friend" sexual relationships without marriage all prove that they are sinful, and that the christian societies are all fornicators and adulterers.  Compare this garbage to the Chaste Muslim women, and you'll clearly see that my comment is very well justified.

"Never should a believer kill a believer; but (If it so happens) by mistake, (Compensation is due): If one (so) kills a believer, it is ordained that he should free a believing slave, and pay compensation to the deceased's family, unless they remit it freely. If the deceased belonged to a people at war with you, and he was a believer, the freeing of a believing slave (Is enough). If he belonged to a people with whom ye have treaty of Mutual alliance, compensation should be paid to his family, and a believing slave be freed. For those who find this beyond their means, (is prescribed) a fast for two months running: by way of repentance to God: for God hath all knowledge and all wisdom.  (The Noble Quran, 4:92)"

"God will not call you to account for what is futile in your oaths, but He will call you to account for your deliberate oaths: for expiation, feed ten indigent persons, on a scale of the average for the food of your families; or clothe them; or give a slave his freedom. If that is beyond your means, fast for three days. That is the expiation for the oaths ye have sworn. But keep to your oaths. Thus doth God make clear to you His signs, that ye may be grateful.  (The Noble Quran, 5:89)"

"But those who divorce their wives by Zihar, then wish to go back on the words they uttered, (It is ordained that such a one) should free a slave before they touch each other: Thus are ye admonished to perform: and God is well-acquainted with (all) that ye do.  (The Noble Quran, 58:3)"

"'Abdullah b. 'Umar reported that 'Umar b. Khattab asked the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) as he was at ji'rana (a town near Mecca) on his way back from Ta'if: Messenger of Allah, I had taken a vow during the days of Ignorance that I would observe I'tikaf for one day in the Sacred Mosque. So what is your opinion? He said: Go and observe I'tikaf for a day. And Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) gave him a slave girl out of the one-fifth (of the spoils of war meant for the Holy Prophet). And when Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) set the war prisoners free. 'Umar b. Khattab heard their voice as they were saying: Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) has set us free. He (Hadrat 'Umar) said: What is this? They said: Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) has set free the prisoners of war (which had fallen to the lot of people). Thereupon he (Hadrat 'Umar) said: Abdullah, go to that slave-girl and set her free.  (Translation of Sahih Muslim, The Book of Oaths (Kitab Al-Aiman), Book 015, Number 4074)"

First, it is important to know that thousands of years ago life was different than today.  Today, people wouldn't accept slavery for any reason.  The reason for this is because people are a lot more independent both financially, education wise, mentally, etc...  But people back then were different.  When a tribe or a group of people lose a major battle and their money is mostly, if not all, is taken as war booty by the other side, then people could and would accept being slaves for the following reasons:

1-  Both financial and social security.     When their country or tribe lost the war, they also lost most or all of their money as war booty.  Being out of money and food, it becomes necessary for an individual to find the means for basic survival in life.  Living as a slave would provide this.

2-  Protection from hostile individuals.     Even under the Islamic rule, you can still find hostile individuals who violate the Law and take matters into their own hands.  An enemy family can be sometime in danger if they don't have a "protector".

3-  Widows, Orphans, and the extremely poor of the enemy side need the financial and social protection from a Master.  Back then, there were no governments with good social system that protects everyone.  Slavery back then was that social system in special cases.

There are probably more points I can add, but I think these are sufficient enough.     Let us now see the Islamic System toward Slaves:

Yes slaves were taken from the blood-thirsty and hostile enemies, but they were also given the right to get their freedom when ever they want.  The Noble Quran not only allows slaves to request their freedom from their Muslim masters, but also orders the Muslim masters to pay the slaves money to help them stand on their feet and to be able to face life with a good jump start.

Let us look at Noble Verse 24:33 "Let those who find not the wherewithal for marriage keep themselves chaste, until God gives them means out of His grace. And if any of your slaves ask for a deed in writing (to enable them to earn their freedom for a certain sum), give them such a deed if ye know any good in them: yea, give them something yourselves out of the means which God has given to you. But force not your maids to prostitution when they desire chastity, in order that ye may make a gain in the goods of this life. But if anyone compels them, yet, after such compulsion, is God, Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (to them),"    In this Noble Verse, we see that if a slave requests his freedom from his Muslim master, then his master not only must help him earn his freedom if there is good in the Slave, but also pay him money so the slave can have a good start in his free life.

"The law of slavery in the legal sense of the term is now obsolete.  While it had any meaning, Islam made the slave's lot as easy as possible.    A slave, male or female, could ask for conditional manumission by a written deed fixing the amount required for manumission and allowing the slave meanwhile to earn money by lawful means and perhaps marry and bring up a family.  Such a deed was not to be refused if the request was genuine and the slave had character.  Not only that, but the master is directed to help with money out of his own resources in order to enable the slave to earn his or her own liberty." Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said:

Narrated Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari:  "The Prophet said, "Give food to the hungry, pay a visit to the sick and release (set free) the one in captivity (by paying his ransom)."  (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Food, Meals, Volume 7, Book 65, Number 286)"

The Bottom line is:

The bottom line is that in order for the Muslims to remain as a purified and GOD Almighty-fearing and obeying society, one of the requirements that they had to accomplish was to gradually and completely eliminate slavery - the same slavery that was at its peak during the Jews', Christians' and Pagans' times.

2-  Having sex with slaves, and even FORCING 3-year old slave girls into sex, in the bible!

A Father can sell his daughter as a slave girl to other men:

Exodus 21:7-8
7 When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she will not be freed at the end of six years as the men are.
8 If she does not please the man who bought her, he may allow her to be bought back again.

Raping of 3-year old slave girls:

Numbers 31:17-18
"Now kill all the boys [innocent kids]. And kill every woman who has slept with a man, but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man."

Aside from the killing of innocent children, which happened before also in the bible as shown in the next set of verses, but the historical elaborations from the Jews' Talmud regarding the events that took place in verses Numbers 31:17-18 say that Moses and his men forced into sex 3-year old slave girls:

"....The Tannaïtic Midrash Sifre to Numbers in §157 comments on the above quoted commandment of MOSES to kill the Midianite women as well as the male children...."

"....According to the Tannaïte Rabbis, MOSES therefore had ordered the Israelites to kill all women older than three years and a day, because they were "suitable for having sexual relations." [138]...."

"Said Rabbi Joseph, "Come and take note: A girl three years and one day old is betrothed by intercourse....."

"A girl three years and one day old is betrothed by intercourse. "A girl three years old may be betrothed through an act of sexual intercourse," the words of R. Meir. And sages say, "Three years and one day old."....."

Slaves and the generations that come after them are all to be inherited forever:

Leviticus 25:44-46
"Your male and female slaves are to come from the nations around you; from them you may buy slaves. You may also buy some of the temporary residents living among you and members of their clans born in your country, and they will become your property. You can will them to your children as inherited property and can make them slaves for life, but you must not rule over your fellow Israelites ruthlessly." 

3-  The Laws of Islam regarding slave women compared to the bible.

Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah:  "Musaykah, a slave-girl of some Ansari, came and said: My master forces me to commit fornication. Thereupon the following verse was revealed: "But force not your maids to prostitution (when they desire chastity). (24:33)"  (Translation of Sunan Abu Dawud, Divorce (Kitab Al-Talaq), Book 12, Number 2304)"

Why did Allah Almighty make lawful for Muslim men to have sexual intercourse with the married women whom are captives of war?

1-  Why did Allah Almighty make lawful for Muslim men to have sexual intercourse with the married women from the captives?

Let us look at the following Noble Verses from the Noble Quran:

"Prohibited to you (For marriage) are:- Your mothers, daughters, sisters; father's sisters, Mother's sisters; brother's daughters, sister's daughters; foster-mothers (Who gave you suck), foster-sisters; your wives' mothers; your step-daughters under your guardianship, born of your wives to whom ye have gone in,- no prohibition if ye have not gone in;- (Those who have been) wives of your sons proceeding from your loins; and two sisters in wedlock at one and the same time, except for what is past; for God is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful;-  

Also (prohibited are) women already married, except those whom your right hands possess: Thus hath God ordained (Prohibitions) against you: Except for these, all others are lawful, provided ye seek (them in marriage) with gifts from your property,- desiring chastity, not lust, seeing that ye derive benefit from them, give them their dowers (at least) as prescribed; but if, after a dower is prescribed, agree Mutually (to vary it), there is no blame on you, and God is All-knowing, All-wise. (The Noble Quran, 4:23-24)"

The definition of the term "right hands possess" is "Captives of war".  Those from among the population of the tribes who fought the Muslims are considered "right hand possessions" if their tribe is defeated and captured.

We first need to understand that back 1400 years ago, when Islam was growing among the Pagan Arab Tribes, the Muslims were at constant wars with the Pagans. The Pagan tribes highly objected to the presence and the rapid growth of Islam, and they all united to fight Islam and finish it once and for all.

During those days, the Muslims did not have any government.  Governments provide welfare and protection to people.  Back then, and when there was no Islamic Government yet, the Muslims were their own country and were their own government. Everyone had to share in the responsibility DIRECTLY by sheltering the captives of wars at their homes. 

2-  The reasons behind why Allah Almighty allowed such a law:

The following was sent to me by brother Zakaria B Hj Mokhtar; may Allah Almighty always be pleased with him.

Assalamualaykum,   

Brother Osama,   

I'm referring to your justifications that Allah Almighty had made lawful for Muslims to have sexual intercourse with the married women whom are captives of war. According to a footnote of a Malay translated Holy Quran by H. Zainuddin Hamidy and Fachruddin, Klang Bookstore, Malaysia, 1955, with reference to sura 33:26, 

[al-Ahzab 33:26] And He brought those of the People of the Scripture who supported them down from their strongholds, and cast panic into their hearts. Some ye slew, and ye made captive some.,

the footnote read as follows:

'The punishment toward (the Jewish tribe) Banu Quraizah who betrayed and assisted the allies was handed down by Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him to Sa'ad bin Mu'ads.   The verdicts: They were sentenced to death, the women were made slaves (captives), and their lands were divided among the Muhajirins.  The decision was made as such based on the laws of the Old Testament, Deuteronomy 20:13-14

'13 And when the LORD thy God hath delivered it into thine hands, thou shalt smite every male thereof with the edge of the sword: 

14 But the women, and the little ones, and the cattle, and all that is in the city, even all the spoil thereof, shalt thou take unto thyself; and thou shalt eat the spoil of thine enemies, which the LORD thy God hath given thee.

3-  In Islam, the Muslims have to be very kind to their slaves:

Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him ordered his followers to be kind to their slaves: Narrated Al-Ma'rur: At Ar-Rabadha I met Abu Dhar who was wearing a cloak, and his slave, too, was wearing a similar one. I asked about the reason for it. He replied, "I abused a person by calling his mother with bad names." The Prophet said to me, 'O Abu Dhar! Did you abuse him by calling his mother with bad names You still have some characteristics of ignorance. Your slaves are your brothers and Allah has put them under your command. So whoever has a brother under his command should feed him of what he eats and dress him of what he wears.  Do not ask them (slaves) to do things beyond their capacity (power) and if you do so, then help them.'   (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Book 2, Belief, Volume 1, Book 2, Number 29)"

To me, this Saying by our beloved Prophet means a lot. It proves that not only to treat with kindness those who fought us bloody battles and tried to destroyed Islam once and for all, and caused so much deaths for Muslims, but to also treat them as BROTHERS/SISTERS, and to feed them from the same food that we eat from and to dress them from the cloths that we wear.  This is quite respectful to humanity and to mankind.

Also, Allah Almighty encouraged the Muslims to liberate Slaves and the Captives of Wars (right hands possessions) whenever possible.  Let us look at Noble Verse 4:92 "Never should a believer kill a believer; but (If it so happens) by mistake, (Compensation is due): If  one (so) kills a believer, it is ordained that he should free a believing slave, and pay compensation to the deceased's family, unless they remit it freely. In this Noble Verse, we see that Allah Almighty ordered to free a believing slave if a Muslim accidentally kills another Muslim. This Noble Verse came to encourage Muslims to liberate slaves.

This Noble Verse is also another proof that Allah Almighty did encourage Muslims to liberate slaves.

There are more Noble Verses that push for the liberation of slaves.  But the above Noble Verses should be sufficient enough to prove my point.

Islam came to liberate all slaves and to end the Judeo-Christian and Pagan slavery that was practiced before Islam.  When Allah Almighty made lawful for the Muslim men to have sex with their slave women, He did it to keep the Islamic society back then during Islam's weak, partial and venerable times under control.

Now that after we've seen how Islam orders the Muslims to free the slaves whenever it is possible and also whenever the Slave requests his/her freedom, and to treat them as our brothers and sisters, then it is quite obvious that Islam is a religion that DOES NOT LIKE SLAVERY AND ENSLAVING PEOPLE.

We can now look at how Muslims can live with their Captives of Wars to understand the situation better.  Back in those days, in most cases of battles, the defeated tribe would have lost many of its men in the battle field, leaving behind the elderly, women and their children.

Everyone is now living under the Islamic ruling. Islam is never to be forced upon any human being; "Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from error....(The Noble Quran, 2:256)"  Also "Say, 'The truth is from your Lord': Let him who will believe, and let him who will, reject (it)....(The Noble Quran, 18:29)"   Every captured Pagan Arab had the freedom to continue following his/her religion as they wish.  However, since now they lived under the Islamic ruling, and they showed a great deal of offense to the Muslims, by declaring wars on the Muslims along with the rest of the Arab Pagan tribes, and lost so many of their men and money for the war, then their situation now is quite different.

For those of the Pagans who could afford to pay "Jizya" or "Taxes", then they would not be Captives of War and their life would continue as it was. However, for those who could not afford to pay "Jizya" or "Taxes", then they would be taken as Captives of War. They would serve the Muslims and the new ruling that they live in, until they bring back the losses that they brought to the Muslims.

Keep in mind that Allah Almighty allowed for the Captives of Wars to request and be granted their Freedom as shown in the Noble Verse 24:33 above. 

Those Captives of Wars while living with the Muslims, would be treated with kindness. Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him described them as the MUSLIMS' BROTHERS/SISTERS as shown in the Saying above and the Muslims must feed them from the same food that they eat and dress them from the same cloths that they wear. But since they are now living in captivity to make up for the damage that they caused to the Muslims from money and lives, they can be treated as slaves, and in slavery, the master can sleep with any of his women that he desires.

Also, in the Bible's Deuteronomy 20:13-14, in which it clearly gives orders to kill all the men and to take all of the women and children as slaves.  No where in the Noble Quran do we have any order to kill any innocent life.

5-  Captivity was really brutal before Islam among the Pagans and the teachings of the Bible:

Rabbi Joseph said: 'Come and hear. A maiden aged 3 years and a day may be acquired in marriage by coition.' Mishnah: A girl of the age of 3 years and a day may be betrothed, subject to her father's approval, by sexual intercourse. ...Gemara: Our Rabbis taught: 'A girl of the age of 3 years may be betrothed by sexual intercourse.' "

Also, the Bible clearly allows for fathers to sell their daughters as slaves: "And in case a man should sell his daughter as a slave girl, she will not go out in the way that the slave men go out. If she is displeasing in the eyes of her master so that he doesn't designate her as a concubine but causes her to be redeemed, he will not be entitled to sell her to a foreign people in his treacherously dealing with her.  (Exodus 21:7-8)"

Islam prohibits such awful acts to be done to little babies of that age, because Allah Almighty said clearly in the Noble Verse where He permits Muslim men to have sexual intercourse with their Captives of War to "desiring chastity, not lust, seeing that ye derive benefit from them...(4:24)"

Also, according to Islam, a girl is not allowed to have sexual intercourse, nor to get married before she has her first period and is capable of getting pregnant. A girl according to Islam can not be called a "Woman" or a young "Woman" until she has her first period and is capable of getting pregnant.  Notice that in Noble Verse 4:24, Allah Almighty is clearly talking about "Women" and not just "Females".  Also, no sexual intercourse experience can be practiced with either kids or men.

Also, in the Bible's Deuteronomy 20:13-14, in which it clearly gives orders to kill all the men and to take all of the women and children as slaves.  No where in the Noble Quran do we have any order to kill any innocent life.

6-   Does the Bible order its followers to inherit the slaves and their children?

As we've seen above, Allah Almighty in the Noble Quran allows for slaves to request their freedom from their Muslim Masters and be granted their freedom and be given money on top of it to help them get a good jump start in life.  The Bible on the other hand, orders for slaves and their children to be inherited forever.

7-  The entire Bible is corrupted anyway according to its Theologians!

We must know that the Bible can not be trusted.  Let us look at what the Theologians and Historians of the NIV Bible say about the books of the Bible, and how they were corrupted by the scribes:

"...portions of the book were probably added by scribes or editors from later periods of Israel's history...  (From the NIV Bible Commentary, page 183)"

The Jewish scribes had very badly corrupted the Bible and turned it into a big lie.    That is why GOD Almighty said:

"`How can you say, "We [the Jews] are wise, for we have the law of the LORD," when actually the lying pen of the scribes has handled it falsely?' (From the NIV Bible, Jeremiah 8:8)" 

"How can you say, 'We are wise, and the law of the LORD is with us'? But, behold, the false pen of the scribes has made it into a lie.   (From the RSV Bible, Jeremiah 8:8)"

In either translation above, we clearly see that the Bible has too many narrated stories and man-made cultural laws that were inserted into it that were not Divine Revelations from GOD Almighty.  The following sites have tons of details that prove that [1], [2], [3], [4].

It's quite obvious that the Bible is more like a man made cultural book than a divine book that is meant to be for all times and all places.  Anyway, the Bible was not even written by its original authors.  That is why you see things such as "And Moses went up to the mountain...." instead of "And I [Moses] went up to the mountain....", or "And Jesus said to Matthew...." instead of "And Jesus said to me [Matthew]...."  Most of the Books and Gospels of the Bible were written by third party people that were not even chosen by GOD, which makes the Bible just a cultural history book rather than a divine book from GOD Almighty.  Please see Question #3 to see why Allah Almighty allowed for the Bible of today to be corrupted.

8-  Can a Muslim man rape his slave woman?

Below are three English translations to the Noble Verse where Allah Almighty commands the Muslim men to not force their slave women into sex.

Translation: Yusufali:
"Let those who find not the wherewithal for marriage keep themselves chaste, until God gives them means out of His grace. And if any of your slaves ask for a deed in writing (to enable them to earn their freedom for a certain sum), give them such a deed if ye know any good in them: yea, give them something yourselves out of the means which God has given to you. But force not your maids to prostitution when they desire chastity, in order that ye may make a gain in the goods of this life. But if anyone compels them, yet, after such compulsion, is God, Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (to them),  (The Noble Quran, 24:33)"

Translation: Pickthall:
"And let those who cannot find a match keep chaste till Allah give them independence by His grace. And such of your slaves as seek a writing (of emancipation), write it for them if ye are aware of aught of good in them, and bestow upon them of the wealth of Allah which He hath bestowed upon you. Force not your slave-girls to whoredom that ye may seek enjoyment of the life of the world, if they would preserve their chastity. And if one force them, then (unto them), after their compulsion, lo! Allah will be Forgiving, Merciful.  (The Noble Quran, 24:33)"

Translation: Shakir:
"And let those who do not find the means to marry keep chaste until Allah makes them free from want out of His grace. And (as for) those who ask for a writing from among those whom your right hands possess, give them the writing if you know any good in them, and give them of the wealth of Allah which He has given you; and do not compel your slave girls to prostitution, when they desire to keep chaste, in order to seek the frail good of this world's life; and whoever compels them, then surely after their compulsion Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.  (The Noble Quran, 24:33)"

In all three translations, we clearly see that if the slave woman desires to keep chaste, then her Muslim master must not compel her into sex.  It might sound odd to us today, but pagans back then were used to having sex with and raping their slave girls, even the ones who were married:

Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah:  "Musaykah, a slave-girl of some Ansari, came and said: My master forces me to commit fornication. Thereupon the following verse was revealed: "But force not your maids to prostitution (when they desire chastity). (24:33)"  (Translation of Sunan Abu Dawud, Divorce (Kitab Al-Talaq), Book 12, Number 2304)"

In Islam, men are not allowed to rape their slave-girls.  Allah Almighty clearly prohibited it in Noble Verse 24:33.  In Islam, slavery is also not allowed.  Please visit The liberation of slaves in Islam, to see how Islam gradually ended the Judeo-Christian and pagan slavery.

I was told by a Muslim scholar before along time ago that the Arab pagans used to sometimes offer their wives for several nights to the rich and powerful men in the tribe to win their support and make them become more secured in the monopolizing and unmerciful pagan society.

So to women back then, it was something normal for a married slave woman to sleep with her master.  It was something normal in the society at that time.

Allah Almighty in the Noble Quran not only allows for the slave man or woman to earn their freedom from their Muslim master, and receive money from their Muslim master to help them start their free life, but also commands the Muslim men to not compel their slave women into sex. 

Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him also said:

Narrated Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari:  "The Prophet said, "Give food to the hungry, pay a visit to the sick and release (set free) the one in captivity (by paying his ransom)."  (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Food, Meals, Volume 7, Book 65, Number 286)"

Islam came to liberate all slaves and to end the Judeo-Christian and Pagan slavery that was practiced before Islam.  When Allah Almighty made lawful for the Muslim men to have sex with their slave women, He did it to keep the Islamic society back then during Islam's weak, partial and venerable times under control.

Also, if any compulsion was made unto the slave woman, then Allah Almighty will add more mercy and forgiveness unto her in the Day of Judgement.  Below is the commentary on this exact section and point in Noble Verse 24:33 by Minister (Sheikh) Abdullah Yusuf Ali; may Allah Almighty rest his soul:

"The poor unfortunate girls, who are victims of such a nefarious trade (i.e., slave trade), will yet find mercy from Allah, whose bounties extend to the lowest of His creatures." [2]

There are other Noble Verses in the Noble Quran where Allah Almighty grants forgiveness and mercy to those who had been forced into illegal things:

"He hath only forbidden you Dead meat, and blood, And the flesh of swine, And that on which Any other name hath been invoked Besides that of Allah.   But if one is forced by necessity, Without willful disobedience, Nor transgressing due limits -- Then is he guiltless.  For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.  (The Noble Quran, 2:173)"

"Why should ye not Eat of (meats) on which Allah's name hath been Pronounced, when He hath Explained to you in detail What is forbidden to you -- Except under compulsion Of necessity?  But many do mislead (men) By their appetites unchecked By knowledge.  Thy Lord Knoweth best those who transgress.   (The Noble Quran, 6:119)"

So the answer to the question is:  No, the Muslim man can not rape his slave woman according to the commands of Allah Almighty in the Noble Quran.

Becky- UNBELIEVABLE If you say that Allah being forgiving and merciful refers to the maid then this would be a sick joke because someone raped or forced into prostitution does not need forgiveness and mercy but and justice and dignity, this is clearly a license and protection offered to the offender. 

Osama- This is all fine in our standards today.  But if you had to start a religion by yourself as Prophet Muhammad did through the commands of Allah Almighty, and face 365 opposing Pagan Arab tribes, then the situation is quite different.  

The Muslims had no Islamic State to take care of their social issues and the Captives of war.  Muslims had to divide the responsibility among themselves.  It is also important to know that Muslims were much merciful to their slaves than the Jews, Christians and the Pagan Arabs.  I don't have to remind you of the Bible's Deuteronomy 20:13-14, in which it clearly gives orders to kill all the men and to take all of the women and children as slaves.  No where in the Noble Quran do we have any order to kill any innocent life Becky.

Force not your slave-girls to whoredom that ye may seek enjoyment of the life of the world, if they would preserve their chastity. And if one force them, then (unto them), after their compulsion, lo! Allah will be Forgiving, Merciful.

Shakir, an-Nur 24:33
and do not compel your slave girls to prostitution, when they desire to keep chaste, in order to seek the frail good of this world's life; and whoever compels them, then surely after their compulsion Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

Yusufali, an-Nur 24:33

The first two translators clearly state that Allah is and will be forgiving and merciful to the offenders, while Mr. Yusufali clearly embarrassed by such an unimaginable prospect tries to escape by twisting his translation to appear like a question is God merciful to them (the offenders)? A sentence cannot be a statement and a question at the same time it has to be only one

1. If the later part of an-Nur 24:33 is a statement then Yusufali has deliberately twisted his translation to look like a question thereby deceiving the reader of the Quran.

2. And if it is a question then both translators Pickthall and Shakir have deliberately tried to malign the name of Allah by making him the protector of those who commit heinous crimes against the most helpless beings on earth

Osama- The Abdullah Yusuf Ali translation is not raising a question.  The "is God, Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (to them)," is referring to the mercy and forgiveness that Allah Almighty will further grant the victim:

"The poor unfortunate girls, who are victims of such a nefarious trade (i.e., slave trade), will yet find mercy from Allah, whose bounties extend to the lowest of His creatures." [2]

Akhi, I just read your response to "Becky" and you seemed to have left out one very important fact.  The mercy and forgiveness mentioned in the Ayah is for the women who are forced into prostitution not the men. 

Becky herself quotes the Yusuf Ali translation.  I have never seen a Yusuf Ali translation not accompanied with the commentary and even in the commentary it clearly states the following (note 2994): 

"The poor unfortunate girls, who are victims of such a nefarious trade, will yet find mercy from Allah, whose bounties extend to the lowest of His creature." [2] 

When you read the verse in its full context it becomes quite clear who are the subject of the mercy and forgiveness.  This is right in line with the Islamic concept of people not be held responsible when they are forced against their will to commit a sin.   If Becky has a problem with this reasoning then she can check the following verses of the Qur'aan herself:

In addition, the Qur'aan tells us about those who, by force, renounce their faith in Islam and that they will not be held accountable because they were forced.  This is a very clear and well know principle in Islam. Besides the verse is clear anyway. 

If further proof is needed, again, she can simply read the Yusuf Ali commentary.   If that isn't enough, then she can also read:

The Noble Qur'aan

All three of these commentaries are in full agreement.  But if she has the Yusuf Ali translation then certainly she has seen the commentary on the verse in question.   Unless, like everyone else she is simply repeating what she heard from someone else and never actually read the entire verse at all. 

I even read this verse to my wife without mentioning any commentary and she understood that the mercy and forgives is directed at the girls forced into prostitution not the men.

Osama- Well since I showed ample proofs from very reliable and most used Islamic translations and interpretations of the Noble Quran that the mercy and forgiveness that Allah Almighty will grant, He will grant it to the victim in the sections "Can a Muslim man rape his slave woman?" and "Can a Muslim man rape his domestic maid girl?" above, and your reliable Islamic sources disagree with mine, then I have one answer for this part in Noble Verse 24:33:

1- Allah Almighty clearly and directly commands the Muslim men to honor their slave women's desire to remain chaste and to not force them into sex.

2- (this is the controversial interpretation part) If a Muslim man however rapes or forces his slave woman into sex, then Allah Almighty will still be Forgiving and Merciful (to her according to my sources), (to him according to your sources).

My acceptance of your reliable sources Becky would come with one addition:

Even though Allah Almighty wanted the Muslim men to honor their slave women's desires to refusing to have sex, but He at the same time did not deprive the Muslim men the right from having sex with their slave women when they desire them.   If all of the man's slave women desire to not have sex with him, and he is prohibited to enter upon any of them because of that, then this would be a total deprivation for the man and his rights.  So, if a man makes it clear to the slave woman or women that he could and would have sex with them if he desires them, and uses some physical force if he needed to, then the message will be sent clearly to the women and he will find Allah Almighty Forgiving and Merciful for him.

However, if the man abuses his power, and forces himself upon his slave women excessively, then he is violating Allah Almighty's command to honor the women's desires to remain chaste.

I must remind you that Islam came to end slavery and Allah Almighty commanded the Muslims to grant their slaves their freedom if the slaves requested it:

Allah even justified Muhammad’s adulterous desires for his adopted son’s wife, Zaynab bint Jash, which led to his adopted son divorcing her so that Muhammad could then marry her:

And when you said to him to whom Allah had shown favor and to whom you had shown a favor: Keep your wife to yourself and be careful of (your duty to) Allah; and you concealed in your soul what Allah would bring to light, and you feared men, and Allah had a greater right that you should fear Him. But when Zaid had accomplished his want of her, We gave her to you as a wife, so that there should be no difficulty for the believers in respect of the wives of their adopted sons, when they have accomplished their want of them; and Allah's command shall be performed. There is no harm in the Prophet doing that which Allah has ordained for him; such has been the course of Allah with respect to those who have gone before; and the command of Allah is a decree that is made absolute: S. 33:37-38 Shakir

Note the wording of the text carefully. Muhammad was hiding within himself what Allah supposedly was to bring to light, namely, that Muhammad was to marry his adopted son’s divorcee. This means that even before the divorce, Allah allegedly ordained that Muhammad would desire and wed a married woman, which further implies that it was Allah who caused Zaid to divorce his wife so that Muhammad could have her! No wonder Muhammad feared men!

The authoritative Muslim historian and commentator, al-Tabari, provides the alleged historical background for these verses:

The Messenger of God came to the house of Zayd b. Harithah. (Zayd was always called Zayd b. Muhammad.) Perhaps the Messenger of God missed him at that moment, so as to ask, "Where is Zayd?" He came to his residence to look for him but did not find him. Zaynab bt. Jash, Zayd's wife, rose to meet him. Because she was dressed only in a shift, the Messenger of God turned away from her. She said: "He is not here, Messenger of God. Come in, you who are as dear to me as my father and mother!" The Messenger of God refused to enter. Zaynab had dressed in haste when she was told "the Messenger of God is at the door." She jumped up in haste and excited the admiration of the Messenger of God, so that he turned away murmuring something that could scarcely be understood. However, he did say overtly: "Glory be to God the Almighty! Glory be to God, who causes the hearts to turn!"

When Zayd came home, his wife told him that the Messenger of God had come to his house. Zayd said, "Why didn't you ask him to come in?" He replied, "I asked him, but he refused." "Did you hear him say anything?" he asked. She replied, "As he turned away, I heard him say: ‘Glory be to God the Almighty! Glory be to God, who causes hearts to turn!’"

So Zayd left, and having come to the Messenger of God, he said: "Messenger of God, I have heard that you came to my house. Why didn't you go in, you who are as dear to me as my father and mother? Messenger of God, perhaps Zaynab has excited your admiration, and so I will separate myself from her." Zayd could find no possible way to [approach] her after that day. He would come to the Messenger of God and tell him so, but the Messenger of God would say to him, "Keep your wife." Zayd separated from her and left her, and she became free.

While the Messenger of God was talking with 'A'isha, a fainting overcame him. When he was released from it, he smiled and said, "Who will go to Zaynab to tell her the good news, saying that God has married her to me?" Then the Messenger of God recited: "And when you said unto him on whom God has conferred favor and you have conferred favor, ‘Keep your wife to yourself .’"- and the entire passage.

According to 'A'isha, who said: "I became very uneasy because of what we heard about her beauty and another thing, the greatest and loftiest of matters - what God had done for her by giving her in marriage. I said she would boast of it over us." (The History of Al-Tabari: The Victory of Islam, translated by Michael Fishbein [State University of New York Press, Albany, 1997], Volume VIII, pp. 2-3; bold emphasis ours)

The following is the English translation of al-Tabari's Arabic commentary on surah 33:37:

When the exalted Allah said, "Thou didst say to one who had received the grace of Allah and thy favor: ‘Retain thou (in wedlock) thy wife, and fear Allah.’ But thou didst hide in thy heart that which Allah was about to make manifest: thou didst fear the people, but it is more fitting that thou shouldst fear Allah" this was said by Allah as chastisement to His prophet. For when He said, "one who had received the grace of Allah and thy favor" this was in reference to Zaid son of Haritha who had been set free by the apostle of Allah – prayers and peace be upon him.

When the Exalted Allah said, "Retain thou (in wedlock) thy wife, and fear Allah" this was concerning Zainab the daughter of Jash whom the prophet – pbuh – had seen in her robes and was enamored by her. Thus when Allah saw what was stirring in His prophet’s soul, he placed hatred in the heart of Zaid towards Zainab that he may depart from her. When Zaid mentioned his intention to separate from Zainab to the prophet, the prophet told him, "Retain thou thy wife" even THOUGH THE PROPHET DESIRED THAT THEY SEPARATE SO THAT HE COULD MARRY HER...

When Allah said, "Thou didst hide in thy heart that which Allah was about to make manifest," means that the prophet hid in his heart his desire for Zaid to depart from Zainab so that he may marry her, and Allah will reveal what you are concealing in your heart concerning this.

The Almighty said, "Thou didst fear the people, but it is more fitting that thou shouldst fear Allah," because Allah was telling the prophet who feared people might say, "He ordered a man to divorce his wife so that he himself may marry her after she is divorced," and Allah aught to be feared more than people.

Narrated by Yunis, narrated by Ibn Wahab, narrated by Ibn Zaid who said, "The prophet –pbuh– had married Zaid son of Haritha to his cousin Zainab daughter of Jahsh. One day the prophet –pbuh– went seeking Zaid in his house, whose door had a curtain made of hair. The wind blew the curtain and the prophet saw Zainab in her room unclothed and he admired her in his heart. When Zainab realized that the prophet desired her SHE BEGAN TO HATE ZAID.

Zaid then came to the prophet –pbuh– and said, "O apostle of Allah, I wish to separate from my mate." The prophet responded, "Why? Has anything evil come from her?" Zaid responded, "No, by Allah! I haven’t seen anything evil from her only good."

The prophet said, "Hold unto your wife and fear Allah." That is what Allah said in the Quran, "Thou didst say to one who had received the grace of Allah and thy favor: ‘Retain thou (in wedlock) thy wife, and fear Allah.’ But thou didst hide in thy heart that which Allah was about to make manifest." For the prophet was concealing the fact that he would marry Zainab when Zaid had divorced her. (Source; translated by Dimitrius)

Here, also, are the comments of renowned Muslim commentator, al-Qurtubi, on surah 33:37, translated directly from the Arabic:

Muqatil narrated that the prophet married Zainab daughter of Jahsh to Zaid and she stayed with him for a while. Then one day the prophet –pbuh– came seeking Zaid but he saw Zainab standing; she was white skinned with a beautiful figure and one of the most perfect women in Quraish. So HE DESIRED HER and said, "Wondrous is Allah who changes the heart." When Zaynab heard the prophet’s exaltation of her, she relayed it to Zaid who then understood (what he had to do). Zaid said to the prophet, "O prophet of Allah, allow me to divorce her, for she has become arrogant; seeing herself superior to me and she insults me with her tongue."

The prophet replied, "Hold onto your wife and fear Allah."

It was said that Allah had sent a wind which lifted the curtain to reveal Zainab in her room. When the prophet saw her HE DESIRED HER and it delighted Zainab to be desired by the prophet – pbuh. When Zaid returned home, she informed him of what had happened and Zaid was thus determined to divorce her. (Source; translated by Dimitrius)

Al-Qurtubi also lists the "blessings" and privileges given to Muhammad, which even includes taking another man’s wife if he so desired:

And any believing woman who dedicates herself to the Prophet if the Prophet wishes to wed (Nikah) her; this only for thee, and not for the Believers (at large).

As for what was granted and made lawful (by Allah) to the prophet -pbuh- they are 16 issues:-

• First: To be fair with the spoils.
• Second: To (forcefully) take a fifth of a fifth or just a fifth (of the spoils of war).
• Third: "Al Wisal" (Dimitrius- the fast or fasting. This usually refers to fasting or abstaining from food.)
• Fourth: To take more than four women.
• Fifth: To marry, "Yas-tan-kih" (or have intercourse), with a woman who verbally pronounces her dedication (to the prophet).
• Sixth: To marry, "Yas-tan-kih," without the presence (or permission) of a legal guardian.
• Seventh: To marry, "Yas-tan-kih," without a dowry.
• Eighth: To marry (and have intercourse) during a state of ritual consecration and purification.
• Ninth: The annulment of an oath he may make to his wives.
• Tenth: If Muhammad looks at a woman (and desires her) THEN IT IS NECESSARY FOR HER HUSBAND TO DIVORCE HER AND FOR MUHAMMAD TO MARRY HER. Ibn Al A’raby said, "This is what the servant of the two holy mosques has also said, as was clear to the scholars FROM THE STORY OF ZAID which also had this meaning."
• Eleventh: That the prophet released Safiyyah (from her captured status) and he considered her release as her dowry.
• Twelfth: To enter Mecca without being in a state of ritual purification.
• Thirteenth: To fight in Mecca.
• Fourteenth: That he is not inherited by anyone at all. This was mentioned in the oath of absolution for when a man approaches death due to illness, most of his possessions are taken away, so that he does not have more than a third left for him. But the possessions of the prophet remained for him, as is evidenced in the verse of inheritance and in Surat Mariam.
• Fifteenth: His marriage is still considered effective after his death.
• Sixteenth: If he divorces a woman she remains prohibited to everyone and may not be married, "Nikah," to someone else.

"Yas-tan-kih" comes from the word "Yan’kah." For it is said in different forms "Nakaha" and "Istan-kaha" just as it is said "Ajab" and "Ista-jab"... It is permissible to use the word, "Istan-kaha," to mean one whom requests marriage or one who requests sexual intercourse. (Source)

We also provide Al-Zamakhshari's comments on surah 33:37:

Keep thy wife to thyself: that is, Zainab bint Jahsh. After having given her to Zaid ibn Haritha as a wife, the Messenger of God once caught sight of her, and she made an impression of him. At this sight he said: ‘Praise be to God who changes the heart!’ Previously his soul had turned away from her so that he had not desired her (as a wife). If he had desired her at that time, he would have asked her for her hand in marriage. Now Zainab heard of this praise and mentioned it to (her husband) Zaid, who understood and to whom God gave antipathy against her and aversion to intimacy with her. So Zaid said to the Messenger of God: ‘I might divorce my wife’; to which the latter replied: ‘What is it? Has something filled you with mistrust against her?’ Zaid answered: ‘By God, no! I have observed only good in her; yet her noble rank places her too high above me and causes me to feel hurt.’ Thereupon the Messenger of God said: ‘Keep thy wife to thyself and fear God.’ But Zaid (nevertheless) separated from her, and as soon as the waiting period (during which the wife may enter into no new marriage) had elapsed, the Messenger of God had said (to Zaid): ‘I have no one whom I trust more than you; therefore, seek the hand of Zainab for me!’

Zaid reported: I went forth and there I suddenly found her just as she was leavening some dough. As soon as I saw her she made such an impression on me, since I knew that the Messenger of God had been speaking of her ...

One may ask what the Prophet kept secret within himself. To this I answer: the fact that he was devoted to her in his heart. Others say: the wish that Zaid might separate from her. Still others say: his knowledge that Zaid would separate from her and that he would marry her, for God had already given this knowledge to him ...

(Further) one may ask what the Prophet should have said when Zaid informed him that he wanted to separate from Zainab, since it would have been objectionable if he had said: ‘Do it, for I want to marry her!’ To this I reply: It may perhaps be God's will that in this case he keep silent or say to Zaid: ‘You know your situation best.’ In this manner he would not have contradicted his secret which he (later) indicated had been revealed ... The final reference we present comes from modern Muslim writer Martin Lings:

Such demands as these upon the Prophet's time were not to be avoided; but there was a growing need that he should be protected in other ways, and the protection that now came was not unconnected with the following altogether unexpected event which served to emphasize his uniquely privileged position. It happened one day that he wanted to speak to Zayd about something and went to his house. Zaynab opened the door, and as she stood in the doorway telling him that Zayd was out but inviting him none the less to enter, a look passed between the two cousins which made each one conscious of a deep and lasting bond of love between them. In a moment the Prophet knew that Zaynab loved him and that he loved her and that she knew he loved her. But what could this mean? Surprised at the strength of his feeling, and as he turned to go she heard him say: "Glory to God the Infinite! Glory be to Him who disposeth men's hearts!" When Zayd returned she told him of the Prophet's visit and of the glorification she had heard him utter. Zayd immediately went to him and said: "I have been told thou camest unto my house. Why didst not enter, thou who art more to me than my father and my mother? Was it that Zaynab hath found favour with thee? If it be so, I will leave her." "Keep thy wife and fear God," said the Prophet with some insistence. He had said on another occasion: "Of all things licit the most hateful unto God is divorce." And when Zayd came again the next day with the same proposal, again the Prophet insisted that he should keep his wife. But the marriage between Zayd and Zaynab had not been a happy one and Zayd found it no longer tolerable, so by mutual agreement with Zaynab he divorced her. This did not, however, make Zaynab eligible as a wife for the Prophet for although the Koran had only specified that men were forbidden to marry the wives of sons spring from their loins, it was a strong social principle not to make a distinction between sons by birth and sons by adoption. Nor was the Prophet himself eligible, for he had already four wives, the most that the Islamic law allows. Thus, the Quran not only does not condemn adultery in every case, but actually permits it if the circumstances are ‘right’.

My response:

Before I debunk his nonsense above, I'd like to make a point that first of all, how is any of this related to lesbianism in Islam?  Wasn't this ludicrous writer, Sam Shamoun, supposed to prove that Islam condones lesbianism?  How are these irrelevant topics and stories exactly proving lesbianism in Islam?!  Or is he just simply playing "straw man argument" (taking what he thinks is the weaker argument and concentrating on it while ignorning the main one)?

Now in regards to the marriage of the Prophet to Zaynab, quite frankly I don't like it!  Not because of the act itself for there was no sin in it, but rather, because it opened the door for the filthiest of the filth, from pagans, polytheists and hypocrites, to attack Islam and to charge it with falsehood.

Aside from my detailed answers below, I'd like the reader to examine my following relevant article:

The following response will be broken into the following sections:

1-  Chastity in Islam.

2-  Adopted sons are never the same as the biological sons from the loin!   See the moral of the story of Zaynab's marriage to our Prophet in the Noble Quran.

3-  Lust and covet in the Bible, even against 3-year old virgin slave girls, along with REAL TERRORISM.   Yes three years old!

1-  Chastity in Islam:

The whole purpose of Allah Almighty's Divine Command in Ordering women to cover up is to eliminate lust, sexual excitements, and covets among men and women in the society:

"And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the slaves whom their right hands possess, or male servants free of physical needs, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex; and that they should not strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments. And O ye Believers! turn ye all together towards God, that ye may attain Bliss.  (The Noble Quran, 24:31)"

"O Prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad): that is most convenient, that they should be known (as such) and not molested. And God is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.  (The Noble Quran, 33:59)"

Islam is not a Religion of lust and sex.  Chastity is a big deal in Islam.  It is something that is honorable and favorable in the Sight of Allah Almighty:

"Let those who find not the wherewithal for marriage keep themselves chaste, until God gives them means out of His grace. And if any of your slaves ask for a deed in writing (to enable them to earn their freedom for a certain sum), give them such a deed if ye know any good in them: yea, give them something yourselves out of the means which God has given to you. But force not your maids to prostitution when they desire chastity, in order that ye may make a gain in the goods of this life. But if anyone compels them, yet, after such compulsion, is God, Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (to them),  (The Noble Quran, 24:33)"

"For Muslim men and women,- for believing men and women, for devout men and women, for true men and women, for men and women who are patient and constant, for men and women who humble themselves, for men and women who give in Charity, for men and women who fast (and deny themselves), for men and women who guard their chastity, and for men and women who engage much in God's praise,- for them has God prepared forgiveness and great reward.  (The Noble Quran, 33:35)"

"And those who guard their chastity,  (The Noble Quran, 70:29)"

"This day are (all) things good and pure made lawful unto you. The food of the People of the Book is lawful unto you and yours is lawful unto them. (Lawful unto you in marriage) are (not only) chaste women who are believers, but chaste women among the People of the Book, revealed before your time,- when ye give them their due dowers, and desire chastity, not lewdness, nor secret intrigues if any one rejects faith, fruitless is his work, and in the Hereafter he will be in the ranks of those who have lost (all spiritual good).  (The Noble Quran, 5:5)"

2-  Adopted sons are never the same as the biological sons from the loin!

The moral of the story above is that Allah Almighty wanted to tell us that "adopted sons" are no sons!  Even in Sam Shamoun's bible, they do not inherit.  So them being called "sons" is really pointless.  A biological son or daughter who biologically belongs to both the father and the mother of the family (made from their own sperm and egg) is an actual son or daughter!  Anything else is nothing but man made.  That is why Allah Almighty Said:

"Behold! Thou didst say to one who had received the grace of God and thy favour: "Retain thou (in wedlock) thy wife, and fear God." But thou didst hide in thy heart that which God was about to make manifest: thou didst fear the people, but it is more fitting that thou shouldst fear God. Then when Zaid had dissolved (his marriage) with her, with the necessary (formality), We joined her in marriage to thee: in order that (in future) there may be no difficulty to the Believers in (the matter of) marriage with the wives of their adopted sons, when the latter have dissolved with the necessary (formality) (their marriage) with them. And God's command must be fulfilled.  (The Noble Quran, 33:37)"

The underlined part in Noble Verse 33:37 is the moral of the story according to Allah Almighty.

"God has not made for any man two hearts in his (one) body: nor has He made your wives whom ye divorce by Zihar your mothers: nor has He made your adopted sons your sons. Such is (only) your (manner of) speech by your mouths. But God tells (you) the Truth, and He shows the (right) Way.  (The Noble Quran, 33:4)"

It was part of the Arabs' culture back then to adopt sons and to give them their last names.  Zaid himself was adopted by Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and people used to address as Zaid bin Muhammad.  Allah Almighty saw with His Divine Wisdom that this pagan practice must end.  To eliminate any confusions over the Laws of inheritance and genealogy, Allah Almighty once and for all eliminated the man-made corruption of having the "adopted sons" carry other peoples' family names and genealogies.

And as we clearly saw in the section above, Allah Almighty Commands Chastity and Honors it.  Covetless societies is what Islam strives on building!  Having men compete over the same woman, or having one man compete with another man over his wife is something that Islam, through practicality and realistic solutions, put an end to.   Chaste-looking women who are covered very conservative cloths do not arouse evil in the society. 

Like I mentioned above, women by nature can very dangerous, just as men by nature can be extremely brainless and stupid when they're sexually too high.  Allah Almighty prevented the woman from abusing her natural and magical beauty and attraction to men by making it compulsory upon her to cover up, so that she can never become satan's tool to destroy the Chastity of the Muslim society.

So with all of this in mind, it is quite apparent that the marriage of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, with Zaynab was not something that Allah Almighty wanted to be an excuse for sin and lust.   It was rather a complete elimination of the so-called "adopted sons" absurdity, and a clear cut evidence that an ex-wife of a former "adopted son" is not a former "daughter in law"!

So basically Allah Almighty hit two birds with one stone with this Divine Law.

Absolute nonsense!  Ever since when the disbelievers' opinion on our beloved Prophet was a just and objective one?  Of course they're going to say negative things about Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

Notice how the quote itself refutes Sam Shamoun's dumb point.  Have the Prophet been a true womanizer, meaning he is obsessed with women, he would not have annulled the marriage with Layla without even touching her, would he?

Hilarious indeed!

Any pornographic and drunkard bible follower, the book of women's vaginas and breasts taste like "wine", would've enjoyed her for at least one night and then divorced her, that if he would even divorce her!  But no, our Beloved and Blessed Prophet let her go on her own without violating her will and desires.

In light of such privileges, what need is there for Muslim men to commit adultery seeing that they can have sex galore with as many captive and slave women as they like?!

My response:

When it comes to slavery, Islam actually came to gradually end the Judeo-Christian and Pagan slavery.  Before I clearly demonstrate this from the Noble Quran, I'd like first to expose Sam Shamoun's hypocrisy and stupidity by giving him the following form his gospel of porn bible, the book of women's vaginas and breasts taste like "wine".

The following response will be broken down in two sections:

1-   Slavery and rapes in the bible.

2-   Islam came to END slavery as clearly demonstrated in the Noble Quran.

1-  Slavery and rapes in the bible:

Keeping and inheriting slaves and their children for life:

Leviticus 25:44-46 "Your male and female slaves are to come from the nations around you; from them you may buy slaves. You may also buy some of the temporary residents living among you and members of their clans born in your country, and they will become your property. You can will them to your children as inherited property and can make them slaves for life, but you must not rule over your fellow Israelites ruthlessly."

Slaves are property:

"If a man beats his male or female slave with a rod and the slave dies as a direct result, he must be punished, but he is not to be punished if the slave gets up after a day or two, since the slave is his property.  (From the NIV Bible, Exodus 21:20-21)"  

In 2 Samuel 5:13; 1 Chronicles 3:1-9, 14:3, King David had six wives and numerous concubines.

In 1 Kings 11:3, King Solomon had 700 wives and 300 concubines.

In 2 Chronicles 11:21, King Solomon's son Rehoboam had 18 wives and 60 concubines.

A father can sell his daughter as slave girl to other men:

Exodus 21:7-8
7 When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she will not be freed at the end of six years as the men are.
8 If she does not please the man who bought her, he may allow her to be bought back again.

Raping of 3-year old slave girls:

Numbers 31:17-18
"Now kill all the boys [innocent kids]. And kill every woman who has slept with a man, but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man."

Aside from the killing of innocent children, which happened before also in the bible as shown in the next set of verses, but the historical elaborations from the Jews' Talmud regarding the events that took place in verses Numbers 31:17-18 say that Moses and his men forced into sex 3-year old slave girls:

"....The Tannaïtic Midrash Sifre to Numbers in §157 comments on the above quoted commandment of MOSES to kill the Midianite women as well as the male children...."

"....According to the Tannaïte Rabbis, MOSES therefore had ordered the Israelites to kill all women older than three years and a day, because they were "suitable for having sexual relations." [138]...."

"Said Rabbi Joseph, "Come and take note: A girl three years and one day old is betrothed by intercourse....."

"A girl three years and one day old is betrothed by intercourse. "A girl three years old may be betrothed through an act of sexual intercourse," the words of R. Meir. And sages say, "Three years and one day old."....."

Ye are one from another: Wed them with the leave of their owners, and give them their dowers, according to what is reasonable: They should be chaste, not lustful, nor taking paramours: when they are taken in wedlock, if they fall into shame, their punishment is half that for free women. This (permission) is for those among you who fear sin; but it is better for you that ye practise self-restraint. And God is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.  (The Noble Quran, 4:25)"

Freeing of slaves is Commanded by Allah Almighty:

"It is not righteousness that ye turn your faces Towards east or West; but it is righteousness to believe in God and the Last Day, and the Angels, and the Book, and the Messengers; to spend of your substance, out of love for Him, for your kin, for orphans, for the needy, for the wayfarer, for those who ask, and for the ransom of slaves; to be steadfast in prayer, and practice regular charity; to fulfil the contracts which ye have made; and to be firm and patient, in pain (or suffering) and adversity, and throughout all periods of panic. Such are the people of truth, the God-fearing.  (The Noble Quran, 2:177)"

"Never should a believer kill a believer; but (If it so happens) by mistake, (Compensation is due): If one (so) kills a believer, it is ordained that he should free a believing slave, and pay compensation to the deceased's family, unless they remit it freely. If the deceased belonged to a people at war with you, and he was a believer, the freeing of a believing slave (Is enough). If he belonged to a people with whom ye have treaty of Mutual alliance, compensation should be paid to his family, and a believing slave be freed. For those who find this beyond their means, (is prescribed) a fast for two months running: by way of repentance to God: for God hath all knowledge and all wisdom.  (The Noble Quran, 4:92)"

"God will not call you to account for what is futile in your oaths, but He will call you to account for your deliberate oaths: for expiation, feed ten indigent persons, on a scale of the average for the food of your families; or clothe them; or give a slave his freedom. If that is beyond your means, fast for three days. That is the expiation for the oaths ye have sworn. But keep to your oaths. Thus doth God make clear to you His signs, that ye may be grateful.  (The Noble Quran, 5:89)"

Narrated Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari:  "The Prophet said, "Give food to the hungry, pay a visit to the sick and release (set free) the one in captivity (by paying his ransom)."  (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Food, Meals, Volume 7, Book 65, Number 286)"

Narrated Asma: "No doubt the Prophet ordered people to manumit slaves during the solar eclipse.    (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Eclipses, Volume 2, Book 18, Number 163)"

"'Abdullah b. 'Umar reported that 'Umar b. Khattab asked the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) as he was at ji'rana (a town near Mecca) on his way back from Ta'if: Messenger of Allah, I had taken a vow during the days of Ignorance that I would observe I'tikaf for one day in the Sacred Mosque. So what is your opinion? He said: Go and observe I'tikaf for a day. And Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) gave him a slave girl out of the one-fifth (of the spoils of war meant for the Holy Prophet). And when Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) set the war prisoners free. 'Umar b. Khattab heard their voice as they were saying: Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) has set us free. He (Hadrat 'Umar) said: What is this? They said: Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) has set free the prisoners of war (which had fallen to the lot of people). Thereupon he (Hadrat 'Umar) said: Abdullah, go to that slave-girl and set her free.  (Translation of Sahih Muslim, The Book of Oaths (Kitab Al-Aiman), Book 015, Number 4074)"

If a slave requests his freedom from the Muslim master, he can get it:

First, it is important to know that thousands of years ago life was different than today.  Today, people wouldn't accept slavery for any reason.  The reason for this is because people are a lot more independent both financially, education wise, mentally, etc...  But people back then were different.  When a tribe or a group of people lose a major battle and their money is mostly, if not all, is taken as war booty by the other side, then people could and would accept being slaves for the following reasons:

1-  Both financial and social security.  When their country or tribe lost the war, they also lost most or all of their money as war booty.  Being out of money and food, it becomes necessary for an individual to find the means for basic survival in life.  Living as a slave would provide this.

2-  Protection from hostile individuals.   Even under the Islamic rule, you can still find hostile individuals who violate the Law and take matters into their own hands.  An enemy family can be sometime in danger if they don't have a "protector".

3-  Widows, Orphans, and the extremely poor of the enemy side need the financial and social protection from a Master.  Back then, there were no governments with good social system that protects everyone.  Slavery back then was that social system in special cases.

There are probably more points I can add, but I think these are sufficient enough.     Let us now see the Islamic System toward Slaves:

Yes slaves were taken from the blood-thirsty and hostile enemies, but they were also given the right to get their freedom when ever they want.  The Noble Quran not only allows slaves to request their freedom from their Muslim masters, but also orders the Muslim masters to pay the slaves money to help them stand on their feet and to be able to face life with a good jump start.

Let us look at Noble Verse 24:33 "Let those who find not the wherewithal for marriage keep themselves chaste, until God gives them means out of His grace. And if any of your slaves ask for a deed in writing (to enable them to earn their freedom for a certain sum), give them such a deed if ye know any good in them: yea, give them something yourselves out of the means which God has given to you. But force not your maids to prostitution when they desire chastity, in order that ye may make a gain in the goods of this life. But if anyone compels them, yet, after such compulsion, is God, Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (to them),"    In this Noble Verse, we see that if a slave requests his freedom from his Muslim master, then his master not only must help him earn his freedom if there is good in the Slave, but also pay him money so the slave can have a good start in his free life.

"The law of slavery in the legal sense of the term is now obsolete.  While it had any meaning, Islam made the slave's lot as easy as possible.    A slave, male or female, could ask for conditional manumission by a written deed fixing the amount required for manumission and allowing the slave meanwhile to earn money by lawful means and perhaps marry and bring up a family.  Such a deed was not to be refused if the request was genuine and the slave had character.  Not only that, but the master is directed to help with money out of his own resources in order to enable the slave to earn his or her own liberty." Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said:

The Bottom line is:

The bottom line is that in order for the Muslims to remain as a purified and GOD Almighty-fearing and obeying society, one of the requirements that they had to accomplish was to gradually and completely eliminate slavery - the same slavery that was at its peak during the Jews', Christians' and Pagans' times.

There even are commentators, while commenting on specific Quranic passages, who say that incestuous relations are permitted in certain instances. The Quran says in surah 25:54:

And He it is Who hath created man from water, and hath appointed for him kindred by blood and kindred by marriage; for thy Lord is ever Powerful. Pickthall

Al-Qurtubi wrote regarding this passage:

Explanation of Surah 25:54 by Imam Qurtubi:

"It is He Who has created man from water: Then has He established relationships of lineage and marriage: for thy Lord has power (over all things)." (Surah 25:54)

Regarding the terms "lineage and relationship through marriage":

Lineage and relationship through marriage are two terms that describe the personal relationships that may exist between humans. Ibn Al-Arabi said, "Lineage is an expression referring to the mixture of fluids between a male and a female from a religious legal point of view. However, if this union (between male and female) occurs through disobedience (fornication) then the resulting child is not considered a part of a person’s true lineage. That is why a daughter born from adultery is not mentioned in Allah’s saying, ‘Prohibited to you (for marriage) are: your mothers and daughters’ (Surah 4:23) because she is not considered a daughter according to the most authentic teaching of our (Islamic) scholars and the most authentic teaching of our religion. If there is no legal lineage then there is no legal relationship; for adultery does not prohibit (from marriage) the daughter of the mother (you committed adultery with) nor the mother of a woman (you committed adultery with). What is lawfully prohibited is not also prohibited due to sin, for Allah has bestowed lineage and relation through marriage upon His servants and greatly esteemed these relationships. Allah has also established laws identifying what is legal and what is prohibited, which are not equal to each other; therefore falsehood cannot be a part of these laws."

I (Qurtubi) said: The scholars have differed on the permissibility of a man marrying his daughter who was the result of an adulterous relationship; or for that matter marrying his sister or granddaughter who was the result of adultery. Some prohibited this type of relationship; among them was Ibn Al Qasim, which is also the saying of Abu Hanifa and his companions. Others however, allowed this type of marriage such as Abdul Malik Al Maj’shun, which is also the saying of Al Shafi’i. This was detailed in the explanation of Surah 4 (Al Nisa’).

Thus, certain Muslim scholars and Islamic schools of jurisprudence allow for a man to marry his very own daughter, as long as she was born from an adulterous relationship!

My response:

I'd like to thank Mr. Shamoun for raising this issue that I was never aware of.   The reason I am thanking him is because this will strengthen my position when I call onto Muslims to throw these ridiculous titles that they give themselves from "schools of thoughts" or Math'habs, and to only call themselves Muslims.

The sections of this response will be as follow:

1-   The status of bastard children in Islam.

2-   The status of bastards and women in the Bible.

1-  The status of bastard children in Islam:

I'd like to soundly refute the absurdity of those who misinterpreted and harmed the Truth of the Noble Quran when they said that a father can marry his bastard daughter, by presenting the facts straight from the Noble Quran Itself.

First allow me to answer this question by reversing the scenario a little bit.   Let's say there is single woman who committed fornication with a stranger and she got pregnant from him and bore a male child. 

Question:  Can this bastard child marry his mother when he grows up?

Here we have this woman who had to go through a great deal of agony in the 9 months of pregnancy, and a greater deal of pain, almost to a death point, when she gave birth to him. 

Yet, we can't call her his mother??!!  Says who??  Allah Almighty never Said that!!

Islam is very clear about biological children.  The following Noble Verses clearly prove this:

"O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of God is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And God has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things).  (The Noble Quran, 49:13)"

Allah Almighty in this Noble Verse is not speaking just to Muslims.  He is addressing all of humanity, and He is Telling them that everyone of us was created from a male and female, i.e., a male's sperm and a female's egg!

"God (thus) directs you as regards your Children's (Inheritance): to the male, a portion equal to that of two females: if only daughters, two or more, their share is two-thirds of the inheritance; if only one, her share is a half. For parents, a sixth share of the inheritance to each, if the deceased left children; if no children, and the parents are the (only) heirs, the mother has a third; if the deceased Left brothers (or sisters) the mother has a sixth. (The distribution in all cases Is) after the payment of legacies and debts. Ye know not whether your parents or your children are nearest to you in benefit. These are settled portions ordained by God; and God is All-knowing, Al- wise.  (The Noble Quran, 4:11)"

"They ask thee for a legal decision. Say: God directs (thus) about those who leave no descendants or ascendants as heirs. If it is a man that dies, leaving a sister but no child, she shall have half the inheritance: If (such a deceased was) a woman, who left no child, Her brother takes her inheritance: If there are two sisters, they shall have two-thirds of the inheritance (between them): if there are brothers and sisters, (they share), the male having twice the share of the female. Thus doth God make clear to you (His law), lest ye err. And God hath knowledge of all things.  (The Noble Quran, 4:176)"

Now in the case of my question above, suppose this bastard son becomes very rich and dies before his mother dies.  Why can't we apply the Law of Inheritance to her?   Isn't she his biological mother?

Also notice in Noble Verse 4:176, Allah Almighty never mentioned, in the underlined parts, that if the woman had a husband and/or he was dead!

No mention of any husband here!  So in the case of the bastard child and his mother, if she was rich and she dies, then Noble Verse 4:176 CLEARLY!!!!! says that he would inherit her wealth.

I-  The Ultimate Refutation to the absurd "scholars" above!!!

"The Day ye shall see it, every mother giving suck shall forget her suckling- babe, and every pregnant female shall drop her load (unformed): thou shalt see mankind as in a drunken riot, yet not drunk: but dreadful will be the Wrath of God.  (The Noble Quran, 22:2)"

This Prophecy about the Day of Judgement is the perfect annihilation to the absurd "scholars" above that Sam Shamoun quoted!  In Mr. Shamoun's Christian western societies, perhaps tens millions of children are born as bastards every year! 

They were, and still are, and will always be, born from girlfriends, and not from chaste wives!

***** Plus their marriages are not Islamic anyway! *****

But notice Allah Almighty Saying that those "mothers giving suck" to their infants, they will forget about those infants because of the overwhelming fear that they will see and experience.  Again, it doesn't say Muslim mothers!!!!!!  It talked about ALL MOTHERS on earth!!!!!!!!

"And God did create you from dust; then from a sperm-drop; then He made you in pairs. And no female conceives, or lays down (her load), but with His knowledge. Nor is a man long-lived granted length of days, nor is a part cut off from his life, but is in a Decree (ordained). All this is easy to God.   (The Noble Quran, 35:11)"

Again, Allah Almighty is Talking about the mothers, "female conceives", giving birth by His Knowledge.  All Praise due to Him.

"Now, when he came to them in Truth, from Us, they said, "Slay the sons of those who believe with him, and keep alive their females," but the plots of Unbelievers (end) in nothing but errors (and delusions)!...  (The Noble Quran, 40:25)"

II-  Another Ultimate Refutation to the absurd "scholars" above:

Muslims, who left their pagan families (parents, siblings and relatives) 1500 years ago, were Commanded to be good to their parents:

Important Note:  Never did Allah Almighty Say be good only to your Believing parents.  He only Said parents!

"Thy Lord hath decreed that ye worship none but Him, and that ye be kind to parents. Whether one or both of them attain old age in thy life, say not to them a word of contempt, nor repel them, but address them in terms of honour.  (The Noble Quran, 17:23)"

"We have enjoined on MAN kindness to parents: but if they (either of them) strive (to force) thee to join with Me (in worship) anything of which thou hast no knowledge, obey them not. Ye have (all) to return to me, and I will tell you (the truth) of all that ye did.  (The Noble Quran, 29:8)"

"And We have enjoined on MAN (to be good) to his parents: in travail upon travail did his mother bear him, and in years twain was his weaning: (hear the command), "Show gratitude to Me and to thy parents: to Me is (thy final) Goal.  (The Noble Quran, 31:14)"

"We have enjoined on MAN kindness to his parents: In pain did his mother bear him, and in pain did she give him birth. The carrying of the (child) to his weaning is (a period of) thirty months. At length, when he reaches the age of full strength and attains forty years, he says, "O my Lord! Grant me that I may be grateful for Thy favour which Thou has bestowed upon me, and upon both my parents, and that I may work righteousness such as Thou mayest approve; and be gracious to me in my issue. Truly have I turned to Thee and truly do I bow (to Thee) in Islam."  (The Noble Quran, 46:15)"

Very Important Note:   Notice in Noble Verses 29:8, 31:14 and 46:15, They Talk about all humans and not just Believing Muslims.

Notice also how Allah Almighty Recognized the suffering of the MOTHER in Noble Verse 46:15!

"In pain did his mother bear him, and in pain did she give him birth"

"And remember We took a covenant from the Children of Israel (to this effect): Worship none but God; treat with kindness your parents and kindred, and orphans and those in need; speak fair to the people; be steadfast in prayer; and practise regular charity. Then did ye turn back, except a few among you, and ye backslide (even now).  (The Noble Quran, 2:83)"

"They ask thee what they should spend (In charity). Say: Whatever ye spend that is good, is for parents and kindred and orphans and those in want and for wayfarers. And whatever ye do that is good, -God knoweth it well.   (The Noble Quran, 2:215)"

"Serve God, and join not any partners with Him; and do good- to parents, kinsfolk, orphans, those in need, neighbours who are near, neighbours who are strangers, the companion by your side, the wayfarer (ye meet), and what your right hands possess: For God loveth not the arrogant, the vainglorious;-   (The Noble Quran, 4:36)"

"Say: "Come, I will rehearse what God hath (really) prohibited you from": Join not anything as equal with Him; be good to your parents; kill not your children on a plea of want;- We provide sustenance for you and for them;- come not nigh to shameful deeds. Whether open or secret; take not life, which God hath made sacred, except by way of justice and law: thus doth He command you, that ye may learn wisdom.  (The Noble Quran, 6:151)"

"O ye who believe! stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to God, even as against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, and whether it be (against) rich or poor: for God can best protect both. Follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest ye swerve, and if ye distort (justice) or decline to do justice, verily God is well- acquainted with all that ye do.  (The Noble Quran, 4:135)"

In this Noble Verse 4:135, like I mentioned above, most Muslims, especially during the early days of Islam, left their parents and relatives and joined Islam.  Yet they were Commanded to be kind to them as mentioned in all of the Noble Verses above, and to stand firmly for justice even if it was against them!

III-   Abraham's intercession to his disbelieving parents that will be rejected!

On the Day of Judgement, Abraham, peace be upon him, will say the following:

"O our Lord! cover (us) with Thy Forgiveness - me, my parents, and (all) Believers, on the Day that the Reckoning will be established!  (The Noble Quran, 14:41)"

"Forgive my father, for that he is among those astray;  (The Noble Quran, 26:86)"

Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, "On the Day of Resurrection Abraham will meet his father Azar whose face will be dark and covered with dust. (The Prophet Abraham will say to him): ‘Didn't I tell you not to disobey me?’ His father will reply: ‘Today I will not disobey you.’ Abraham will say: ‘O Lord! You promised me not to disgrace me on the Day of Resurrection; and what will be more disgraceful to me than cursing and dishonoring my father?’ Then Allah will say (to him): ‘I have forbidden Paradise for the disbelievers." Then he will be addressed, ‘O Abraham! Look! What is underneath your feet?’ He will look and there he will see a Dhabh (an animal,) blood-stained, which will be caught by the legs and thrown in the (Hell) Fire." (Sahih Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 55, Number 569)

These should be more than enough evidence to prove that in Islam, a father is a father and a mother is a mother, and a sister is a sister, and a brother is a brother, etc... no mater what their religious belief is!

The fact that Allah Almighty Himself Recognized Abraham's infidel father as his actual biological father clearly disproves the absurd "scholars" above!

2-  The status of bastards and women in the Bible:

Sam Shamoun's bible actually punishes the bastard children for the sin that their parents committed.  How is it fair for a person, let alone a child, to be punished for something that he/she never did?

Deuteronomy 23:1-3
1 He that is wounded in the stones, or hath his privy member cut off, shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD.
2 A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD.
3 An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to their tenth generation shall they not enter into the congregation of the LORD for ever:

Revelation 14:4
"Those are those (men) who did not defile themselves with women, for they kept themselves pure.  They follow the Lamb wherever he goes.  They were purchased from among men and offered as first fruits to God and the Lamb."

The birth of females causes double the pollution!

Leviticus 12:2-5 "Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a woman have conceived seed, and born a MALE child: then she shall be unclean SEVEN DAYS; according to the days of the separation for her infirmity shall she be unclean. And in the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised. And she shall then continue in the blood of her purifying THIRTY THREE days; she shall touch no hallowed thing, nor come into the sanctuary, until the days of her purifying be fulfilled. But if she bear a FEMALE child, then she shall be unclean TWO WEEKS, as in her separation: and she shall continue in the blood of her purifying SIXTY SIX days."

And it is a "loss"!

Ecclesiasticus 22:3
"....and the birth of ANY daughter is a loss"   (From the New Jerusalem Bible)

Leviticus 15:19-30
"And if a woman have an issue (her period/menses), [and] her issue in her flesh be blood, she shall be put apart seven days: and whosoever toucheth her shall be unclean until the even. And every thing that she lieth upon in her separation shall be unclean: every thing also that she sitteth upon shall be unclean. And whosoever toucheth her bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe [himself] in water, and be unclean until the even. And whosoever toucheth any thing that she sat upon shall wash his clothes, and bathe [himself] in water, and be unclean until the even. And if it [be] on [her] bed, or on any thing whereon she sitteth, when he toucheth it, he shall be unclean until the even. And if any man lie with her at all, and her flowers be upon him, he shall be unclean seven days; and all the bed whereon he lieth shall be unclean. And if a woman have an issue of her blood many days out of the time of her separation, or if it run beyond the time of her separation; all the days of the issue of her uncleanness shall be as the days of her separation: she [shall be] unclean. Every bed whereon she lieth all the days of her issue shall be unto her as the bed of her separation: and whatsoever she sitteth upon shall be unclean, as the uncleanness of her separation. And whosoever toucheth those things shall be unclean, and shall wash his clothes, and bathe [himself] in water, and be unclean until the even. But if she be cleansed of her issue, then she shall number to herself seven days, and after that she shall be clean. And on the eighth day she shall take unto her two turtles, or two young pigeons, and bring them unto the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. And the priest shall offer the one [for] a sin offering, and the other [for] a burnt offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for her before the LORD for the issue of her uncleanness."

How do the Bible and Islam view women?

So regardless of the person's faith and goodness, bastards and women are still defiled creatures.  Compare this to the Noble Quran:

"Who receiveth guidance, receiveth it for his own benefit: who goeth astray doth so to his own loss: No bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another: nor would We visit with Our Wrath until We had sent an apostle (to give warning).  (The Noble Quran, 17:15)"

"Nor can a bearer of burdens bear another's burdens if one heavily laden should call another to (bear) his load. Not the least portion of it can be carried (by the other). Even though he be nearly related. Thou canst but admonish such as fear their Lord unseen and establish regular Prayer. And whoever purifies himself does so for the benefit of his own soul; and the destination (of all) is to God.  (The Noble Quran, 35:18)"

"Namely, that no bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another;  (The Noble Quran, 53:38)"

"On no soul do We place a burden greater than it can bear: before Us is a record which clearly shows the truth: they will never be wronged.  (The Noble Quran, 23:62)"

"If ye reject (God), Truly God hath no need of you; but He liketh not ingratitude from His servants: if ye are grateful, He is pleased with you. No bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another. In the end, to your Lord is your Return, when He will tell you the truth of all that ye did (in this life). for He knoweth well all that is in (men's) hearts.  (The Noble Quran, 39:7)"

"Whoever recommends and helps a good cause becomes a partner therein: And whoever recommends and helps an evil cause, shares in its burden: And God hath power over all things.  (The Noble Quran, 4:85)"

The status of women:

There is a great deal of good in some women:  "O ye who believe!  Ye are forbidden to inherit women against their will.  Nor should ye treat them with harshness, that ye may take away part of the dower [money given by the husband to the wife for the marriage contract] ye have given them, except where they have been guilty of open lewdness; on the contrary live with them on a footing of kindness and equity.  If ye take a dislike to them it may be that ye dislike a thing, and God brings about through it a great deal of good. (The Noble Quran, 4:19)"

Men and women were created for each others, in order to live in peace, harmony and love with each others as husbands and wives:  "And among God's signs is this:  He created for you mates from amongst yourselves (males as mates for females and vice versa) that you might find tranquillity and peace in them.    And he has put love and kindness among you.  Herein surely are signs for those who reflect.  (The Noble Quran, 30:21)"

Men can not harm their wives:  "...Do not retain them (i.e., your wives) to harm them...(The Noble Quran, 2:231)"

"If a wife fears cruelty or desertion on her husband's part, there is no blame on them if they arrange an amicable settlement between themselves; and such settlement is best; even though men's souls are swayed by greed. But if ye do good and practise self-restraint, God is well-acquainted with all that ye do.  (The Noble Quran, 4:128)"

Narrated Mu'awiyah al-Qushayri: "I went to the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) and asked him: What do you say (command) about our wives? He replied: Give them food what you have for yourself, and clothe them by which you clothe yourself, and do not beat them, and do not revile them.  (Sunan Abu-Dawud, Book 11, Marriage (Kitab Al-Nikah), Number 2139)"

Righteous women are those who are loyal and obedient to their husbands:  "Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means.  Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband's) absence what Allah would have them guard.  As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill-conduct, admonish them (first), (Next), refuse to share their beds, (And last) beat them (lightly); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them Means (of annoyance):  For Allah is Most High, great (above you all).  (The Noble Quran, 4:34)"

Men can't have sex with their women during Menses, but they can sleep with them and touch them: "They ask thee concerning women's courses.    Say: They are a hurt and a pollution:  So keep away from women in their courses, and do not approach them until they are clean.  But when they have purified themselves, ye may approach them in any manner, time, or place ordained for you by God.    For God loves those who turn to Him constantly and He loves those who keep themselves pure and clean.  (The Noble Quran, 2:222)"

Maimuna (the wife of the Holy Prophet) reported:  "The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) contacted and embraced his wives over the waist-wrapper when they were menstruating.  (Translation of Sahih Muslim, The Book of Menstruation (Kitab Al-Haid), Book 003, Number 0579)" 

Women have equal rights for them and against them:  "..and for women are rights equal to the rights against them but men have a degree over them (in the context of divorce) in what is just.  (The Noble Quran, 2:228)"

The birth of a female is not a biggest tragedy and the end of the world as it is in the Bible:  "When news is brought to one of them, of (the birth of) a female (child), his face darkens, and he is filled with inward grief!  With shame does he hide himself from his people, Because of the bad news He has had!  Shall he retain it On (sufferance and) contempt, Or bury it in the dust?  Ah! what an evil (choice) They decide on?  (The Noble Quran, 16:58-59)"    So considering the birth of females as a bad thing is evil by itself in the Noble Quran.

Women have the right for the highest education, unlike what some Muslim fanatics claim:    Narrated Abu Musa Al-Ashari: "The Prophet said, 'He who has a slave-girl and teaches her good manners and improves her education and then manumits and marries her, will get a double reward; and any slave who observes Allah's right and his master's right will get a double reward.'  (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Manumission of Slaves, Volume 3, Book 46, Number 723)"

By the way, I once debated some Muslim fanatics regarding the education of women issue, and from what I gathered from them, they indirectly claimed that they feel threatened by learned wives who are "independent", because they would "challenge their authority", and would be "harder to control".  So, the fanatics' views about keeping women unlearned and illiterate as the Taliban did when they ruled Afghanistan is only their personal opinion that is not based on Islamic doctrine.

The broad range of meanings show that Osama is erroneously assuming that lewdness, in the context of surah 4:15, is indeed referring to lesbianism, as opposed to a whole host of other things. Besides all this, Osama has to first show that the Quran considers lesbianism to be an unchaste and immoral act in order to conclude that being a lesbian is to engage in lewd behavior.

This leads us to the Arabic word, fahishah. The word is used in many places in the Quran with a broad range of meaning, similar to the English word lewd or lewdness. It is even used in connection with the people of Lot, but even in those specific passages, it is the context that shows that fahishah is referring to the homosexual inclinations of Lot’s people.

But not every context where fahishah is used refers to homosexual acts.

In some of the examples, the precise meaning of the word is unspecified. Yet in 24:19, 21, it speaks of a slanderous report which Islamic traditions say refers to the slander of Aisha, where she was accused of adultery. And in 12:24, it refers to Joseph being protected from committing adultery with Potiphar’s wife.

In fact, Muslims have traditionally understood surah 4:15 to be referring to adultery. A. Yusuf Ali noted:

523. Most commentators understand this to refer to adultery or fornication; in that case they consider that the punishment was altered by the later verse, xxiv. 2. (Source)

Interestingly, this online version of Ali’s translation and notes, as well as many of the newer printed editions of Ali’s text, omitted a substantial part of what Ali originally said at this point. Here is the remainder of his commentary:

Even though Ali disagrees with the consensus position, his reference to unnatural crime is unspecified.

Renowned Muslim commentator Ibn Kathir wrote:

The Adulteress is Confined in her Houses; A Command Later Abrogated

At the beginning of Islam, the ruling was that if a woman commits adultery as stipulated by sufficient proof, she was confined to her home, without leave, until she died. Allah said...

<And those of your women who commit illegal sexual intercourse, take the evidence of four witnesses from among you against them; and if they testify, confine them (i.e. women) to houses until death comes to them or Allah ordains for them some (other) way.>

‘Some other way’ mentioned here is the abrogation of this ruling that came later. Ibn `Abbas said, "The early ruling was confinement, until Allah sent down Surat An-Nur (chapter 24) which abrogated that ruling with the ruling of flogging (for fornication) or stoning to death (for adultery)."' Similar was reported from ‘Ikrimah, Sa`id bin Jubayr, Al-Hasan, `Ata' Al-Khurasani, Abu Salih, Qatadah, Zayd bin Aslam and Ad-Dahhak, and this is a matter that is agreed upon.

Imam Ahmad recorded that `Ubadah bin As-Samit said, "When the revelation descended upon the Messenger of Allah, it would affect him and his face would show signs of strain. One day, Allah sent down a revelation to him, and when the Messenger was relieved of its strain, he said...

((Take from me: Allah has made some other way for them. The married with the married, the unmarried with the unmarried. The married gets a hundred lashes and stoning to death, while the unmarried gets a hundred lashes then banishment for a year.))

Muslim and the collectors of the Sunan recorded that `Ubadah bin As-Samit said that the Prophet said...

Another English translation of Ibn Kathir reads:

At the outset of Islam, if a woman was guilty of adultery, she would be kept locked up in a house until she died, therefore, Allah said <And those of your women who commit adultery.>, that is, illegal sexual intercourse. <take the evidence of four witnesses from amongst you against them; and if they testify, confine them to houses until death comes to them or Allah ordains for them some other way.> This ‘Other way’, in fact, abrogates <confining them to houses until death comes to them>. Ibn Abbas said: "Such had been the judgment against the female adulterer until Allah revealed Surat which commands lashing and stoning." This statement was also narrated by a group of At-Tabi’in, and this abrogation is agreed upon by scholars.

Imam Ahmad narrated, on the authority of ‘Ubaada Ibn As-Samit: "When the Divine Inspiration comes to the Prophet, it would affect him, for it used to make him sad and change his face. One day, something was revealed to him and he said: ‘Observe what I shall say for Allah has ordained one hundred lashes and stoning for the adulterer among married women and men, and one hundred lashes and one-year exile for the unmarried.’" This Hadith was also narrated by Muslim, the authors of the Sunan from other authorities.

Ahmad Ibn Hanbal’s view is alsao [sic] based on this Hadith which is lashing and stoning for the adultery among the married. However, the majority of scholars hold that the adulterer among the married must be stoned only, supporting their view with the fact that the Prophet did stone Maiz, al-Ghamidiyyah and the two Jews, but did not lash them. This means that lashing was not necessary and it had been abrogated according to them, and Allah knows best.

Maulana Abdul Majid Daryabadi translated the text in the following manner:

... As for those of your women who may commit whoredom, call against them four witnesses from among you; then if they testify confine them to their houses, till death completes their term of life, or Allah appoints for them some other way.

He then comments on the meaning of fahishah:

... in its general significance is ‘an excess; an enormity; anything exceeding the bounds of rectitude.’ but when particularized, signifies ‘adultery or fornication,’ and , in the context, evidently means an act of adultery. (Daryabadi, Tafsir-Ul-Qur'an Translation and Commentary of the Holy Qur'an, Volume I [Darul-Isha’at Urdu Bazar, Karachi-1, Pakistan; First edition: 1991], p. 310, fn. 575)

The online Pooya/M A. Ali English Commentary notes:

Fahisha in its general significance is "an excess, an enormity, anything exceeding the bounds of rectitude", but when particularised, signifies "adultery or fornication", and, in this context, evidently means an act of adultery.

The evidence in the case of adultery must be, according to the law of Islam, ocular, not hearsay, conjectural or circumstantial. Every possible safeguard is taken against hasty and unfounded accusations. When four men testify that they saw with their eyes the actual carnal conjunction, punishments mentioned in this verse, can be inflicted.

For "or Allah provides some other way for them" (through His Prophet) refer to fiqh...

The crime, mentioned here, is adultery. Adhuhuma - hurt or punish both of them. (Source)

Some other Muslims do not believe that surah 4:15 refers to adultery or fornication. The late Maulana Muhammad Ali wrote regarding 4:15:

Al-fahishah signifies anything exceeding the bounds of rectitude (gross, immodest, lewd, obscene) (Mgh, LL). See further 556, where it is shown that fahishah includes hatred and desertion, refractoriness, etc. Though the word is used sometimes as meaning fornication, the context shows that here it is used to signify immoral conduct short of fornication, for the punishment of fornication is given in 24:2. The words of the verse that follows, referring to a similar immoral act with the indefinite nature of punishment, support this conclusion, for punishment in the case of an act short of fornication would vary with the nature of the crime. Thus women guilty of immoral conduct are curtailed of their liberty. If they mend their ways, or being unmarried they get married, a way is opened for them by Allah, and they regain their liberty; if they do not, the curtailment should be extended till they die. There is no proof for Palmer’s assertion that "women taken in adultery and fornication were, at the beginning of Islam, literally "immured". (Ali, Holy Qur'an - Arabic Text, English Translation & Commentary [Ahmadiyya Anjuman Isha'at Islam Lahore Inc. USA 1995], p. 193, fn. 551; Source)

Commenting on 4:19, the Maulana quotes ar-Razi regarding the meaning of fahishah in this particular context:

... The manifest indecency spoken of here is hatred and desertion of the husband, refractoriness, and doing harm to the husband and his family (Rz)... (Ibid., p. 194, fn. 556)

Muhammad Asad writes:

14 Some of the commentators attribute to the term fahishah (here rendered as "immoral conduct") the meaning of "adultery" or "fornication" and are, consequently, of the opinion that this verse has been "abrogated" by 24:2, which lays down the punishment of one hundred stripes for each of the guilty parties. This unwarranted assumption must, however, be rejected. Quite apart from the impossibility of admitting that any passage of the Qur'an could have been "abrogated" by another of its passages (see surah 2, note 87), the expression fahishah does not, by itself, connote illicit sexual intercourse: it signifies anything that is grossly immodest, unseemly, lewd, indecent or abominable in word or in deed (cf. Lane VI, 2344f.), and is by no means restricted to sexual transgressions. Read in this context, and in conjunction with 24:2, this expression obviously denotes here immoral conduct not necessarily amounting to what is termed zina (i.e., "adultery" or "fornication"), and therefore redeemable by sincere repentance (in contrast to a proven act of zina, which is punishable by flogging). - It is noteworthy that in all cases of alleged sexual transgressions or misbehaviour the Qur'an stipulates the direct evidence of four witnesses (instead of the two required in all other judicial cases) as a sine qua non of conviction. For the reasons underlying this injunction, as well as for its judicial implications, see note 7 on 24:4. (Source)

It is rather evident why Ali and Asad proposed a different meaning from the one accepted by most of the Muslim scholars. These gentlemen did not believe that the Quran abrogates itself, implying that, in their minds, 4:15 could not be referring to adultery or fornication, since this would mean that the verse was later abrogated by 24:2. Regardless of their position, neither man understood the word fahishah to be referring to a lesbian act.

In light of the preceding data, Osama’s appeal to surah 4:15 doesn’t prove his point at all. If anyone is lying, it is Osama for trying to dupe his readers into thinking that the Quran EXPLICITLY condemns lesbianism. In fact, not only does the Quran fail to offer an explicit condemnation of lesbianism, it also fails to explicitly prohibit bestiality.

And O ye Believers! turn ye all together towards God, that ye may attain Bliss.  (The Noble Quran, 24:31)"

"For Muslim men and women,- for believing men and women, for devout men and women, for true men and women, for men and women who are patient and constant, for men and women who humble themselves, for men and women who give in Charity, for men and women who fast (and deny themselves), for men and women who guard their chastity, and for men and women who engage much in God's praise,- for them has God prepared forgiveness and great reward.  (The Noble Quran, 33:35)"

There are few important points to notice here:

1-   Allah Almighty Commanded the Muslim women to look down when approaching men and to guard their modesty.

2-   They must cover their bodies and only reveal their beauty to their husbands and few other relatives.

3-   Out of stranger males, they can only uncover their hair in front of little children who "have no sense of the shame of sex".

4-  Women can not "strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments."  In other words, do not flirt!

The fact, from among stranger males, that women can only display the parts of their bodies that are above the shoulders to little children who don't know anything about sex, PROVES without doubt that lesbianism is illegal in Islam.

Even bringing suspicion of being a homosexual, fornicator, adulterer or adulterous against yourself is forbidden in Islam.  And to answer Sam Shamoun's silly points regarding lesbianism:

The whole point of the veil is not just to have a scarf covering the woman.  It also includes living a chaste and a non-loose and non-flirty life!  That is why Allah Almighty even prevented women from striking their feet on the ground to make noise that would draw attention to them, so that men would think that they are trying to draw inappropriate attention to them, such as flirting, as shown in point #4 above.

And it's not just women who are Commanded to live a Chaste life.  Men too are Commanded to live it, and to avoid causing evil in the society in all ways.  This is mentioned in Noble Verse 33:35 above.

Like I mentioned above in the article, women by nature can very dangerous, just as men by nature can be extremely brainless and stupid when they're sexually too high.  Perhaps that is why we see much emphasis on women's' appearances than men in the Noble Quran.  To men, a decent shirt and decent pants would do just fine as far as the outside "Chaste" looks are concerned.  But to women, it can get much more complicated.

So to prevent some women from abusing their natural and magical beauty and attraction to men, Allah Almighty made it compulsory upon them to cover up, so that they won't eventually become satan's tools to destroy the Chastity of the Muslim society, as it is the case with the pornographic and sexually open christian societies today!  Their women have no problem exposing 99% of their bodies through wearing bikinis, sometimes even topless bikinis, on the beaches.   Their men and women have no problem in having sex without marriage.  They have no problem in corrupting their children and legitimizing to them their illegal ways, etc....

In these Noble Verses, Allah Almighty is directly and clearly addressing the person's common sense that He, the Almighty, Created for him/her.  You should ask yourself regarding what you're about to do, in this case, having sex with your pet, is it really right?  Is this act really natural?  Is this what really Allah Almighty ordained for us?  According to the Noble Verses above, no it isn't.

Is the person justifying an evil act even though he/she knows well that it is wrong as clearly mentioned in Noble Verses 27:54, 7:80 and 7:81 above?  That's really the main point.

Unfortunately for you, your christians today act like they don't!   They commit adultery and fornication left and right, and they dress in ways that only promote evil and wickedness, and they still insist on following these evil ways of life, despite the fact that they know well that it is wrong!!

And yes indeed, "but only men of understanding really heed."  If Allah Almighty punishes the fornicators with their fellow human fornicators by having them get flogged 100 stripes each, and if Allah Almighty is very strict on Chastity and Modesty in the Islamic society, then how on earth would such a society allow for sex with animals to be tolerated?

How exactly is sex with animals supposed to protect Purity in the Islamic Society?

The topic itself is so ridiculous that it wasn't even mentioned directly in the Noble Quran.  But those who try to pervert the Divine Message of Allah Almighty had been addressed and warned in Noble Verses 3:7-12 as shown above.

If I am not even allowed to have illegal sex with a fellow human being, then how on earth am I supposed to be allowed to have sex with an animal?  And again, how exactly is sex with animals supposed to enforce the Chastity and Purity of the Muslim society that Allah Almighty clearly Commanded?

To those who might grow their brains in their butts and try to get creative like Sam Shamoun here is doing, I'd like to give them the following Noble Verses that clearly warn them about their Salvation in the Noble Quran:

"Ye are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind, enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong, and believing in God. Concluding Remarks

Now the readers may be wondering why we even bothered to address Osama’s paper, or why issue such a challenge. Let us explain our reasons for doing so.

In our debate on the prophethood of Muhammad(*), Osama attacked the Islamic traditions that we used to expose Muhammad. Instead of trying to deal with them, he essentially brushed them aside as fairy-tales, or as he referred to them, as soap opera stories. Osama also sought to attack the Holy Bible even though he went on to use it to prove that Muhammad was a true prophet!

Now our challenge is this, without appealing to either the Holy Bible or Islamic traditions, can Osama show from the Quran that acts such as lesbianism are immoral?

If Osama goes outside the Quran and appeals to either source, then he exposes his hypocrisy and inconsistency. On the one hand, Osama wants to attack the Bible and the traditions when they clearly contradict his cherished beliefs. Yet, on the other hand, he wants to also use them when they provide evidence and assistance for a point or claim he is trying to make.

[ Side remark: There is another Muslim polemicist who attacks the Bible for not prescribing an explicit and detailed dress code for Christian women. The fact that the Quran does not even forbid lesbianism and bestiality is relevant to that discussion as well. For details, see the article, Contextually Clueless. ]

Osama also faces another problem with appealing to the Jewish and Christian Scriptures. The Holy Bible, God’s true Word, and the Quran, are two completely different books. Despite both books claiming to be a revelation from the one true God of Abraham, they greatly differ and contradict each other regarding the nature of God, the stories of specific prophets, their message, the way of salvation etc., and cannot be from the same source.

Additionally, the two books make different claims about themselves. The Holy Bible claims to be a sufficient record, not an exhaustive one:

"Jesus did many other miraculous signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not recorded in this book. But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name." John 20:30-31 NIV

"But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it and how from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be COMPETENT, EQUIPPED FOR EVERY GOOD WORK." 2 Timothy 3:14-17 ESV

"His divine power has given us EVERYTHING WE NEED for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires... And we have the word of the prophets made more certain, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet's own interpretation. For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit." 2 Peter 1:3-4, 19-21 NIV

This implies that the Bible does not record everything that God and his prophets have said or done. It records only those things which are sufficient to lead one into an accurate knowledge of God and to live a righteous life pleasing to the Lord.

The Holy Bible also points to creation and to natural design as ways in which God communicates some of his truths:

"In Lystra there sat a man crippled in his feet, who was lame from birth and had never walked. He listened to Paul as he was speaking. Paul looked directly at him, saw that he had faith to be healed and called out, ‘Stand up on your feet!’ At that, the man jumped up and began to walk. When the crowd saw what Paul had done, they shouted in the Lycaonian language, ‘The gods have come down to us in human form!’ Barnabas they called Zeus, and Paul they called Hermes because he was the chief speaker. The priest of Zeus, whose temple was just outside the city, brought bulls and wreaths to the city gates because he and the crowd wanted to offer sacrifices to them. But when the apostles Barnabas and Paul heard of this, they tore their clothes and rushed out into the crowd, shouting: ‘Men, why are you doing this? We too are only men, human like you. We are bringing you good news, telling you to turn from these worthless things to the living God, who made heaven and earth and sea and everything in them. In the past, he let all nations go their own way. Yet he has not left himself without testimony: He has shown kindness by giving you rain from heaven and crops in their seasons; he provides you with plenty of food and fills your hearts with joy.’ Even with these words, they had difficulty keeping the crowd from sacrificing to them." In these passages, Paul argues that God’s moral goodness can be seen from creation and design. The fact that people receive rain and enjoy food shows God’s goodness to mankind. Paul further argues that nature shows that lesbianism and homosexuality are wrong.

This means that one can even draw moral inferences from the design of creation, of the body etc., much like Paul did above. Hence, God has given us a sufficient witness and testimony of himself and his laws in Scripture, creation and conscience, with Scripture being a more thorough record since it more clearly reveals the identity of the God who exists and created all things.

The differences are not over yet, especially in relation to the NT and the Quran. The NT documents do not contradict the moral and sexual code of the Hebrew Scriptures, but presuppose their binding and lasting authority. This is why the NT writers would allude to specific moral issues without having to fully explain or define them, since they were presupposing their readers’ or audience’s familiarity and knowledge of the OT laws. In fact, in specific situations, the NT actually makes an OT command or tolerance of specific acts stricter, i.e. the reasons for valid divorce or the prohibition of having multiple wives etc.

The places where the NT writers would have to obviously explain something would be when a specific command or practice relating to ceremonies or sacrifices had been consummated in Christ’s work of redemption, since this meant that these things were no longer binding in the sense in which the OT commanded. Now a person could choose to observe them, if they so wished, but weren’t required to do so for meriting their salvation. Explanations may also be required regarding how to apply specific OT commands in light of the fact that the Church didn’t rule over the land, but was under pagan rule and authority, and couldn’t therefore impose specific regulations or carry out the prescribed punishments upon citizens.

Also, the Church isn’t limited in geography, but its sphere of influence extends to all of the earth, which would also affect the application of specific OT injunctions. Cf. Matthew 28:18-20

For instance, during the OT period, where the people of Israel were given specific geographical borders as their inheritance, it was important for the Israelites not to take spouses from the pagan nations in order to insure that the land would not become perverted and polluted by pagan worship and practices. This may have entailed persons divorcing their pagan spouses and setting aside their children.

Yet, during the NT period, there were no borders to protect from pagan defilement since the Church is universal in scope, having no set geographical limits. As such, even though believers could not marry unbelievers, married persons who converted from pagan backgrounds were not required to set aside their unbelieving spouses or their children, but could remain with them as long as the unbelieving partners were willing.

What this basically means is that Christians are required to consult the OT and seek to understand and apply its commands in light of the NT understanding and teaching. The only laws that are not binding are those which the NT says have been fulfilled in Christ’s life, death and resurrection, or which have been reapplied in light of the cultural and historical context in which the Church found itself. Thus, any OT Law that the NT does not say has been consummated, or which has not been reapplied, is still binding on Christians.

The Quran, on the other hand, does contradict the Old Testament. Note, for instance, the following difference between these books:

"If a man marries a woman who becomes displeasing to him because he finds something indecent about her, and he writes her a certificate of divorce, gives it to her and sends her from his house, and if after she leaves his house she becomes the wife of another man, and her second husband dislikes her and writes her a certificate of divorce, gives it to her and sends her from his house, or if he dies, then her first husband, who divorced her, is not allowed to marry her again after she has been defiled. That would be detestable in the eyes of the LORD. Do not bring sin upon the land the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance." Deuteronomy 24:1-4

And now the Quran:

"A divorce is only permissible twice: after that, the parties should either hold together on equitable terms, or separate with kindness. It is not lawful for you, (men), to take back any of your gifts (from your wives), except when both parties fear that they would be unable to keep the limits ordained by Allah. If ye (judges) do indeed fear that they would be unable to keep the limits ordained by Allah, there is no blame on either of them if she give something for her freedom. These are the limits ordained by Allah. So do not transgress them if any do transgress the limits ordained by Allah, such persons wrong (themselves as well as others). So if a husband divorces his wife (irrevocably), he cannot, after that, re-marry her until after she has married another husband and he has divorced her. In that case there is no blame on either of them if they re-unite, provided they feel that they can keep the limits ordained by Allah. Such are the limits ordained by Allah, which He makes plain to those who understand." S. 2:229-230

What Yahweh calls shameful and detestable, Allah calls permissible! An abomination is an abomination, it doesn’t change with time or culture.

And here is where the problem lies for Osama. The fact of the matter is that the Quran is anything but an exhaustive record, a point which even many Muslims gladly admit. Questions for Anti-Hadith Proponents

The "Qur'an-only" folk are known for their deviant attitude towards Islam because they reject the hadith narrations as recorded in the Sahih collections of Bukhari, Muslim, An-Nasa'i (and the body of works by other hadith compilers not mentioned here) and thus the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (P).

The following are some questions which I pose to every anti-Hadith/"Inkaarus Sunnah" (rejectors of the Sunnah) person I met. Needles to mention, I have yet to obtain a satisfactory response to the questions posed. Enjoy!

If the hadith has "no significance in Islam", as any Hadith rejector would like us to believe, then perhaps they can tell us the following answers to these questions, without relying on the hadith:

1) How did the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) receive his Revelation? When in his life did it happen?

2) Was the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) a Rabbi who decided to start his own religion? If your answer is "no", then how do you know from just reading the Qur'ân?

3) What do you do to someone after they die? Can I cut your corpse up into tiny pieces after you die and use it as feed for livestock? If your answer is "no", then why not? What is your evidence from the Qur'ân only?

The dilemma for Osama is quite clear. If he tries to answer our challenge from the Holy Bible or Islamic traditions, he not only exposes his hypocrisy but serves to falsify the Quran’s own claim of being complete. If he tries to reason from natural design that such practices are immoral and unnatural he would again be undermining the Quran since it states that it is an exhaustive record on such matters of morality, religion etc. Unlike the Holy Bible, the Quran doesn’t simply say that it is a sufficient record, and that some laws are to be inferred from natural design and creation. The Quran boasts that it is a fully detailed revelation, a claim which is clearly false, as Osama’s failure to meet our stipulated challenge will show.

1-   The status of the Hadiths in Islam.

2-   The overwhelming corruption and contradictions in Sam Shamoun's bible.

3-   The Completeness of the Noble Quran.

4-   The lesbianism and bestiality jokes had been fully demolished using the Noble Quran only!

1-  The status of the Hadiths in Islam:

To the reader, I am not a Hadiths (Sayings of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him) rejecter.  I made this very clear on my site in the following article:

What I said was similar to what I wrote a long time ago on my site regarding the authenticity of the Hadiths.  The fact that there are close to 2,000,000 (two million) hadiths today, and most of them were written around 300 years after the death of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him only prove that they are mostly corrupt, except few. 

Here is how many Muslims determine the Truth from falsehood in the Hadiths:

The Bible and Hadiths (Sayings of Prophet Muhammad) were written in a 3000-year and 200-year span respectively.  They both contain Truth and falsehood in them:

Problems with the proper Arabic language and the large quantity of narrations:

In Arabic, only original Arabs and those who speak proper (not slang) Arabic fluently, understand and appreciate the fact that the words are very minimum and their meanings are very maximum.  It is true and not a deception or innovation by translators to English that a single Arabic word can and would be translated to 3-5 English words!  The reason for this is because in Arabic (and this is part of the complexity in grammar, art and poetry of the Arabic language) meanings and not necessarily actual words can be all put together in one word.  In Arabic, a word is not original.  There are of course "root" words, but in most proper Arabic words, the actual word is not original; meaning that depending on the grammar, letters (of meaning) can be added to or taken from it to add or take from its meaning and intention.  This can change the entire meaning of the whole word  and sentence.

That is why Arabic poetry is historically known to be a very complex and advanced one.

Having said all of this, in the case of the hadiths, given the fact that there exists "weak/doubtful ones", and what is considered as "strong and reliable ones", it is difficult to know for sure if a single hadith was told as is 100% unchanged (intentionally or not intentionally) by the Prophet peace be upon him. One word taken off from the hadith and the whole meaning can and would be changed to something else.

For those "reliable or strong" hadiths, their sources are doubtful.  I have no doubt that the companions of the Prophet may Allah Almighty bless their souls did not intentionally commit forgery or lies.  But for one such as Abu Huraira to narrate thousands upon thousands of hadiths is preposterous!  Given the complexity and sensitivity of the Arabic language, it is extremely vital that every word be included in the narration.  I find it impossible to believe that Abu Huraira and many others like him were able to narrate everything perfectly in its original text.

That is why I accept the hadiths that are linked to the Noble Quran as the Truth and reject the others.

Also, there is no proof what so ever that all of the accepted hadiths of today were all written during the Prophet's time.  Some or even many of them were probably written down from individuals for personal use, but the thousands of hadiths (I was told close to 2 million hadiths!!) that exist today were not possibly all written during the Prophet's time. 

I only accept the hadiths that have a direct relationship to the Noble Quran, such as explaining how to Pray, fast, etc....

Example about my own name to simplify things:

Take "Osama" for example.  First of all, Osama in Arabic is written as "Osamat" with the "t" silent.  The "t" however is not always silent, and it can be used to give meanings and intentions to the name "Osama".  Osama can be written as "Osamatun", "Osamatan", "Osamatin", "Osamata", "Osamati", "Osamato".  The punctuations added to the "t" cause for any of these names to be pronounced.

When writing positively about "Osama", such as "Osama bin Zaid", the leader who defeated the Romans in one of the battles, these punctuations are added to his name for praising.  Unfortunately, I am not an expert in Arabic, nor can I explain in deep details about proper Arabic, but I know that use of punctuations IMPROPERLY can result in insulting the individual.  I can write negatively about a name using punctuations in their proper places.

THE REASON WHY THE NOBLE QURAN IS SO PERFECT IS BECAUSE its grammar was constructed in a very complex way, and the Arabic words were not only original words, but were put together uniquely in an excellent artistic fashion that no Arabic poet could match up to back then when Allah Almighty challenged the Arabs to come up with a "SURAH LIKE IT".

One last point about the hadiths being "Al-thikr".    Moses' (peace be upon him) Torah was also called "Al-thikr" in the Noble Quran:

"Before this We wrote in the Psalms, after the Message [Al-thikr] (given to Moses): My servants the righteous, shall inherit the earth."  (The Noble Quran, 21:105)"

"In the past We granted to Moses and Aaron the criterion [Al-Furqan] (for judgment), and a Light and a Message [Thikr] for those who would do right,-  (The Noble Quran, 21:48)"

"We certainly gave the Book [Al-Kitab] to Moses, but differences arose therein: had it not been that a word had gone forth before from thy Lord, the matter would have been decided between them, but they are in suspicious doubt concerning it.  (The Noble Quran, 11:110)"

"And remember We gave Moses the Scripture and the Criterion [Al-Furqan] (Between right and wrong): There was a chance for you to be guided aright.  (The Noble Quran, 2:53)"

Note:  The Noble Quran has the following Holy Names:  Al-Quran, Al-Thikr, Al-Furqan and Al-Kitab.

When Allah Almighty said that He sent down "Al-thikr" to Muhammad to explain what's revealed to the people, it referred to the Noble Quran (the current Al-thikr) explaining the previous "Al-Thikr", which is the Truthful parts of the Bible; those parts that agree with the Noble Quran.

Prophet Moses' (peace be upon him) Law or Torah was called "Al-Thikr", "Al-Furqan" and "Al-Kitab" in the Noble Quran.  It is without doubt that when Allah Almighty called the Noble Quran as "Al-Thikr", He meant for it to only include the Noble Quran and NOT the Quran and hadiths during Prophet Muhammad's time, because the hadiths today contain ample corruptions in them, while the Noble Quran is Perfect:

"We have, without doubt, sent down the Message [The Noble Quran]; and We will assuredly Guard it (from corruption).  (The Noble Quran, 15:9)"

"Nay, this is a Glorious Quran, (inscribed) in a Tablet Preserved!  (The Noble Quran, 85:21-22)"

Muslims today do not conflict with each others about the contents of the original Arabic Noble Quran.  But they have a great deal of problems with the hadiths and their validities and authenticities.

Most of the Hadiths were documented in the far east and not in Arabia:

The Hadith references mostly used on the internet today come from Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim and Sunan Abu Dawud and some other volumes.  The word "Sahih" means "authentic" in Arabic, which is quite misleading in this case.  In general, the Hadiths that come from Sahih Bukhari and Muslim are more authentic and Truthful than the ones from Sunan Abu Dawud.  If however, a Hadith from Sunan Abu Dawud matches Hadith(s) from the Sahih ones or the Noble Quran, then it becomes valid.  Otherwise, you are highly advised to not trust it.

You see, unlike the Noble Quran where it was documented on the spot as it was revealed from Allah Almighty, the Hadiths including the "Sahih" ones were documented in a 200-year span.  Take the "Bukhari" hadiths for instance.  The word word "bukhari" is derived from the root word "bukhara" which is located in the far east in Afghanistan:

"We now come to the Iron Gate which corresponds exactly to the Quranic description, and has the best claim to be connected with Alexander's story.   It is near another Derbend in Central Asia, Hissar District, about 150 miles southeast of Bukhara......."

The Muslims did not reach these lands until many years after they had defeated the Persians and Romans in many battles that took place many years after the death of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him.  So to say that all of the hadiths (which there are 2 million of them) were documented during the Prophet's time is clear foolishness.

Sahih Bukhari was the first volume to be compiled:

The Hadiths (Sayings of Prophet Muhammad) were documented 100s of years after his death.  The "Sahih Bukhari" or "Authentic Bukhari" in English was the first volume to be compiled.  Bukhari is not an Arabic name!    Bukhari is derived from the word "Bukhara" (As I proved with quote in the sub section above), which is a city in Afghanistan.  For anyone who knows the Islamic history, this means that the Muslims spread Islam to the pagan Arabs, established the Islamic State in Arabia, then fought the Persians (Iranians) and the Romans; invaded the Persians and crushed the Romans, then fought the Hindus in Hindustan, invaded much of their lands such as "Pakistan", "Afghanistan", and much of the Indian territories, convert people there to Islam, and then Brother Bukhari appeared from his home town, Bukhara and decided to compile the Hadiths of "Sahih Bukhari".

Are these narrations all 100% perfect and reliable?  Any person with the least atom of a brain would say no.  I am not saying that all of the Hadiths must be rejected.  But for us to day to have close to 2,000,000 of them is quite ridiculous, because they can't all have been written down during our Prophet's times in Arabia.  Most of the Hadiths' chains of narrations today have 10s of narrators in them.  In the Hadith books, you would see something like the following:

"About such and such, that he heard his father say that such and such said, that he heard such and such say, that he heard such and such say, etc...."  Most of the narrations' links have tons of narrators in them, many times more than 10, and these people would be generations after each others!  In other words, they're not people at the same age or the same group.  And the worst dilemma of all, is that many of these chain of narrations have broken links in them, meaning, that two or three generations are missing in the chain!

Many of the hadiths were also documented during political conflicts' times:

Also, a large percentage of the hadiths were also documented during the political conflicts that took place among Muslims, where some Hadith(s) claim that a group of Arabs for instance were better than others, which totally contradicts the Noble Quran in 49:13, where Allah Almighty said that the best among Mankind are the most in righteousness:

"O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of God is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And God has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things).  (The Noble Quran, 49:13)"

Important:  Also, many hypocrites from the Jews and Christians at that time tried to insert poison and corruption into Islam like they did to their Bible.  There is a term in Arabic that we use called "The Israelite Hadiths", which is usually referring to hadiths that are highly doubtful and were believed made up by the hypocrites who embraced Islam untruthfully just to destroy it.  Allah Almighty warned us from these hypocrites:

"A section of the People of the Book (Jews and Christians) say:  Believe in the morning what is revealed to the believers (Muslims), but reject it at the end of the day; perchance they may (themselves) turn back (from Islam).  (The Noble Quran, 3:72)"  

So Muslims please beware of the Hadiths as you are with the Bible and always compare them to the Noble Quran for validity and integrity check.  Similar to the Hadiths, the 66 books of the Bible were documented in a 3000-year span, and they were selected from 24,000 books.  So the Bible too contains the Truth and the man-made corruption and falsehood in it.  Please see the proof from the Bible's own Theologians and Historians claims and Bible's History documentations.   We Muslims believe that the parts of the Bible that agree with the Noble Quran are the closest to the Truth.  The same must be applied to the Hadiths! 

The only doctrine that Allah Almighty promised to protect from man's corruption and falsehood was the Noble Quran.  Allah Almighty said: 

"We have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly Guard it (from corruption).  (The Noble Quran, 15:9)"

"Nay, this is a Glorious Quran, (inscribed) in a Tablet Preserved!  (The Noble Quran, 85:21-22)"

2-  The overwhelming corruption and contradictions in Sam Shamoun's bible:

The "Bible" is not the Original Holy and Pure Word of GOD Almighty.  It is a rewrite of men's words and interpretations.  The book does contain both Truth and man's corruption, alteration and fabrications in it.

Ironically, these are not my own words!  Your own bible theologians and historians openly and clearly admit to this fact.  Plus the overwhelming amount of historical and textual contradictions that exist in the bible also testify to the corruption and man's alteration and fabricated lies in it.

Similarly, we read in the books of Moses things such as "And the LORD said to Moses...", or "Moses went to that place....", etc...  We also read in the Old Testament about Moses' burial.  Now if Moses alone supposedly wrote his books, then how is it possible for him to write about his own burial when he is already dead??!!

Such evidence can be found in many places throughout the Old Testament and the New Testament.  The so called "Original letters/Gospels" that were written in Greek and Hebrew, were written by third party people!

You can not disprove Islam by presenting stories from the Bible that are not narrated the same from the Noble Quran. We Muslims believe that there are many disagreements in today's Bible, and that the Noble Quran should be the Bible that the Jews and the Christians should follow.

It is only normal for the Noble Quran's Arabic Text not to be comprehended by anyone who speaks Arabic.  It is a Miraculous Holy Book with Miraculous Language, Style, Text and Eloquence.  It is definitely not for everyone to read, in a sense that they won't understand it.  But yet, those who speak Arabic are almost always overwhelmingly impressed by Its Mysteries, Miraculous Language and Inspiration.  The Noble Quran can not in anyway be imitated.  Many have tried and failed.  The following link from brother Saifullah's Islamic Awareness web site has tons of proofs and materials regarding this subject:

There is not a single relevant topic that the Noble Quran has not touched on.  The Noble Quran's Main Divine Message, however, is not to give irrelevant stories like the Bible has in great details, but rather to emphasize heavily on the True Worship of Allah Almighty and associating no partners with Him, such as idols and humans:

The social laws that the Noble Quran touched on, or gave Headlines on, are detailed heavily in the Hadiths (Prophet Muhammad's Sayings) and his Sunnah (his way of life).    This was clearly the intention and the goal of GOD Almighty in the Noble Quran:

So while a specific law may not exist in the Noble Quran, but the solution is still there in Islam, because Islam is truly a comprehensive and complete system with dynamics and adaptability with time.

Compare this with the Bible and see how the socially-failing and corrupt Western societies are suffering from that overwhelming man-made laws that were created due to the fact that the NT has hardly any laws in it!

That is why Christians are very corrupt today and have no limits for sin, because the NT defines no limits!

"If any of your women are guilty of lewdness, Take the evidence of four (Reliable) witnesses from amongst you against them; and if they testify, confine them to houses until death do claim them, or God ordain for them some (other) way.   (The Noble Quran, 4:15)"   If the lesbian woman or women repent, then she or they would be set free.  See proof.

"If two men among you are guilty of lewdness, punish them both. If they repent and amend, Leave them alone; for God is Oft-returning, Most Merciful.   (The Noble Quran, 4:16)"   The punishment is 100 stripes.  See proof.

"For ye practise your lusts on men in preference to women: Ye are indeed a people transgressing beyond bounds.  (The Noble Quran, 7:81)"

2-  Muslim men and women must remain Chaste:

Chastity in Islam is well defined in the Noble Quran.  It is not just limited to sexual intercourse.  It includes everything that deals with and promotes sex and sexual excitement!  Talking loose, flirting, dressing inappropriately, promoting sexual and evil thoughts in the society are all condemned in the Noble Quran:

"And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the slaves whom their right hands possess, or male servants free of physical needs, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex; and that they should not strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments. And O ye Believers! turn ye all together towards God, that ye may attain Bliss.  (The Noble Quran, 24:31)"

There are few important points to notice here, especially in Noble Verse 24:31 above:

1-   Allah Almighty Commanded the Muslim women to look down when approaching men and to guard their modesty.

2-   They must cover their bodies and only reveal their beauty to their husbands and few other relatives.

3-   Out of stranger males, they can only uncover their hair in front of little children who "have no sense of the shame of sex".

4-  Women can not "strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments."  In other words, do not flirt!

I think point #3 pretty much sums it all up!

The fact, from among stranger males, that women can only display the parts of their bodies that are above the shoulders to little children who don't know anything about sex, PROVES without doubt that lesbianism is illegal in Islam.

The sick pornographic and polytheist trinitarian pagan's point, Sam Shamoun that is, is simply that since lesbians' sex is not done by uniting the penis and the vagina together, or by inserting the penis into a vagina, then Islamically it is not forbidden.  Since the two women would obviously have only vaginas, and since the Christian Western made "porn toys" didn't exist 1500 years ago, then to pornographic bible follower, the book of women's vaginas and breasts taste like "wine", sex between the two women in all its forms is legal.

What this pornographic polytheist trinitarian pagan doesn't realize is that the "shame of sex" that Allah Almighty talked about regarding the little boys, it would obviously include a condemnation of the two women having an inappropriate relationship with each others, even including just a loose and flirty talk directed at each others.   Let alone having a physical sexual relationship.

This is further proven in the following Hadith:

'Abd al-Rahman, the son of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, reported from his father: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said:  "A man should not see the private parts of another man, and a woman should not see the private parts of another woman, and a man should not lie with another man under one covering, and a woman should not lie with another woman under one covering.   (Translation of Sahih Muslim, The Book of Menstruation (Kitab Al-Haid), Book 003, Number 0667)"

Even bringing suspicion of being a homosexual, fornicator, adulterer or adulterous against yourself is forbidden in Islam.  And to answer Sam Shamoun's silly points regarding lesbianism:

The whole point of the veil is not just to have a scarf covering the woman.  It also includes living a chaste and a non-loose and non-flirty life!  That is why Allah Almighty even prevented women from striking their feet on the ground to make noise that would draw attention to them, so that men would think that they are trying to draw inappropriate attention to them, such as flirting, as shown in point #4 above.

And it's not just women who are Commanded to live a Chaste life.  Men too are Commanded to live it, and to avoid causing evil in the society in all ways.  This is mentioned in Noble Verse 33:35 above.

Like I mentioned above in the article, women by nature can very dangerous, just as men by nature can be extremely brainless and stupid when they're sexually too high.  Perhaps that is why we see much emphasis on women's' appearances than men in the Noble Quran.  To men, a decent shirt and decent pants would do just fine as far as the outside "Chaste" looks are concerned.  But to women, it can get much more complicated.

So to prevent some women from abusing their natural and magical beauty and attraction to men, Allah Almighty made it compulsory upon them to cover up, so that they won't eventually become satan's tools to destroy the Chastity of the Muslim society, as it is the case with the pornographic and sexually open christian societies today!  Their women have no problem exposing 99% of their bodies through wearing bikinis, sometimes even topless bikinis, on the beaches.   Their men and women have no problem in having sex without marriage.  They have no problem in corrupting their children and legitimizing to them their illegal ways, etc....

So with all of this in mind, it is now clear that it is the intentions and the actions that are done to promote them, that really matter.  Anyone like this polytheist trinitarian pagan and his team of corrupt infidels can act very stupid and twist the Text of the Noble Quran as they please, such as legalizing lesbianism.  But they can only fool themselves!

I think the reader can now clearly see just how much of a total joke Sam Shamoun really is.

3-  Bestiality in Islam?

As I mentioned above, I have provided ample evidence and Noble Verses from the Noble Quran that totally demolished your absurdities regarding Islam allowing lesbianism [1] [2] (the links will be displayed in separate windows).

Now in regards to bestiality (having sex with an animal), that has got to be the most absurd question one can bring up against Islam!  There are two sets responses that will wash away your evil points:

1-  Using your 'common sense' Noble Verses.

2-  Deliberately twisting and perverting Allah Almighty's Holy Words is a grave sin!

1-  Using your 'common sense' Noble Verses:

"We also (sent) Lut: He said to his people: "Do ye commit lewdness such as no people in creation (ever) committed before you?  (The Noble Quran, 7:80)"

"(We also sent) Lut (as an apostle): behold, He said to his people, "Do ye do what is shameful though ye see (its iniquity)?  (The Noble Quran, 27:54)"

"Would ye really approach men in your lusts rather than women? Nay, ye are a people (grossly) ignorant!  (The Noble Quran, 27:55)"

"For ye practise your lusts on men in preference to women: Ye are indeed a people transgressing beyond bounds.  (The Noble Quran, 7:81)"

In these Noble Verses, Allah Almighty is directly and clearly addressing the person's common sense that He, the Almighty, Created for him/her.  You should ask yourself regarding what you're about to do, in this case, having sex with your pet, is it really right?  Is this act really natural?  Is this what really Allah Almighty ordained for us?  According to the Noble Verses above, no it isn't.

Is the person justifying an evil act even though he/she knows well that it is wrong as clearly mentioned in Noble Verses 27:54, 7:80 and 7:81 above?  That's really the main point.

So now the question to Sam Shamoun is:

Do you have common sense?

Can you tell what's right from wrong??

Unfortunately for you, your christians today act like they don't!   They commit adultery and fornication left and right, and they dress in ways that only promote evil and wickedness, and they still insist on following these evil ways of life, despite the fact that they know well that it is wrong!!

And yes indeed, "but only men of understanding really heed."  If Allah Almighty punishes the fornicators with their fellow human fornicators by having them get flogged 100 stripes each, and if Allah Almighty is very strict on Chastity and Modesty in the Islamic society, then how on earth would such a society allow for sex with animals to be tolerated?

How exactly is sex with animals supposed to protect Purity in the Islamic Society?

The topic itself is so ridiculous that it wasn't even mentioned directly in the Noble Quran.  But those who try to pervert the Divine Message of Allah Almighty had been addressed and warned in Noble Verses 3:7-12 as shown above.

If I am not even allowed to have illegal sex with a fellow human being, then how on earth am I supposed to be allowed to have sex with an animal?  And again, how exactly is sex with animals supposed to enforce the Chastity and Purity of the Muslim society that Allah Almighty clearly Commanded?

To those who might grow their brains in their butts and try to get creative like Sam Shamoun here is doing, I'd like to give them the following Noble Verses that clearly warn them about their Salvation in the Noble Quran:

Sam Shamoun had utterly failed to proved that Islam condones homosexuality or any form of sexuality.  I have proven with ample evidence and Noble Verses above that Islam truly honors Chastity and Commands the Muslims to remain Chaste and Pure.  I have also demonstrated and proved from the Noble Quran that Chastity in Islam also includes not being a lesbian, contrary to what the desperate polytheist trinitarian pagan was trying to prove.

I also proved from the Noble Quran that fathers can not marry their bastard daughters (daughters that came from an illegal sexual experience), and mothers can not marry their bastard sons.

I also proved that bestiality (having sex with animals) is forbidden in Islam, also contrary to what the desperate and perverted polytheist trinitarian pagan was trying to prove.

With this I rest my case, and pray to Allah Almighty that may He Guide into the Truth and Light of Islam those who read this article, including Mr. Sam Shamoun and his team.   Ameen.
